It was a long time desire to see this wonder in my own eyes, finally made it happen last weekend. The view of the world's biggest sculpture was mesmerizing and delightful. It's a complete plastic free zone and felt like we are in the arms of nature. Parking is ample and the cleanness is above expectation while managing 10's of thousands of people every day.

If peace has a Address then that should be this place. So calm, peaceful, Nature, God, Environment, each and every corner is at it’s best. A must visit place once in your life time especially at the time of Mahashivaratri. The experience was next level. The events, laser show, the crowd, The music, Meditation 🧘‍♀️ and what not. Overall great experience.

Place is full of positive energies and divinity. While watching shiva statue literally had goosebumps. They have bus facilities. Auto and cab will be expensive. Would love to visit again. You can sit and meditate. Place is really beautiful. Can't explain in words. One should experience.

The Adiyogi statue by itself is magnificent, the area surrounding it feels calm and serene. To reach the statue one has to take a long walk or use the bullock cart or battery operated carts. Dint like the torture to bullocks for taking people in this age of abundant alternatives. Would be great to see those bullocks free from torture.

It was my first visit to isha and I was speechless after looking at the huge statue, entire surrounding and environment was amazing with cool breezy wind and the monsoon rain 🌧️, other half which I loved a lot is the yoga center (dhyanalingam) ,the views were extraordinary. If you're planning for a 1 or 2 days trip I would recommend this spiritual place, they even have cottages to stay but you should book it online prior visiting the place.

The center is open from 6:30 AM to 7PM in the evening. Zero enterance fee, parking fee. Best time to visit is early morning, you will witness the best view. Dyana linga will be opened at 10:30. You are not supposed to carry bags or mobile phones inside dyana linga. At enterance a ticket with no people entering will be issued which has to showed during enterance of dyana linga enterance gate. Keep your tickets with you when you deposit your bags. A place where you will find the divinity for sure. Due to covid restrictions bath at surya konda and meditation classes are not happening. Evrything is very well planned and maintenance at its best. Good food available that too at reasonable price. Totally a must visit in tamil nadu. Visit Velangiri hill and suruvani dam near to this place when you visit isha.

One of the iconic visiting place in Coimbatore (around 32 KM from main city). 34-meter-tall statue of Shiva. a huge place, surrounded by lush farms and located on the slopes of the Velliangiri Mountains, an amazing view can be experienced and worth to visit. One of the famous photo shoot places now. Opens from 8AM to 8PM, with free entry. Huge parking base (Rs. 30/- parking fee)

Quite a breathtaking experience. The whole time being there is very calming and relaxing. Amazing place to be at. Sadly no cameras are allowed once you enter the meditation venue. Expect crowd and long waiting time to enter the dome but it is all good. Relaxing. Dont go there if you are running behind time. Just enjoy the journey

Adiyogi Shiva Statue in Coimbatore is one of the biggest statues in India, which are dedicated to the great Hindu god Lord Shiva. Located in the Isha Foundation Complex in Coimbatore, the statue is carved out of 500 stones of steel and stands tall at the height of 112 feet. It is surrounded by verdant green farms at the foothills of Velliangiri Mountain in the Western Ghats, offering a relaxing environment to practice Yoga and meditation.

A must visit place. Situated amidst nature, it’s slight secluded. Surrounded by huge mountains , it’s built on a very large ground. Enough space to sit and walk around. Very peaceful. Remember to carry snacks/water as there aren’t enough stalls/shops. Best time to visit is in evening. It’s approx 30-35km from Coimbatore, so you can easily get a bus.

NB: Don't take the direction shown by Google map, it will lead you to a dead end(from my experience) . Adiyogi is a perfect place with greenery and peaceful atmosphere. The place will be crowded most of the time. Better to visit here on mornings/evening as there are no shades to protect from sun. Plenty of parking places and places available for meditation and yoga. The place can be utilised for many purposes. Parking fee of ₹30 to be paid, and no other entry fees.

Anyone seeking for some relaxation nice place to go. Foundation group is Isha. Entry car parking ticket is Rs.30. You will get bullock ride or electric ride to go inside .for bullock ride Rs.10 per person. 1 pure veg restaurant is there. You need to keep your belongings including MOBILE outside. Need to walk Long inside. With kids it will be difficult as the silence is the prime thing here.washrooms available. Free yoga sessions for 30 minutes. You can sit there and meditate. Not a place for fun .purely meditation type.

