This is my worst OYO experience and will never book nor suggest this hotel to anyone. No proper toiletries nor tissue or water bottle was provided. There was no hot water supply at all. Everytime we tried to call housekeeping. the number goes to another guest room. Dialing to the reception is the another worst case. You have to dial minimum 5 -6 times to have someone answering. Only one soap is provided for 2 guest. No shampoo nor any other toiletries provided. Despite multiple confirmation on our sunrise check in request, the manager was very rude during check in though room was available. The breakfast was really pathetic. One mini uthappam, one mini idly, half scoop pongal and a tea served in paper cup is what you get and we have to prepay for it. We request for a delay check out at 1pm which is as per OYO policy should have been complimentary but they asked for extra charges if we wish to check out after 12pm. Book the hotel considering the location but it was a major mistake as the honking sound of the buses was really a nuisance. There was no peace. The staff attitude is the worst I have seen in OYO flagship hotels. Not a single smile while receiving guest nor during check out. Was not even bothered to ask how was the stay nor a thank you gestures. A definite big NO ⛔⛔⛔ and a big 👎👎👎

Excellent hotel and at times slightly noisy as it is situated inside the Gandhipuram city bus terminus. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Very friendly, courteous and professional front office team. Great value for money. I stayed in Deluxe room and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Great work team and wish you continue the same service in days to come.

Very terrible experience. Very poor low grade hotel. Reception person Selva at hotel very very rude and disgusting guy. Loot your money in all possible way. Have parking space as part of my booking but he will use for outside vehicle for earning extra money. Rooms were terrible poor condition, unclean floors, fully bed bugs, cockroaches all around the rooms, yak toilet not even to open the door. Totally unhygienic and if you stay definitely you will end up with skin disease or allegires for sure. Not even recommend for single and freinds stay too. Definitely not for families or couples.!!!! They simply ask or grab your mobile to write positive review or use their own id for posting positive reviews. I booked the hotel based on google review and later i realized all are fake postive reviews. About my personal experience at the hotel: I informed prior about my late arrival with family. When i reach the hotel Selva reception guy was very rude and he thinks he is the property owner of the hotel. When i request for parking, he asked extra money and if you not pay he will cancel my booking like threaten us as he well understood our situations of late night with family. He has rooms cleaners and threaten you as local goons. Oh my god are they doing hotel business or ???. I immediately informed to OYO and got hotel changed in mid of night after checked in in few mins. The worst part was the reception person Selva not even answer OYO call as well. The truth was OYO got irritated about their activities :-)

Pros: - Location is close to main bus stand and city center. Cons: - Very unprofessional, unethical, unfriendly rude staff. - Not advised for couple, family, friends. - Not welcoming for other state(language) people.(even if you talk in english) - Receptionists don't allow you to reach out to higher management for help. They make the rules and take the call. - Do not comply to OYO rules(They follow their in-house rules which is not mentioned on any site). So beware if you are booking the hotel online. - Phone number mentioned in site directs you to OYO customer care, and they say the hotel is OYO rules compliant and do not know about in-house rules. Incident(08/03/2019): Disturbs me till day the way the behaved with my guests in the hotel. I am a localite, and had booked a room for my fiance, her sister and sisters husband, since they were traditionally not allowed to stay at my home before marriage. I had called up OYO customer care(number of hotel mentioned in google) and checked if it is ok for family(1 couple and sister) to stay in the same room or incase i need to book 2 rooms. They had asked for the relationship of the members and if were carrying proof for the same. Once they confirmed that, they had mentioned there is no problem to stay in 1 room. I had also confirmed if there is availability of early check-in and charges for the same. Later, I booked the room online via goibibo. On the check-in day when my people arrived at the hotel in the morning, after a long train journey, intially the 2 guys at the reception had asked them to wait, and they would sort the rooms and allocate. My people were waiting for nearly an hour, after which some lady shows up at the reception and tells they wont allocate rooms to men n women togather. She was not ready to provide 2 different rooms saying we had already booked a room for 3 people and it cant be changed now. She did not understand english as well. I had to communicate over the phone and explain(in local language) that i had enquired with the customer care before doing my booking and it is already paid for. The response I got was, "That is not my problem. Go and ask the person who you paid. As per our hotel rules, we cant give room". She dint share manager's number nor allow contact with him. We tried contacting goibibo customer care and OYO customer care, but they weren't of much help either. While all this was happening, it took atleast a couple of hours, and the receptions did not even allow my people to use the washroom. The 2 guys in the reception were still ok to give the room, but the lady in the reception wouldnt agree with them. Nor was able to communicate properly. Nor allowed us to talk to manager. They do not have any respect for humanity or even basic common sense. Coimbatore is known for its hospitality and I can vouch for it. These people are for sure not from Coimbatore(for that matter I dont think they were people with common sense to be employed to face customers in a hospitality sector).

Located inside the bus station, quite convenient to get autos from there. Since it's inside the bus station, it gets quite noisy and a bit difficult to sleep in the night. Rooms are nice, but the restroom is a bit small and it could be maintained well. The floor on which the rooms are present is quite open, you wouldn't feel it to be like a conventional hotel. The complimentary break is decent but not enough for someone looking for a proper meal.

A very accessible hotel at Coimbatore with spacious parking. The cleanliness could have been improved. The Bathroom pipe was broken. There was no hot water even if they mentioned hot water is available from 6 AM to 8 PM. A/c was spreading water vapours which caused cold and fever to my sister's baby. Overall a decent average option for people who is looking for a stay in the heart of the city.

The hotel is located inside the bus stand which is super easy and convenient for the travellers... Rooms were clean and tidy. The room I stayed was kind of under ventilated but air conditioning made it easier to manage. The staffs are polite and friendly. Safe for women travellers like me. I gave three stars because I booked a room for 3 nights for ₹3080 through an online website but they charged me ₹3500 when I checked out.

We came four a 4 day retreat and found it to be just that. The facility and staff were magnificent! Our room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was wonderful. If you left there hungry it was your own fault. All of the Hotel Gera’s family (and that is what they felt like) were so nice and helpful, especially the lady staff. We had such a great time we signed up to go back next year, as did almost everyone we knew!

We had a very pleasant experience with our two day stay at the Hotel Gera’s in New Delhi. The room was large and comfortable, with two Queen beds, mini fridge, microwave, and large vanity in the bathroom. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with a large selection of items and wonderful made to order omelets. The reception area was very welcoming with plenty of seating area to sit and converse.
