We as a group booked this hostel for one night, as we have to catch the train next day morning. The guy who is responsible for booking got the advance for room booking and gave assurance that the room will be booked. But in the day we arrived there, room was not available and he was blabbering about some adjustments, he lies a lot. Never ever do advance booking with this guys total fraud and he haven't even returned the full advance amount, even though it is his fault not to provide proper accomodation. 1. Over all it is a horrible experience with them. 2. Never expect a proper response and respect from these guys after paying advance. 3. Dont ever trust this cheaters 4. Pay only after looking into the rooms.

They accept booking online and later decline to allocate room and loot your money. It's a scam. Don't' transfer MONEY ONLINE.

I stayed at this hostel and had a very bad experience. The owner was rude and had all sorts of weird rules. For example, he wanted me to vacate the hostel even though I had paid for the whole day just because he wanted to lock the door and sleep earlier. I would not recommend this hostel to anyone who wants to have some freedom. The owner is too controlling and the rules are too strict. If you're looking for a place to stay where you can relax and do your own thing, I would look elsewhere.

I dont recommend coming here. The price is very high for what you get, we arrived and there was no one there. The pictures on the google are so different, the room is tiny, no nets for the windows so the mosquitoes come in and if you close them its so dark . Sheets are dirty and so are the toilets that are out side . There is no hot watter and no shower only bucket. Its no worth the money.

The hostel is close to Gandhipuram Omni bus stand in a residential locality. Quiet and calm ambience. The hostel dorm is very clean and well-maintained. The staff members are friendly and very much flexible. The property has beautiful small cozy garden in the basement. Decent place to crash out for night and spend some time with traveller's. The propertier is super-friendly and understand the traveler needs. Recommended for safe stay!

I stood outside this beautiful looking house – which I called home for the brief period. Decostel was more like a home than a hostel. Covered with plants, the greenery immediately attracted me.To add to it, I was given an extremely warm welcome and taken to my room which clearly exceeded my expectations. The bathrooms so well equipped yet so simple and spacious.They also have a fridge and other necessary amenities likes wifi, emergency contact no, water filter etc. The hostel can accommodate up to 30 travellers comfortably and each bed cost about 500rs per night. They are also very flexible with check in and check out timings considering that travellers can arrive at any time. It feels great joy to stay with places like these who understand that traveller cannot be restricted by clock strikes.

I was enquiring about their pricing for 2 weeks and they said it costs Rs.500 per day, even it's not a private room or two sharing it's just dorm room. Totally dissapointed...

It was a very bad Experience. We booked rooms for a night stay and paid online. When we reached there, the rooms weren't available and the service provider was asking us to adjust and stay in different rooms. They weren't responsible. They didn't return the advance paid earlier. Please don't trust them and fall on a trap.

I had a great experience staying here! Starting from booking to Check-in to stay and till Check-out. It was a seamless experience. There was no staff when we visited. I felt like I was in a self check-in property. I was guided over phone and everything was monitored over CCTV. Very Affordable, Easily Accessible, Lovely Ambience, Good Amenities and above all the rules and regulations posted in the rooms and in the toilets were creative 😂

This is the budget friendly hostel, it is well maintained and good place for stay, and great ambiance too. Owner is too polite and too helpfull and more over he is a nature lover if i am not wrong, he has well maintained garden with varieties of plants.

One day 500 rs only One guy. This is sharing based hostel. One room 4 people s here. Best for bike riders. This is mens hostel. Only fan available. Restroom is good. Good ambience neet and clean. No swimming pool. No AC.

They have a decent dormitory like stay.. but very much unsafe , as there is no cctv . Also the doors are open 24/7 even stray dogs or any stranger can barge in. The washrooms are horrible .

It's Ok Ok kind of hostel , ₹500 per person was high compared to rooms. Don't forget to take mosquito coil with you as there are many mosquitos in the room

Bad experience! Bed was filthy and I got bed bugs after sleeping:(( It's cheap but it's not worth a week of itching afterwards!!

Don't know why this place has negative reviews. It's a typical backpacker hostel. In the centre of city. 500rs per bed per night. If you are coming alone best place to stay. You get to meet amazing people. And that's what we travel for, aren't we!

The caretaker not allowing the bike to park inside. it’s a superbike… I lost my helmet inside hostel and cc camera in the property was not working… very worst experience… and people are not getting ID proof and details when checking in..

This was a really simple and nice place. When I went no one was there though (I like that privacy or calmness, haha) and it was all very clean and new and felt really perfect

There are AC in rooms or atleast ventilation for windows should be there, we stayed a night and it was horrible experience. Service was okay they have books to read. And location is residential area and cost is considerable.
