Not worth for what we pay, No proper maintenance made in rooms , the paint was peeling due to water leakage in the wall not for one room we took 4 rooms all the rooms are in same conditions. Cockroach problem also there in the room. Be true to the customer what you're charging for the rooms. It's better to stay 1500 Rs nearby rooms, it will be good when comparing to this hotel.

Excellent hotel with cleanest rooms and mind boggling non-veg restaurant, Call the hotel directly for a decent discount. the bar is outstanding . Hotel has excellent car parking and for a makeshift visit towards Kerala avoiding the rush in Coimbatore city , This hotel can be decent choice. May be price can be reduced further for the room price.

What should I say? They are lacking in professionalism and need to improve a lot. I did book for three nights. I had to check out next day morning and move to another hotel. I will share few things. When I reached the hotel and told that I am having a booking, they were clue lees. After showing the photo of money receipt towards advance against booking, they could recognise. After doing the required formalities, they just handed over the key to me. Everywhere one person accompany the boarder upto the room and put the AC on as boarder may not be aware the working system of all the gadgets as it differs hotel to hotel. For dinner, there was no menu card in the room. After asking, they provided the menu card. When I called to the number 555 (provided in the room) for food, they told to call 200. After ordering the dinner, food came within reasonable time. No spoon, no fork, no napkins provided with the food. The person came with the food along with bill and demanded to pay by cash immediately. For other hotels, one used to pay entire bill including food bill during check out. Here, one have to pay by cash everytime he orders for food. After calling to reception, they confirmed that restaurent bill is different and I have to pay separately through cash only (card payment not acceptable). One more thing. When I ordered a bottle of packaged drinking water along with the food, room service confirmed that for water, i have to call hotel reception. This means for food andl water, one need to contact different nos. Moreover, they have added 10% extra over food bill towards service charges as they served the food to room. The entire property seems to be in very shabby stage. No maintenance. All the carpets are very dirty. The wash basin in toilet is having crack. Nobody bothers to maintain the cleanliness. Next day morning, i went for complimentary breakfast. It is very difficult to find the place where breakfast is getting served. No proper direction found. After searching for 5 to 10 minutes, i found a small room in rooftop where breakfast is getting served. Only four to five items are available other than tea, coffee and bread. Except medu vada, all items seems to be at least 2 to 3 days old. They are using same food day after day till it is getting consumed totally. Stinking smell was coming from idli. I did ask for a masala omlete and finished my breakfast with two medu vada and one omlete. I will never go in future even if they offer free of cost. Whatever I have mentioned here are real fact and hotel management may check with their records / staffs. I checked in yesterday night and checked out today morning.

Pls don’t choose this place for stay. We checked with them before paying whether it is sanitised or not. And they informed it’s completely sanitised. Once we check in a room it was smelly. Later they gave another room. In which the bed spread was not clean and dirty floors. Then again they gave another room. Finally here the picture how clean it was. They charge 3500 for a room and it’s completely a worst experience. I never put such negative reviews. But they made me to do this. As I traveled from Chennai to coimbatore I couldn’t use the washroom once I checked in. And later they took 1/2hr to clean all these things.

I won’t prefer this hotel for any kind of people like family , business , travel or solo . I directly checked in the hotel around 7am and the reception perosn asked me do you need GST bill or without . Finally he gave for 2800 per day . After I checked in the room AC doesn’t work properly . I called and informed them . First one came and checked . After that also it’s not working . So after 1 hour another perosn came and sorted . So it’s almost 10.30 when issues sorted .. I’m not able to take rest also . I got ready and went for my work .I came back in the night and I informed to the receptionist tomorrow morning after breakfast I will do check out . He also said ok for that . Breakfast timing is 8am to 10am . So next morning I had my breakfast and did my checkout around 8.45 am . The receptionist said 2nd day count also started and you have to pay for that . We had an argument. I asked yesterday itself I told u clearly and you also said ok . But now your asking for extra one day . He said “yesterday while you informed I was busy with other customers, so only I said ok “ .. I denied to pay . Because for that behaviour my entire day got upset and worst . More then this all the room was not neat . Don’t book by seeing the images in Google or online platforms. AC won’t work properly . Bed covers not very old . Toilet was not clean and all the fitting are in half breaking condition. U won’t get proper water in shower . And by seeing the bucket you won’t feel to take bath .for this 3k u can get more comfortable stay around this place . So I won’t recommend this hotel for anyone.

