Toilet and bathroom were very very dirty, bathroom Door had no lock. Other visitors cloths were available in the room.no drinking water.no intercom facility. Room charges is much much higher then its value. we had visited hotel in the middle of night but were not allowed since we don't had cash but card. I was very helpless in the middle of the night in a very lonely and unknown place with my wife and luggages. We had to literally beg to the rude hotel staff for the night shelter as we were not having any other option avl. rude staff only allowed us after keeping our luggage in his custody. We had to compromise with our self respect. It was a life time lesson for us. Hotel staff approach was very INHUMAN and unprofessional.never go there.

Pathetic service yet decent food. We stopped by here on a bundh day the waiter was so disinterested that he even didn't pour water in our tumblers. There were no other customers yet he chose to ignore us as much as possible. But we were tired and hungry so we somehow placed our orders and I must say the food was decent not great but good and affordable as well. I'm certainly not going back here unless I'm dying of hunger next time.

Food was below average. I was traveling from Ooty and this was the place I found on the way and stopped for lunch. Ordered veg meals and chicken kababs. Taste was nothing great but eatable. Kabab half plate was 180 bucks and had 12 small pieces, full plate costs 320. Meals were ok and costed 80 bucks.

They have a good ambiance. Rooms we received were also good. Honestly did not except such rooms at cheap rate. The food is delicious and serving too is fast. Well behaved staff. On a whole i loved the place and our stay was peaceful.

That picture shown in this map was old now it was like an haunted place. I stay there for one day ,at that day i got itching all over my body, and walls are breaked almost like falling . Very bad experience in my whole life

Worst rooms,no power , cleaning also not good, no hot water, they're not responding,

Very horrible experience.. No electricity all night they even don't have generator for power backup, no one form group get sleep due to mosquito...0 service 0 staff no one is speking English...and have to struggle for hot watter in morning... And owner don't want to communicate after he get paid... Better sleep in car.

Food was tasty. Quantity and quality is there. Price is also reasonable only. Kerala food is the major attraction. I would have given 5 star rating if they keep interior in a better and cleaner way.

Just good for stay for Hours. Not maintained, Dirty washroom. No privacy.

If you want family room this is not a good place to stay

Nice location to hang out and a friendly staff makes u more relax and enjoy the trip. Very near to bandipur national park where u can visit often when ever u feels to go