Located between forest and surrounded by hills on three sides. So the place was really cool and calm. We visited at the time of July. The place received rainfall for every 10 minutes. The 112ft statue of Lord Shiva is really a magnificent and majestic architecture. You can use bullock cart or walk to this place. This place is really suitable for ultra wide shots. A must visit place in Coimbatore

What a beautiful evening to be in Adi-Yogi premises..! Acres of lands cultivated with Peace, Prosperous, Health and Religion. A well established and disciplined centre. I am not sure one would get devotional vibrations or not, but surely get pleasant pleasure. Laser Show not to miss. Canteen food is very nice at affordable price. Accommodation at Isha foundation is difficult, but 1 hr travel from Coimbatore. Dyanalinga open till 5.30pm and Adi yogi till 7pm. Please ensure timings before visiting.

I recently visited this Amazing place. The place is more beautiful than clicked in the camera. The statue of Lord Shiva is made so beautiful & large. It's about 34-m tall, 45-m long & 25-m wide. It has a "Guinness World Records" as the "Largest Bust Sculpture” in the world. (⭐out of 5) Cleanliness- ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Place-⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Recommended-⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Food Availability- Yes ( Small Food Stalls) So, the way to this place is very well made & maintained. You can reach by any vehicle. Also, the parking facility is made well & once you park you don't have to walk a lot to reach your destination. Also, in front of statue a pooja kundh is made. You can take water & do the pooja in the kundh there. Also, the statue is so magnificent in real & is so big. Do visit this place & share your experience.

Largest bust size statue of Lord Shiva in the world. It is magnificent to look at with hills and fields in the background. Statue is open for visits between 6AM and 7PM. But Dhyanalinga premises open only from 1030AM onwards, hence plan accordingly. A lot of tourists visit, hence you will see people taking photographs in random poses. Toilets and a few food options are available, but will need to walk a bit.

Really awestruck by the statue of Adiyogi Mahashiva. One must not miss the evening LED projection shown on the statue, which will blow your mind. And also, if you need to calm your mind and meditate without disturbance you can sit on the field next to the stage area.

The most peaceful place I’ve ever been to. Saadhguru has such an amazing initiative of save the soil. Please go to the main temple first have a bath in the holy waters and sit and meditate but before doing so you need to deposit your mobile phone and bags(extremely safe and easy). You will be surprised how your meditation goes it felt like 5 minutes for me but I was in deep meditation for hours. It is stunning and peaceful inside. Pray nicely and channel your inner energy here. There are lovely food places inside the main temple which you could indulge in and it’s also cheap. The Adiyogi statue lights up at night from 19:20pm and they have a laser lights show for about 20 minutes or so which is so stunning it is state of the art technology and so insightful. Please support this and donate if you can.

Lovely place. Expansive. The talks of forest destruction aside, the place is well tended. Could not enter the temple or the ashram due to covid safety measures. Had to register online and that is free. Offering water and praying at the small temple in front of adiyogi was 20 a person. There are expansive parking places and stunning locale to take cool pics. It's a potential fun picnic spot and the best time to visit is at dusk at around 4.30 to 5 pm.

Great place to visit. It's good for doing meditation. There is a spiritual atmosphere here. The giant statue of Adiyogi is a great attraction. The hotel inside the Isha Centre is clean and the price is economical. Most of the employees are friendly. There was no proper lighting when we walk from the Serpent entrance to the Adiyogi Statue during late evening. I feel it's little risky during that time. It will be good with better lighting in that area. Overall, the experience is great!

It is a lovely place. Went with family friends and colleagues. Well maintained, there are lots of volunteers. There are place to have good food and tea coffee. They sell statues, garment made by them, others items like incense sticks, photo frames. They also have room to stay inside itself which they charge around 2000 to 2500.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Adiyogi Shiva statue in Coimbatore is an absolute marvel that left me speechless. Standing in front of this magnificent sculpture was a deeply spiritual and awe-inspiring experience. The attention to detail and the sheer scale of the statue are truly remarkable. The Isha Yoga Center's serene surroundings make the visit even more special, providing a peaceful space for reflection and contemplation. Whether you're seeking artistic beauty or a profound spiritual encounter, the Adiyogi statue is a must-visit. It's a place that resonates with tranquility and leaves a lasting impact. Loved it. I'm not a religions person but i enjoyed the visit. We spent 9 hrs there. Only issue we faced was the 2km away parking. Also inside the foundation no phones allowed or anything except wallet. So plan accordingly. See my attached photo for the daily events timing and reach there 20mins before if you don't wanna miss it.

