Good food and bar service are top-notch. Cleanliness in rooms was perfect.

Rooms are not up to the standard. Only good thing is that it is in the main road near Airport.

No lift . Room fill of mosquitos. very bad experience especially going with kids. Not at all recommended. only good point is it is 1km distance to airport. otherwise everything else is ultra pathetic . very unreasonable prices. Just don't even think to go.

The rooms are good and comfortable. But the only negative thing is there is always cigarette smell while entering the room. Otherwise the rooms are clean and neat.

I stayed here for a week. And my stay was too good. The room was very clean....and bathroom too. The hotel is also very clean and safe. The service is prompt the staff is very courteous, helpful and trustworthy. A big thanks to the whole team specially Pragadeesh.

Rooms are neat and clean, service is decent and friendly. Food comes from a restaurant which is right next to this hotel and is of a good quality. Very well maintained and a nice ambience. Worth the price. The only issue i faced was with the central air conditioner which was making a rattling noise all the time.

Neat and clean. Good staff. The room interiors looks very nice. The shower curtains could have been a bit longer as all the water gets into the WC area. Good room ambience.

I stayed in this hotel in Nov '22. Neat and well maintained hotel for the price. Courteous staff, very helpful. It has some of the best eating places just few steps away. Junior Kuppana and Anandhas are must try places.

I don't think it's worth 4k,dirty linen and a slight fungus over the tea plat and even for extra water bottle they charged extra money A hotel without a drinking water

Just opposite to KMCH and near to the airport.. rooms are decent for overnight stay.. in room dining from Junior Kuppanna is a plus.. however for the rates they charge one would expect the rooms and amenities to be a lot better..

Bathing towels have turned black from white & looks like used ones are kept, very dirty towels.. front desk one guy was really rude.. not a good one for that price of 3K per day , below average..

You have to go next door restaurant for breakfast. That's uncomfortable+ lights in rooms should be brighter. Too dark

It all depends on how you have booker your room. if it is online there is no complimentary breakfast nor even wi fi . they just hand over the room card key and tell u r room number . you have to find your ay out. the room was clean but the tap in the restroom was leaking . Just luke warm water in the morning and hot water not available through the day if u wanna refresh. checking out is damm easy they knw u have booked through online app so just return the key card to a helper who was at the desk . is this the way you treat a customer who has paid for your services . the attached restaurant food is average .

Excellent and Memorable Stay This was my first visit to Coimbatore. I was so lucky to have chosen The Castello Residency Hotel.. The room was of a very high standard. The staff were extremely professional and nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks to reception team who helped to make my visit so memorable. The Castello Residency is very well situated near KMCH Hospital. The magnificent Coimbatore international Airport is nearby and the Shopping mall is also near by. I have no hesitation in recommending The Castello Residency Hotel.

“Excellent hotel near airport” Room was clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean as well. Staff are always courteous and smiling. Everywhere you turn, you are greeted by smiling faces. Service is excellent. I would give a 10 out of 10 for staff's courtesy at The Castello Residency Hotel Coimbatore. Malls within 1 km from the property. I highly recommend this property.

Hotel rooms are good . I happened to stay with my close friends with extra bed double occupancy. Paid 3900 including taxes us promised. For 3 person only one water bottle was provided. When I asked for 1 or 2 additional water bottle bout this to Mr.Umapathy front office manager. He replied rudely and impolite. He also argued that 5 star hotels also provide same kind of service. He would have replied in much polite way. Totally lacking interpersonal skill to be a manager in a 2 star hotel. Kindly ask him to behave with dignity to customers.
