I have stayed in this hotel for a week and all the staffs were well cooperated. breakfast was amazing, especially pongal with chutney. rooms cleaned perfect and inner rooms house keeping had done regularly, safety is fully guaranteed. Well maintained & strategically located near airport. Rooms are small but adequate for single occupancy , although the beds are double. Very prompt staff service . Tidy clean & refreshing keeping up to standards of OYO. Well it’s a budget hotel .

One star , because this is least we can do. Worst place I ever visited. I wasn't allowed to checkin. Receptionist didn't have manners to talk. Was putting his own criteria to get extra money. And when I asked to cancel my booking then he was not ready to cancel or refund my amount. Please never vist this place.🙏 And I didn't feel safe for couple.

Pretty well maintained. It was an average hotel and the rooms and bathrooms were clean. We hardly stayed in the room but it was just sufficient for 2 people to stay for a day or two.

I came to stay with my mom for two days. The stay was good. Nobody disturb us. Was quite peaceful. The staff provided service whenever we needed it. The problems that I found was that the water was very salty. It was almost like it was taken from the sea. At night. There were so many mosquitoes, couldn’t bear it. Moreover, there are no restaurants nearby so I had to order food online. And I found it very difficult to find a ride to go to places I had to run around trying to find an Uber or an Ola or regular transport itself. I would recommend this hotel only if you are going for a small stay.

My colleagues had come for a short stay for domestic purposes. I referred this Lodge. They were very happy by the support the staff gave them. Their stay was much pleasant and promised that they will take up rooms from Ragu Residency and also refer their friends. Pls keep it up staff..

Checked in at 6.30 am due to the sudden plan and lack of hotels with available rooms at the time. Listing out worst points 1. Sticky and dirty floors. Can’t walk barefoot. 2. Bathrooms filled with mosquitoes. Complained to staff but they said they can’t do anything. Take it or leave it. 3. Dirty bed spreads and curtains. 4. Used glass tumbler with hair and sticky substances around it. 5. Uncomfortable bed Good point: 1. They gave the All-out they were using in the reception after I had constantly bugged them about the mosquitoes in the room. If you stay here despite reading this then you must be as desperate as I was.

Hi just stayed there on 23/04/2021. Very decent hotel and staffs. Don't think for extras. Decent hotel for family. Comfortable rooms. As other reviews they have to concentrate on toilets, but not worst. I didn't feel any mosquito bite. I booked through oxo they get the same money which mention in oxo. Very near to airport around. 7 min walkable. No dogs problem. You can reach in 20 sec to main road. I prefer for only decent stay. Very main thing is very gentle and quite place no irritating on sound.

Enjoyed our stay at Ragu Residency. Good ambience and affordable rates. Hospitality was too good. Will surely recommend for my friends.

They won't accept online bookings. I booked this for a sum close to 1000. When i went to the hotel for checkin they demanded me to pay 1600 for a room. I spoke to oyo customer service and they couldn't do anything abt this. This is a cheap and money hoarding hotel do not book this one.

Worst…do not book with oyo they don’t accept oyo customers even though you book in advance they will refuse at the check in.they have mentioned on their door that oyo customer not accepted.

Worst place I have ever encountered in my life. These people didnt accept the booking which was done through OYO and was already paid for. The attendant was very rude and denied to even open the gate and talk to us even when It was late night 12.30 am and I had a female family member and an elder heart patient with me. They have ZERO sense of responsibility and not a hint of humanity. ZERO STAR. Please dont visit here. P.S - OYO never gave me my refund even after multiple calls and mails.

Cheaters took money through ola and Agoda, Didn't give room and also took cash for giving other room,Fraud hotel be very careful

The one and only circumstance you should consider staying here is ‘IF’ you are certain you would not need to use the washroom for any purposes AND if you only plan on staying for one night. The place is unsanitary and the floor has dust all over the place. One walk into the washroom and i made a decision on the spot to change hotels. Washroom is rusty, the door, washroom and faucet handles are NOT clean. To be honest i would rather spend another 40 to 50% extra and book a room at the hotel which is a few meters away. Trust me, the investment is well worth it.

Worst experience..... I paid 300 rs. Extra.... It's cheating happened in hotel... If I am not paid extra they will cancel the booking..... At the time of check in time is night 8.30 pm.... So there is no other option for me at that time... So guys careful in making oyo booking

It's a basic hotel. Service is non existent pretty much. They couldn't even provide us with Glasses to drink from. They had just one glass per room and that too was very dirty. Price was also slightly on the higher side keeping the service in mind. They don't even allow any guests to take a bath without extra charges. Room was clean enough that was the only good thing. Toilet flush was not working however due to some water tank issue. Wouldn't recommend this place.

Best thing about this lodge is the receptionist and his response. One of my room ceiling fan is unserviceable. Room having Mosquito . Toilet cleaning needs improvement and please provide toiletries.

Receptionst should know how to treat a guest and how to beahave them... We are not beggers okey...Room is Good amenities are good.. Bed sheet and covers felt not clean.. But the main thing is the bathroom is absolutely poor felt like a lodge in that airport area.. Whenever we opened the bathroom dirty smell spreads towards room,absolutely pathetic bathroom..

Its not a hotel its a basic lodge, photos and actual room are way different. Very compact room. AC wasn’t functional. Also its over priced. Only plus is its proximity from Coimbatore airport.

Worst Place ever. I booked this hotel with OYo when i was there to check-in the reception denied my check-in saying it is a low tariff and they want me to call oyo. I mentioned them that this is nothing to do with me when oyo doesnot give you expected rate you have to reach oyo and mention your concern or you would have called me on early time saying we cannot confirm your reservation. Denying to checkin when the guest has travelled 400kms in drive and at night around 10 PM is totally unacceptable. Also Oyo says parking available but there is no parking in the hotel and you cant even park in front of hotel as it is a very congested street. Please be sure to avoid this place Thanks

Rooms and services like a Lodge...not worth for INR 1784 per day rent. Should charge not more than 800 per day.
