What
should
I
say?
They
are
lacking
in
professionalism
and
need
to
improve
a
lot.
I
did
book
for
three
nights.
I
had
to
check
out
next
day
morning
and
move
to
another
hotel.
I
will
share
few
things.
When
I
reached
the
hotel
and
told
that
I
am
having
a
booking,
they
were
clue
lees.
After
showing
the
photo
of
money
receipt
towards
advance
against
booking,
they
could
recognise.
After
doing
the
required
formalities,
they
just
handed
over
the
key
to
me.
Everywhere
one
person
accompany
the
boarder
upto
the
room
and
put
the
AC
on
as
boarder
may
not
be
aware
the
working
system
of
all
the
gadgets
as
it
differs
hotel
to
hotel.
For
dinner,
there
was
no
menu
card
in
the
room.
After
asking,
they
provided
the
menu
card.
When
I
called
to
the
number
555
(provided
in
the
room)
for
food,
they
told
to
call
200.
After
ordering
the
dinner,
food
came
within
reasonable
time.
No
spoon,
no
fork,
no
napkins
provided
with
the
food.
The
person
came
with
the
food
along
with
bill
and
demanded
to
pay
by
cash
immediately.
For
other
hotels,
one
used
to
pay
entire
bill
including
food
bill
during
check
out.
Here,
one
have
to
pay
by
cash
everytime
he
orders
for
food.
After
calling
to
reception,
they
confirmed
that
restaurent
bill
is
different
and
I
have
to
pay
separately
through
cash
only
(card
payment
not
acceptable).
One
more
thing.
When
I
ordered
a
bottle
of
packaged
drinking
water
along
with
the
food,
room
service
confirmed
that
for
water,
i
have
to
call
hotel
reception.
This
means
for
food
andl
water,
one
need
to
contact
different
nos.
Moreover,
they
have
added
10%
extra
over
food
bill
towards
service
charges
as
they
served
the
food
to
room.
The
entire
property
seems
to
be
in
very
shabby
stage.
No
maintenance.
All
the
carpets
are
very
dirty.
The
wash
basin
in
toilet
is
having
crack.
Nobody
bothers
to
maintain
the
cleanliness.
Next
day
morning,
i
went
for
complimentary
breakfast.
It
is
very
difficult
to
find
the
place
where
breakfast
is
getting
served.
No
proper
direction
found.
After
searching
for
5
to
10
minutes,
i
found
a
small
room
in
rooftop
where
breakfast
is
getting
served.
Only
four
to
five
items
are
available
other
than
tea,
coffee
and
bread.
Except
medu
vada,
all
items
seems
to
be
at
least
2
to
3
days
old.
They
are
using
same
food
day
after
day
till
it
is
getting
consumed
totally.
Stinking
smell
was
coming
from
idli.
I
did
ask
for
a
masala
omlete
and
finished
my
breakfast
with
two
medu
vada
and
one
omlete.
I
will
never
go
in
future
even
if
they
offer
free
of
cost.
Whatever
I
have
mentioned
here
are
real
fact
and
hotel
management
may
check
with
their
records
/
staffs.
I
checked
in
yesterday
night
and
checked
out
today
morning.