The food is decent and the room service is clean, but the prices are excessive and they charge various rates for different people. I was there for a week.

During my recent visit to Coimbatore, I booked this hotel but I was very disappointed with my decision. For following reasons, I will suggest you to avoid this hotel. 1) The hotel staff is very unprofessional. 2) Hotel rooms are not that good. Rooms are like a Dharamshala. You may find some lights are not working or the bathroom taps are working well. 3) It is claimed that the Hotel rooms are centralised AC but AC's are not effective. There are no fans in the rooms. Its rooh hot to handle. 4) They will charge you much more even for ordinary water bottle which will be double than it's actual printed price. For Kinley water bottle costing Rs. 20 they charged Rs. 40 for each unit. Even the manager gives good reasons that its there business so they will sell it as per their own way. Hilarious! 5) If you for some service, the hotel will impose Room Service Charges that will be additional. I ordered food from the same restaurant that too in the hotel. For this they imposed Rs. 100 in the name of Room Service. Again the Hotel Manager argued with same stupid reasoning that we are doing business. Above all, I will suggest you to avoid choosing this Hotel for your stay as it is too costly. I paid Rs. 4000 per night in this Dharamshala and my experience was hilarious. You may get hundreds of hotels at much cheaper price. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!

Towels are dirty, that was a big put off. Rooms are clean and well.maintained however, cracked marble on table tops were a putoff again...it's not that bad as it may sound in this review, but they cN definitely make it better. Breakfast doesn't have any no onion no garlic options at all. I stayed there for 4 days and all four days staffs kept watching me going hungry but did not try doing anything. Staffs are good otherwise, very polite and cordial too

Booked hotel through Makemytrip and was denied check in despite paying and having voucher. Sub-standard hotel and worst customer service, made to suffer in midnight to find another hotel. Please don't book through Makemytrip which neither has any control on these sub standard hotels. They did not call to check if I was going, both hotel and Makemytrip, they would have eaten my money if I have not raised complaint (got reply now that this hotel is kind enough to advise MMT to refund my money, who the hell will leave you if you have not refunded), unethical partnership, will advise friends n colleagues not even to think of booking this sub standard hotel. After seeing bad reviews in recent past, convinced that it was good that not stayed here, seeing other reviews also on Makemytrip trip's unholy alliance on not getting rooms even if booked, also then why Makemytrip still continues to take bookings for this hotel no clue, may be unclaimed guest booking money is shared by both to boost their revenues, great idea Still this guy is not able to understand the idiotic thing they did, if they have got the booking despite hotel being full, as a responsible customer centric entity, they should have called me to inform they can not provide room, instead they say I should have called to check, what nonsense. They are blaming Make my trip and claim that hotel was full since they serve better. It can be on any Muhurat day, if you continue to understand customer complaint the way you understood now, you will be ditched by all one day. Thought of updating again on seeing highly irresponsible attitudinal reply, remember customer is always King and not vice versa

Excellent hotel. Air conditioned. And the staff were very ready to attend to any requests we made. Delicious breakfasts. A member of our group had special dietary requirements, and the staff were very willing to meet those needs. The location was very close to a western style supermarket, in easy walking distance

The time we had at Mahi's was more than we expected. The staff is curteous and helpful. The owner visited us during our complementary Breakfast and insisted that we make him aware of any of our needs! We couldn't be more satisfied with our stay. Clean, kind & comfort plus beds!

