Totally disappointed, Worst ever hotel I ever seen. The reception person looks like very unprofessional & doesn't knows how to treat the guest. I booked the room through agoda after arriving the hotel at 11.00pm they told he doesn't have the room & let us out. They gave the booked room to another guest for more price. Fully money motivated hotel. I don't suggest this anymore. People please be aware.🛑

Not happy with my stay for below reasons: 1. The room was not ready when they handed over... No towels, no foot mat, no soap, no pillow covers 2. The door which acts as an entry to two rooms was always locked, our room card will not open the main door. Every single time you have to struggle to get into your room by taking house keeping staff help. 3. Hot water was not available at room even after wasting 4 buckets of water. House keeping will come take our bucket and provide hot water. But they need 30mins for next bucket. 4. During check-in they asked for extra amount since our kid was above 8 years. MMT should calculate this and avoiding embarassing situation so that one can opt for correct hotel considering final amount. Below are minor issues: 5. Incorrectly asked us for extra money for 3 water bottles which we didn't taken. 6. Only tea was available during breakfast.

Hotel Fortune Suites is located on the E Perisamy Road, R.S. Puram Area. Take left from the Coimbatore - Mettupalayam Highway, from the Indian Oil Petrol Pump. You will first come to the junction where there will be a Zaveri Diamond Store. From there a bit further you will find the Madurai Eye Hospital, beside this will be the Popat Jamal store. In that building the Suites are situated at the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor with the reception at the second floor. Beside the Popat Jamal store is a walkway leading to the lift, or you can access the lift from the underground parking area too. The reception hall has a big wall with a small waterfall that is creating a peaceful vibe. There are stairways and lifts both available. The floor on the 3rd floor (i.e. 2nd Floor of the Hotel Fortune Suites) has cushioned floor/carpet flooring, which will be spongy, there by protecting phones from accidental falls.The suites are more or less similar. The rooms will have one entrance corridor, the bathroom will be on either left or right, the wardrobe will be on the opposite side of the washroom. Then there will be a small counter with a cupboard with a flat top where you will have a Water heater and cups and coffee and tea available. Then there is a queen size bed and a Television. There is also a study table with a lamp. There are also bed side counter tables either side of the bed.

If I had a chance to give 0 stars, I would have. Blatant liars who said that wifi was available at the hotel. But, upon arriving was disappointed to know that there was no Wifi and they had lied to me. Their defense was that wifi is there and was available to the reception area. What is the point of that? Wifi is supposed to be a service to the guests in their room. Do they expect me to sit in the reception and do all my work? The reception guy was very rude. Overall, a worthless place with people lying who charge you more for amenities they don't actually have. Not at all suited for business trips.

Oh boy, this hotel totally deserves a solid five-star rating! I spent a whole week here, and it was such a pleasant experience. The staff was incredibly supportive and responsive. And can we talk about how clean and well-maintained the room and the entire property were? Seriously, top-notch. Oh, and guess what? My package came with complimentary breakfast, and let me tell you, the food was fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised to see how extensive the breakfast menu was—it had something for everyone. No matter what your food preferences are, they've got you covered. All in all, I had an awesome time at this hotel. If you're looking for a place that's clean, friendly, and serves up delicious breakfast, look no further. This place is a winner.

Pre Covid era, my review stated : everything about this place is perfect! Post Covid era, I remember they were renovating at some point then. What were they renovating , I don't have the slightest clue. So i was in touch with these guys through out the day till i reached the place, and they kept assuring me that my room is confirmed. I reached at 7:30 evening and the guy at the reception says no room is booked in my name! I had to show him the WhatsApp conversations for him to accept that I had actually spoken to the other staff. I was given a super deluxe room just adjacent to the reception. Dial 9 for room service, he said. There was no phone in the room to dial 9. I had to come out every time and ask at the reception for whatever i needed. The door to the room couldn't be opened with the key card. They provided a key. Further more, the room couldn't be locked from outside. They reassured us that someone is always at the reception desk and the belongings inside are safe whatsoever! The commode in the bathroom was stained, the side drawer by the bed was broken, the air conditioner wasn't working from the room and had to be handled from their mains and they don't have room boys for room service on Sundays. Man, what happened to all the perfection the before Covid era. The location is spot on. The only saving grace... Thoroughly disappointed.

Pathetic Hotel Rude Staff AC not working we slept without AC no wifi and when I tried to go out around 11 guard said once you go back dont come back as he won’t open parking gate rooms very dirty breakfast was pathetic stale food so many mosquitoes in the room and upon asking mosquitoes spray they said we don’t have bed bugs glass cups cattle so dirty no hot water only location is good

Stayed here for three days!! It’s as good as a fish market or a vegetable market!! Obviously loud music played in the hallways which can be heard clearly in the rooms! I had another two days to stay in the hotel and they asked me Wat time I was checking out the first day without h knowing my stay details! The staff are absolutely pathetic! The rooms are never cleaned… u can find coffee/water/food stains left behind by previous occupants. The photos are from when they built the hotel I guess! It doesn’t look this way! Really annoying experience staying here! Oh and the restaurant (four cups) DONT DO ROOM SEEVICE! HECK THEY WONT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE FOR THE GUESTS STAYING THERE! All in all a terrible experience

Probably the worst management and an even worse MANAGER in all Hotels i’ve ever seen/experienced. No one knows how to do a guest check-in, took us 20min just to get keys even after doing advance booking. Next the manager “Jansi”, the most rude, ill-tempered & undeserved person in that place. All she does/knows is to shout at people for minimal concerns. Had to literally SCHOOL her on etiquettes, only god knows how she’s at this post with such low calibre.

A very bad experience. I had made reservations three weeks prior to my stay dates. The reservation was made directly at the hotel when I enquired if I can make an advance they said payment can be done during checking in. Correctly two days before my check in they ara calling and saying that rooms are sold out due to online booking. A very bad management by the team. Please inform the guest in advance if you are cancelling the booking.

Never ever stay in this hotel total rip off and no worth the money. The staff should be trained what a customer service in hotel management. Very poor

The reception desk needs to be managed by more knowledge and trained staff.. they have an intercom for restaurant but no one picks up. The reply was the restaurant is not theirs.then why should they have the intercom. The buffet breakfast was just average. Rooms are okay . Overall the hotel needs to improve its service

Rooms had mosquitoes and unhygienic, was totally disappointed with the service. Lots of mosquito bites and even bed bug. Mini fridge was not working. Definitely can find a better hotel than this hotel. One of the manager was not friendly and services were delayed.

The location is within the city, that is good part but the room was untidy and not cleaned, the glasses, cups and kettle was not clean. The breakfast part was the worst, the breakfast offered was of very poor quality and unhygienic. When we arrived the room was not ready, nothing was there in the room even though we arrived late and had prebooked the room in advance.
