Pros:
-
Location
is
close
to
main
bus
stand
and
city
center.
Cons:
-
Very
unprofessional,
unethical,
unfriendly
rude
staff.
-
Not
advised
for
couple,
family,
friends.
-
Not
welcoming
for
other
state(language)
people.(even
if
you
talk
in
english)
-
Receptionists
don't
allow
you
to
reach
out
to
higher
management
for
help.
They
make
the
rules
and
take
the
call.
-
Do
not
comply
to
OYO
rules(They
follow
their
in-house
rules
which
is
not
mentioned
on
any
site).
So
beware
if
you
are
booking
the
hotel
online.

Phone
number
mentioned
in
site
directs
you
to
OYO
customer
care,
and
they
say
the
hotel
is
OYO
rules
compliant
and
do
not
know
about
in-house
rules.
Incident(08/03/2019):
Disturbs
me
till
day
the
way
the
behaved
with
my
guests
in
the
hotel.
I
am
a
localite,
and
had
booked
a
room
for
my
fiance,
her
sister
and
sisters
husband,
since
they
were
traditionally
not
allowed
to
stay
at
my
home
before
marriage.
I
had
called
up
OYO
customer
care(number
of
hotel
mentioned
in
google)
and
checked
if
it
is
ok
for
family(1
couple
and
sister)
to
stay
in
the
same
room
or
incase
i
need
to
book
2
rooms.
They
had
asked
for
the
relationship
of
the
members
and
if
were
carrying
proof
for
the
same.
Once
they
confirmed
that,
they
had
mentioned
there
is
no
problem
to
stay
in
1
room.
I
had
also
confirmed
if
there
is
availability
of
early
check-in
and
charges
for
the
same.
Later,
I
booked
the
room
online
via
goibibo.
On
the
check-in
day
when
my
people
arrived
at
the
hotel
in
the
morning,
after
a
long
train
journey,
intially
the
2
guys
at
the
reception
had
asked
them
to
wait,
and
they
would
sort
the
rooms
and
allocate.
My
people
were
waiting
for
nearly
an
hour,
after
which
some
lady
shows
up
at
the
reception
and
tells
they
wont
allocate
rooms
to
men
n
women
togather.
She
was
not
ready
to
provide
2
different
rooms
saying
we
had
already
booked
a
room
for
3
people
and
it
cant
be
changed
now.
She
did
not
understand
english
as
well.
I
had
to
communicate
over
the
phone
and
explain(in
local
language)
that
i
had
enquired
with
the
customer
care
before
doing
my
booking
and
it
is
already
paid
for.
The
response
I
got
was,
"That
is
not
my
problem.
Go
and
ask
the
person
who
you
paid.
As
per
our
hotel
rules,
we
cant
give
room".
She
dint
share
manager's
number
nor
allow
contact
with
him.
We
tried
contacting
goibibo
customer
care
and
OYO
customer
care,
but
they
weren't
of
much
help
either.
While
all
this
was
happening,
it
took
atleast
a
couple
of
hours,
and
the
receptions
did
not
even
allow
my
people
to
use
the
washroom.
The
2
guys
in
the
reception
were
still
ok
to
give
the
room,
but
the
lady
in
the
reception
wouldnt
agree
with
them.
Nor
was
able
to
communicate
properly.
Nor
allowed
us
to
talk
to
manager.
They
do
not
have
any
respect
for
humanity
or
even
basic
common
sense.
Coimbatore
is
known
for
its
hospitality
and
I
can
vouch
for
it.
These
people
are
for
sure
not
from
Coimbatore(for
that
matter
I
dont
think
they
were
people
with
common
sense
to
be
employed
to
face
customers
in
a
hospitality
sector).
