Had Tandoori Chicken, 2 porotta. Tried chicken as suggestion from reviews, was good enough, size of piece was small, well cooked, the masala was bit sour but seems like perfect for me, nice for the price Range. Kuboos with the chicken was way long pathetic, squeezed like chappathi, hard and cold, zero rating for kuboos, would have been a worst experience if i hadn't ordered porotta. This small kuboos can make the tandoori experience from great to fair, even fair to bad. Mayonnaise was thick and perfect but it was less salty, cannot eat kuboos or chicken after dipping full mindedly. Porotta was hot, thick, big enough, it was also less salty made it difficult for me to eat (with less salty mayonnaise🥲).Perfect if properly salted. The waiting time for food is bit longer but it's an okay okay factor, considering big busy hotels like this. The thing irritate customers is there are more waiters or serving persons than cook, it takes time to cook food, and this entire time the waiters spent time talking to themselves without considering customers. We accept the factor u have small kitchen and u tries to provide maximum customer comfort, but the waiters are not even providing glass for drinking water (we may have reached there exhausted, you should take that into consideration), i was there for 10 minutes and i had to ask waiter for glass😑. And the billing section is not even aware of these behaviour too, seeing all this give bad impression to us customers. Overall food was fine, more than fine. Experience was bit less comfort not due to ambience or waiting but due to waiters behavior and the response of owners to it.

The place has a restaurand a bakery functioning in the same building. The bottom floor is bakery and top one is restaurant.( The same setup as the restaurant's branch near kalpathy) The food and service is very gud. The seating is comfortable and has fairly gud ambience. It delivers for the price paid. Peper alfam is gud try. Manthi rice was also good.

Initial visit was not so pleasant. Extremely crowded at the time of covid restrictions.. opted to stay outside and try their food. Felt like they were accepting orders from every table without bothering about their staff capacity. Staffs were running to reach out to customers. End result was confusion, chaos and complete mess. Just by accepting orders and takeaways directly or via online apps does not make them outstanding. Quality matters in terms of food , ambience and surroundings. They lack all of above. Food was not served hot. Extremely spicy that we wasted whole portion.. Recently took another chance at their highway branch . To our surprise, nothing changed rather became worse .. Complete mess when it comes to staff. The way they carry themselves is not at all hygienic. Ordered a paneer curry. The amount of oil it has would shoot up your cholesterol level even without consuming it...!! Chicken was cold, hard and burnt.. Used glasses were kept on our table along with new set.. well People prefer highway branch may be coz of the outdoor ambience. But not at all worth the money. So LONDON BAKES, focus on WHAT, HOW and WHERE you serve.. Best wishes..

Except for the staff service rest is all bad. Chinese cuisines are prepared in Indian style and full of red chilly powder that too not cooked properly. Staff is very cordial and service is good. But food lacks taste and quality. Despite having AC they were not turning it on this leading to extreme heat inside

Would start with great food, pathetic service and experience. Firstly the place was super 🔥 AC was not working. Staff doesn't have a clarity of order taking and delivering. They served chicken for some of our vegetarian family member 😡. The staff seems to be having no understanding and prior experience of handling restaurant. Now in terms of timeline ordered was delivered after 75 minutes and entire order from starter to main course was served at once, as if they were in rush. For the once who go for great dining experience this is not for you.

Pepper Al Faham is really awesome. We also got an offer for unlimited food from anything on the menu for a cost of 500. Ambience was awesome for a group of 13. We enjoyed the food. But the waiter was not behaving properly, that had caused some trouble for us. Otherwise parking facility is also available on the roadside.

The satisfaction of food will be obtained when staff properly behaves with the customers. I haven’t seen such an arrogant staff especially cashier so that we have to cancel order and go ,after 30 minutes . Even after that the attitude of them is like not bothered . As a local resident of palakkad, I won’t go there and there are pretty good shop nearby ( within 100 meters) where they serve with smile. Thanks that I got the experience within my second visit itself and true colours of staff have been exposed.I would like to give zero star if possible but available circumstances aren’t allowing me.

The place has got one of the best fried chicken in palaghat , the place to eat is at the first floor , ground floor is for bakery items , but the restroom is not that much hygienic.

Food is not at all satisfactory. I ordered falooda, chicken al-faham , mushroom & wheat parotta. Alfaham chicken wasn't cooked well. So roasted chicken items are not recommended. Falooda had a syrupy taste with no semolina. Mashroom curry had large pieces of mushroom heads making it difficult to chew. What Paratha was okay. So the overall experience was bad. I recommend trying other veg restaurants like kapilavastu.

London Vibes in Palakkad. Hats off to the management who bought this classic ambience restaurant in town. They have two levels. Upper level ambience is awesome. Food also good. We tried broasted chicken. Taste and quality factors matching with price. Overall its a fine dinning restaurant in Palakkad city

Just conducted a small get-together with my friends & loved ones, great place to connect with friends, good ambiance and very supportive staffs, they helped in planning the day had some great ideas for the day and for menu. good and affordable menu, ask for Justin while planning a get-together he has some great ideas while you plan for a some special day. Must try papper Alpham ☺️☺️

Mouthwatering shawarmas and pepper Al Fahm in town. Good selection of cakes. Their mandi and biryanis are too good. Decent pricing too.

Right place to buy cakes and Alfahm. They have fully loaded bakery as well as restaurant. Very decent service and ambiance.

I visited the branch Near Ksrtc stand. Ordered Quarter Al fam chicken mandi when the time order placing the i ask them to give chicken chest pice, but staff replied that they can't give that, only provide leg pice along with alfam mandi. I had eate Alfam mandi from all over kerala but i never get a experience like this.charged extra payment for chest pice. Great service.Need higlight this in all the social media tooo. Thank you.

I had a shawarma plate (take out) on 20/5/23 and it costs Rs.110 with 2 kubboos and shawarma (with raw veggies), the quantity was so so less that its not at all worth the money. Also the taste is not good. I wouldnt reccomend to buy.

The overall mood of the place is soothing and comforting to the mind and soul. Food takes some time to get ready. And the menu is affordable too. The al faham is nice here. The mint lime here is also very good.

Ambience is good. But, the food is average. The juice tasted bad. And, 20 rupees for that tea? Overpriced compared to the quantity server.
