I
remember
they
were
renovating
at
some
point
then.
What
were
they
renovating
,
I
don't
have
the
slightest
clue.
So
i
was
in
touch
with
these
guys
through
out
the
day
till
i
reached
the
place,
and
they
kept
assuring
me
that
my
room
is
confirmed.
I
reached
at
7:30
evening
and
the
guy
at
the
reception
says
no
room
is
booked
in
my
name!
I
had
to
show
him
the
WhatsApp
conversations
for
him
to
accept
that
I
had
actually
spoken
to
the
other
staff.
I
was
given
a
super
deluxe
room
just
adjacent
to
the
reception.
Dial
9
for
room
service,
he
said.
There
was
no
phone
in
the
room
to
dial
9.
I
had
to
come
out
every
time
and
ask
at
the
reception
for
whatever
i
needed.
The
door
to
the
room
couldn't
be
opened
with
the
key
card.
They
provided
a
key.
Further
more,
the
room
couldn't
be
locked
from
outside.
They
reassured
us
that
someone
is
always
at
the
reception
desk
and
the
belongings
inside
are
safe
whatsoever!
The
commode
in
the
bathroom
was
stained,
the
side
drawer
by
the
bed
was
broken,
the
air
conditioner
wasn't
working
from
the
room
and
had
to
be
handled
from
their
mains
and
they
don't
have
room
boys
for
room
service
on
Sundays.
Man,
what
happened
to
all
the
perfection
the
before
Covid
era.
The
location
is
spot
on.
The
only
saving
grace...
Thoroughly
disappointed.