An architectural masterpiece of 112 feet Adiyogi. Adiyogi is situated in the middle of all hills. You have to go almost 8 to 10 KM inside from NH44 highway. Ample amount of car parking, electric buggies, and Carts pulled by bulls to transport from the parking place to the statue. The overall experience was great . There are a lot of food stalls and the prices are very nominal. It’s a free entry monument. The yoga center offers a serene retreat for spiritual seekers. The merchandise shopping allows you to buy different things. Better to visit in the evening, you can see the laser light show in the statue, it will start around 7:10pm everyday.

We where asked to do a online registration which can be done there itself in 1 or 2 minutes. Nice and calm place to meditate. You can spend a whole day. Laser show is closed due to covid. Massive. 112 foot long bust. Largest in the world ! Definitely worth a visit. I suppose it'd be even better during Satsangs or special occasions. Humongous capacity to seat crowds so don't worry about a huge gathering. The setting itself is fantastic. I would suggest visit just before sunset. Nestled surrounded by mountains - amazing location.

Adiyogi is a 112 foot statue inaugrated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Sadhguru. It is based in the foothills of Velliagiri mountains and is a part of Isha Yoga Center. In front of the statue in a mandapam, sadhguru has also consecrated a yogeshwara linga. Always a good atmosphere. Nice wind all time, and well maintained areas for pilgrimage. Some special days laser shows are available. A meditation room is before the another area behind the statue

Nothing can be said to justify this place, be in terms of beauty, the location, the grandeur or the blissful face of adiyogi which can make you experience peace just by sitting there. There is a cultural show at 7pm, followed by a laser show in the evening at 7:20pm which is a must watch. The best time to visit is sunrise so that you get the place all by yourself for sometime. And also sunset, so that you get front seats for the laser show. In between it's too much crowded.

The morning ride to adiyogi from coimbatore is nice. The curvy ways through villages was an another experience.Try to reach there by early morning and do a 10 min of meditation. Its worth. All you need is a peaceful atmosphere and fresh air. Even though there is an entry ticket, the place is well clean and calm. In my sense, reaching there by early 6am and leaving before overcrowd would be best. Enjoy👍

Must visit place in Coimbatore. Adi yogi statue is 112 feet in height signifying 112 ways to know the ultimate truth. Thanks to Sadhguru for vision and dedicating this statue to all of you. Btw, Night time light show is highlight.

We had been there in the morning around 10.30 and spent time at Isha Yoga Centre till 3.00 PM which is normally required as there many things to see after Adiyogi Statue. Situated in foothills of Velliangiri mountains, this place will give you a mesmerizing view of the surroundings. We could even spot 2-3 waterfalls on those mountains.

Must visit!! It is located at a very beautiful place surrounded by hills on 3 side. And a big lord shiva is there in between with hills in background. Parking facility is available and toilets are also there. Some munching is also there. Isha yog center is opposite to it. Truly magical to see lord shiva in this way!

Felt very relaxed. Too crowded but a great place to be in. There is a small temple at the start of the statue where you can do Abhishek to lord Siva to which 10 rupees were charged per person. Didn’t understand why they didn’t allow to take pictures inside. But overall it is a great expiration to be in there.

The place is beautiful, spectacular, spiritual and peaceful. When you come here you'll think its just a statue but there are temples and bathing places and many more things to visit and experience the extraordinary silence of the place. But you dare not miss the light and Sound show at the evening. Its 10 minutes only but worth every second.

Been hearing of Adiyogi, Isha center from a very long time. Visited with my family and understood one thing, that all the photos that we see on the web doesn't give any justice to the actual stuff.. It's beyond explanation on how we feel when we enter that space. A sense on serenity, tranquility and elevated energy. May be that's all I'm just stitching up, as I loved it the moment I say the Adiyogi statue. The laser show was again a marvelous piece of art on the artist's statue. It starts at about 7pm last for about 25mins.

A huge bust statue of Aadi yogi. Siva is depicted as a human who practiced ancient forms of yoga and meditation in the Himalayas. The place is located in the valley so the place is always cold due to the wind . The area is wide open. The light show at night is really spectacular . The other temples and ponds are just meh!

Adiyogi in Coimbatore is best visited on weekdays or non-public holidays to avoid large crowds that can disrupt the experience of embracing Yogi culture. However, for casual visits, the crowd might not be an issue. Plan your trip accordingly, noting the numerous signboards available in case you get lost. There are plenty of parking lots, albeit paid, and facilities such as washrooms, food counters, and souvenir shops. It would be great if visitors could maintain a peaceful atmosphere, especially to not disturb others engaged in yoga or meditation. No words to describe. Awesome.. So beautiful place..Full of energy. Very nice experience. Better to visit in the evening time. You can see the wonderful laser light show effects in the statue which starts around 07:30 pm. Its a peaceful place, everyone should visit, very neat and clean surroundings.