Very poor service. Staff not respectful. They don't provide blanket for e,Tra bed tho they charge for extra bed. Took a lot of unpleasant talk over 45 mins. People refused to give names. The service people said MD talked to me. But he didn't look like MD he was very impolite and did not understand customers needs. We expect service for tge money we pay. If this was a 2000 rs hotel would have accepted their service. But their charges are almost double that. Breakfast very poor. Dosai and poor not cooked. Even this morning when we complained at the reception the same man was there and would not even look at my face and talk. They call it business class hotel But very much the opposite especially the attitude of that man. I asked for his name. He refused to give. The workers say when they pass on customer complaints they are brushed aside and asked us to report directly at the reception. But that man seemed very disrespectful too. Yes I would not recommend this place for anyone who want a decent peaceful Stat. Waste of money

Very professional Restaurant is too good with different varieties of food. Waffle cart which is outside the hotel is loved by kids.. All attenders are down to the earth Interior of room is excellent with little small cockroach here and there. This is becoz of their wooden floor. Overall we enjoyed our stay over there..

Good hotel to stay in while in Coimbatore...The rooms are well kept and spotless. Breakfast was good but I think they can do better. Overall it was value for money considering facilities and parking. I was allowed to check-in and check-out late. And that was a big advantage for me. Would definitely stay here when I pass through Coimbatore again.

Had a very bad experience here. Booked 3 rooms for my relatives and one room had dirty sheets. AC broke down in another room and they refused to provide an alternate room even though they had open rooms. They instead came up with a “brilliant” idea to supply the room with an industrial fan. Got charged for an AC room despite it being non AC. Didn’t budge for any negotiations in spite of the fault on their side.

Just fabulous.. rooms are extremely spacious. Service is too good. Food was also very nice. Spacious parking. I came late in the night., and the receptionist was waiting for me with a big smile on the face. Simply superb. Very safe.

If there was 0 star wud be rating thatz worst staffs and security are ,they dont know to pay respect to guest, they give parking preference for bar peoples and not room guests, ! We pay same amount we get in gokulam park or skylite or just 500 rs, u get fairfield, and another 500rs u get le meridian, dont get struck with irrespectful staff, its better to stay with self respect

We recently arranged a birthday party for our niece in Hari Bhavanam. They only have food but the party room was with this hotel.. When we are going to book they are talking like putting honey in the ears but after everything is over they show their true face.. If anyone want to celebrate their children's birthday party better search any other hotel. Here there pricing is high and quantity of dish is low and not up to the mark..

Rooms are average, slightly overpriced for what we get. Bathroom fittings had issues in some rooms. No view through windows unless you are in top floor. The rooftop restaurant was good, nice food and helpful staff. But, didn't had a pleasant experience during checkout. We blocked few rooms over call but didn't need to use/check-in one. But they insisted payment at full rate. Not customer friendly and hence do not recommend this hotel.

Worst experience with Room Service. They don’t even have Ironing Box in their Hotel. How could they call this as Business Hotel. Hope they need to change many things in their service. Atleast they have good ambience in Room. Better don’t suggest to anyone.

Very bad stay experience. First I booked through phone. While checking they told there is no booking. And asked me how did you book. Luckily lady spoke to me and I mentioned her. Then they told on. Next is about tariff .The lady told 2500 net for gst bill. While checking in they asked me for 2500 plus gst will come. Me from corporate company and this confusion is too bad. And the biggest person is the watchman. He told to park in the road. Since he being old I didn't want to shout and no point in shouting at him.. they watch was actually very arrogant and head weight person. Then I asked receptionist where is there parking and he told it is in the basement. Not corporate friendly. People are arrogant also.. rooms are next and clean. Will not advise to stay and won't stay next time.

The hotel has decent rooms and quite comparable with 5 star hotels. Room service is very prompt. Stayed here for four days. The buffet break fast spread is good, had both Indian and western cuisine. Had a good and comfortable stay. Well mannered staff.

We stayed here as foreigners and we were very impressed. The rooms were very clean with nice linen and towels. Housekeeping did an excellent job when they came in to clean and to replace linen. Reception staff and other hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was always ready and very tasty. It worked out great for us. Thanks.
