You have to fetch your own drinking water from the reception. Bedsheet is not clean. Lazy a$$ staff. No blankets available, given bedsheets instead. Card payment not accepted. Only cash.

I booked through Goibibo and booking was confirmed, When I called him for check in time, he said Don't come, Rooms are not available, we had 2 kids but still staff didn't provide room, Worst and rude staff behaviour, Please do not go to this hotel, Later i found many good and budget hotel opposite to Coimbatore railway station.

Only plus is location for those who come to hospital .. not worth the price they charge. Very pathetic room maintenance.

Feel bad service .. At same charge of this guest house, the MK lodge is better nearby area for basic service like laundry, wifi, drinking water and other room services.

One of the worst places ive ever been at. No room service at all, they do not clean the rooms, do not change the bed sheets, towels, pillow covers etc. Bathing accessories are not provided, you have to bring them along or buy them for yourselves. Highly uncouth and rustic behaviour of the people incharge, they will keep on pestering you for the full payment right from the time you check in and moreover if you have done your booking online, they will not accept the price you have done your booking for. They will be seeking extra money by showing fake hotel policies and idiotic irrelevant arguments. Overall this place is not even worth a single star. I would highly discourage anyone from making any bookings in this hotel, you would be getting luxury accomodations with the money you would waste here.

TOILETS should BE KEPT clean and WITH OUT foul smell.

I Booked a triple occupant room and a double occupant room, for a night stay in coimbatore after coming from Ooty, the rooms were small and the review photos uploaded here are old ones, the conditions are not same, the indoor parking here is so steep that if you own 4 wheeler with low ground clearance it will hit your vehicle blow , which happened to me and the person at reception was not friendly enough which was bit unpleasant, in my room the water heater dint work. And the prices are bit on higher side compared to what they offer, the location is good but not satisfied on that night stay.

Very very bad experience. Haven't ever experienced such a bad behaviour. Very rude and senseless. We asked for room availability and the receptionist told us "No". The very same time when another person came he gave the room and room was available. I went with along with my husband. He assumed us to be some young couple. He didn't even bother asking us. He just assumed us without even asking. I am not blaming him for thinking about all the possibilities but he should ask atleast. He is gonna loose all the customers if he continues with this attitude. So I highly suggest not to be victim for such a judgement.

Its a good place with limited parking and good accessibility. Hot water availability is questionable. Room was neat and clean. Service was good too. Decent space for a one night stay.

No basic amenities for a hotel provided not even soap and towels are provided. Located near to ramakrishna hospital is the only advantage. This lodge is very good when I visited 4yrs ago but now it is not the same.

Rooms were okay but the service was poor. I stayed 3 nights in the room, even drinking water was not provided, no cleaning of rooms till I checked out.
