Fun Republic Mall is a shopping mall in Peelamedu, Coimbatore, India. This shopping mall was inaugurated on 19 August 2012 and Managed by E-city Ventures which is part of the Essel Group. It is located on the arterial Avinashi Road on a 3.5-acre site. The mall has 6 levels with a total area of 3.25 lakh sq.ft. Shoppers Stop is its anchor store and occupies over 79,000 sq. ft.The mall also features a five screen multiplex operated by Cinépolis theatre with a capacity of 1,119 seats,and a McDonald's restaurant spread over 3,470 sq. ft on two floors in addition to its food court.

Nice mall for shopping. Brands like shoppers stop, Pantaloons are there. Well decorated but bit congested. One can spend some good time. They have food court, KFC, Barbeque nation.

After many years, I revisited fun mall today(Monday May 15, 2023). This is the second shopping mall in Coimbatore. It is located on the Avinashi road, Peelamedu surrounded by many schools, colleges and posh residential area. Nowadays, the mall looks empty. Nobody was there in the peak hours. Most of the shops are closed. Totally fun mall is missing the fun.

Fun Republic is one of the few malls in Coimbatore. I visited this mall a few weeks back to check this place out. It has limited stores and a lot of vacant spaces. If you want to shop, you have Max, Pantaloons, Shoppers Stop, and Easy Buy. Your dining options are Pizza Hut, McDonald's, KFC, Barbeque Nation, and a few food stalls. The only premium store at the mall is Aptronix. If you want to watch the latest movies, you have Cinepolis Multiplex Theater. The crowd at the mall was mostly college students during my visit. It's probably the reason why this mall doesn't have many stores. While the architecture of the mall is good, the lack of stores and crowds makes this place look dull. The restrooms need better maintenance. I got to know what this mall looks like after my first visit. I'll skip visiting again unless I need to go to one of the stores or restaurants mentioned when I'm in the vicinity.

Only the movie snacks centre charges very high rates. Food courts are there. Macdonalds and KFC are there, for those who enjoy having it. Kids play area is there. Most of the branded shops are there. Shoppers Stop with many clothing designs for all, has several shops in this complex. There are lifts to take you to respective floors. There are also escalators to take you to next floor. There are also steps to use to the respective floors. Restrooms are available in each floors. Its neat and tidy. Huge parking area available. Overall neatness is very good. Staffs well behaved.

Not much fun can expect. Clothing stores are many. Food and kids stalls are a few. Huge complex. Many shops to be opened. Clean and well maintained complex. Parking is available side and back of the complex.

Decent place to spend time. Food courts are good rather than shopping shops. Few choices are to select from Apple store, Shopper's stop, Max and cosmetics. If you love to shop leisurely, sure you won't disappointed. You can find lot of college buddies throughout the mall. Pizzahut is one of the attractive eatery along with Mc-D. Speciality is in every floor you can find eatery. Nice place in mid of city.

Nice mall to and it is helpful to explore some brands in coimbatore, liked it. I recently visited this shopping mall and I was thoroughly impressed! The mall is beautifully designed and the variety of stores is amazing. I was able to find everything I was looking for and more. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my shopping experience even better. The mall was very clean and well-maintained, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. I also appreciated the variety of dining options available, which made it easy to take a break and grab a bite to eat. Fun Republic mall is the one of the best mall in town they have so many dresses store,food court, theatre, accessories shop etc , The mall has four levels. Pantaloons,max,barbecue nation,kfc,Pizza Hut,fun cinema theatre etc are the most popular areas in the Mall.he ambience of the mall is excellent but air conditioning is little low you can feel the heat inside.Fun Cinema theatre is good except the snacks price which is killing the joy of movie and this is happening in almost all the cinemas nowadays.Reliance super market available here, all provisional items available.There is a good parking space behind and below the mall, so parking would not be a problem here.One thing I hate is escalator connectivity for different floors is horrible.

Compact mall with limited Brands inside located near PSG college of Technology So, Best place to hangout with friends and family and also to watch movies 🍿in Cinepolis with awesome ambience. The food court are limited too but with more food varieties. Overall a good shopping 🛍️ experience.

It's covid but some of the shops in this mall still closed but our favorite shops and food court opened....they are so protective (keep sanitizer and temperature checking ) it's good to avoid touching grills stay save 😊

This mall is present in the centre of the coimbatore City on the Avinashi road. Wide range of parking facilities available.Most of the units were under construction during my visit.Around 1/2 of the places were under construction.And also the escalators were not working in some of the floors. There were 4 floors in total.Overall the mall was well maintained.The outlets for eateries were very much less when compared to other malls.The food court was too small. Can spend good time with friends.

One should definitely watch a movie in the lively Dolby 7k surround sound. Amazing. But the only drawback is the cost of snacks inside the movie hall which is bit expensive. Overall...satisfactory.

Fun mall is a fun place for youngsters. Full of youngsters when I visite. Enjoyed food at few outlets at the fourth floor. Reasonably good. Large eating space provided is a attractive point. Just walked around for a few minutes. Compact mall to while away time and to have fun.

Being a vegetarian expected some good shops like anandhas, hari bhavan, but none of the shops are popular. Seating is also very average. This shopping mall needs more attraction.

Having been a go-to hangout spot during our undergrad days, Fun Republic Mall held nostalgic memories. However, returning after 5 years revealed a stark transformation. The once vibrant hub, bustling with students and families, now seems ghosted, with many shops closed. The theater and food court still draw a crowd, but the overall atmosphere has shifted. It's evident that significant changes have taken place over the past 5 years, altering the mall's dynamics and charm.

Fun Republic Mall didn't just offer shopping and dining; it was also a hub of entertainment. The multiplex cinema screened the latest blockbuster movies, and the gaming zone was a haven for both kids and adults alike. I had a great time challenging my friends to a game of laser tag and enjoying thrilling rides at the indoor amusement park.

Could see less visitors( Corona Effects) during weekends as well.. they got Food Court, however less shops for our choices. One thing I hate is escalator connectivity for different floors is horrible. Total confusing. Just visit this mall n have fun with friends. Have a blast!

I have been visiting here for over 8 years and have gone here 100+ times! Always amazing 😎 Every time I go it is amazing!! Even tho it is not even a 1km away it is walkable like in 5 mins! I remember when they were building the mall and I really loved the old GREY COLOR and the NEW PEACH is kinda like BROOK FIELDS bur still cool 😎

If you go here to watch movie then its ok but if you go to watch movie at night then light will be little less because most of the shops close after 9:00 pm and if you book ticket after 10:00 pm then there will be some problem.

Fun republic mall commonly known as fun mall is one of the main shopping mall of Coimbatore. The transportation facility makes the fun mall unique among other shopping malls in Coimbatore. While other malls make us to walk for a distance from the bus stop, fun mall is just a step behind the bus stop. It occupies many branded shops and the cinepolis theatre with 5 or 6 screens with good quality visuals and sound are other features of this mall. I enjoyed being there and I am sure everyone will enjoy.

Had a good time watching a movie, eating and purchasing dress ! Still take extra care eating western foods if you are new! Strictly prefer Indian foods. I had a bad memory trying new western food! Yuck!!

This branch in fun mall was opened around 2 months back. May be sometime in October 2019. Place is big compared to the main branch which is there near Town Hall. Dish varieties were also more here but the price is same. We went on Monday and it was just 600 per person. Especially my kids like this place very well for the cake cutting and the song the staff sings was very interesting.
