Apartment is neat and tidy. The problem is that they have tieup corporates and if you have booked room via online it's not guaranteed you will get the room when you reach at hotel. This happened for a friend of mine when I booked for him. They did not inform us about the unavailability and moved to another hotel which is 4km far with no transportation and a lower standard one. We had to move at night at 10pm and their response was totally irresponsible. We have avoided this hotel in future bookings.

Difficult to reach, no service, not even a cup of tea is available nearby. Rooms are good, comfortable bed, geyser is provided. Only one towel is provided and no soap etc. Bathroom was not well cleaned.

This is a fake hotel. Do not book here. We booked but never got any room. Whole trip got wasted and family suffered. Do not book this Hotel this is a fake place and worst people.

Important things first:- 1.This hotel is in a discrete location away from the main road Hence you might have to walk around 1km if you want to catch any transport Also many times you won't find ola uber around this hotel. 2.This hotel does not have its own restaurant or kitchen, they have a predefined menu from which you can order and it will get delivered to the hotel. If you want to have something outside again you have walk around 1km to reach the place where you'll find many restaurants. 3.Service is okay, not that good not bad, AC was not upto the mark in the room I stayed, I don't know what was wrong with it. I hope it is not the same case with all the rooms. 4.If you coming from North Indian you might have a problem in communicating with the staff As they mostly know only their native language. They don't even understand English that well. Overall, if you are looking for a cheap hotel but good hygiene and facilities, you can opt for this but keep in mind the 4 important points mentioned above. I hope this helps in your decision.

We stayed in an executive room and it had all the amenities and it was spacious. It was more like a double bedroom in a house still good.. nice breakfast which comes with the package.. Helpful people..Must mention that we received great help from this very nice chap Mr. Param for getting a great room and in getting the flat tyre of our car changed.. overall worth the money..

There were no basic amenities like tooth brush and paste. Geyser is useless for the most part. No room service very disappointing, food has to be ordered before evening and will be served in 1s floor. Looks more like a pg than a hotel.

Homely stay.. All are 3 bhk apartments. They will provide one bedroom for stay. . Stayed for 14 days. Nice atmosphere . Best part is we have nice cook over there "Pashu pathi" Cool Sheff. Food is extraordinary. His way of behaving and treating guest is appreciated. Had a nice stay.

Stay and food is awesome and friendly staff. The only problem is the people who are staying is only allowed to be in the rooms. I booked for my parents and had to get permission to stay an hour with them. The cook from Nepal is really good. Felt home with food is what my parents said. Over all nice place to stay with no road noises.

Worst experience, staffs were rude and lots of mosquitoes. Please don't even try

It's the new Cognizant guest house. The stay and food is good here. Location wise it's not that good you won't find much things to do nearby.

Too long from Main junction.. can't walk from bus stop to hotel..u have to take a taxi to reach hotel..hotel staying timmings are different.. Check timmings before booking.. time of booking starts for new day is Morning at 11am..e.g. if u book at today night approximately at 10 pm means it will end up next day morning at 11am..u have to pay for another day charge for after 11am.. They have different timmings.. it's not a 24hour format..

Good rooms, clean little outskirts on the way to chill sez it tech park, in saravanmaptty, 12km from Coimbatore junction.

Rooms are not cleaned.. service also bad.. but location is good....

One of the worst hotel stay I have ever been in, booked and paid for 4 rooms, when tried to checkin they given only 3 rooms and no responsible person available to answer, the manager is not even picking the phone, water supply also is worst, when reported for no water coming from tap, they didn't even bother to check the issue.

Good stay ...worth for money.. recommend !!!!
