Very worst. Totally money minded. Very worst doctor. They prescribed medication for 2500rs + 500rs doctor fee for throat pain for 2 weeks. Dint even get better 1%. The doctor said to try medication for 2 weeks and then need to take covid test. But went to NSP nursing home and took medication for just 2 days. I was completely fine. Money is secondary. Please don't play or don't do research with life's.

I went to this hospital the OP consultation charge is 800 mandatory very high even senior doctor is not explaining the problem and solution that time receptionist only explained the medical related and surgery advice, for mild sinus problem they are making patient panic for compulsory surgery for that same issue i consulted another hospital but there not advised for surgery.

I visited this hospital with my mother. She had ear discharge issues with deafness in both the ears. Surgery has been done on both the ears. Hearing is very much improved after the surgery. Now my mother can hear if I talked with her in a mild voice also. Well experienced doctors. Polite and supportive staff. Thanks for the good health care support.

I am Dr a general practitioner recenty Went with my mom for her vertigo due to high google review i did not introduce me as a GP. from the start it was like a headache receptionist was too rude and they started ordering unnecessary tests for the condition which i am well aware of and waiting for like 2 hrs as they were in surgery they wrote 2 medications with a multivitamin which she already was taking and sent again for 2 unnessary test totally costed more thaan 20k and worst part is they did't even review the results only duty doctor reviewed it and said take these tablets As a Dr if my moms condition is worse like this i can only feel sad about non medic parents these kinds of Doctors bring ill name to the profession and finally they avoid bill for high price tests

I went to this hospital 3 weeks ago with my mom for ear problem.i already tested my mom in one hospital they suggested some ENT surgery.to take second opinion after checking google review I went to hospital they repeated all the tests again asked 5000 and suggested one more test called VNG which is costed around 10,000 again. Total I spent 15000.they told me to laser surgery which is costing 1.5 laks even though I have medical insurance they said not tied up with that particular company. As a lower middle-class person, I couldn't able to afford that much cost. But recently I came to know that that particular test VNG is costing only 4000 but they charged 10000 rupees. All the tests are costly fit that particular test (VNG) they are not accepting online payment also. Then I came to know that almost they charging double for all the tests and creating urgency and threatening emotionally to take the test. I feel that I was cheated

I shared good experience when i had surgery..but now i came for checkup because i had pain, i came to the hospital after calling still they didnt allow me inside even when the doctor is there. Teach some manners to the nurses.. while waiting outside, the nurse just infront of me is telling to the security "don't allow anyone inside after 7:30" is this the way you handle patients ?

The worst hospital experience I’ve ever had. I came to this hospital for the first time seeing their reviews on google. I came here for a throat infection and they charged me hefty amount for consultation 800, and give all unnecessary tests and medicines for 5-6k for a simple throat infection. The doctors don’t even bother to answer any doubts or queries you have and they treat you and talk to you in a very poor manner without any respect. They also make just a few patients walk barefoot in unclean floors while every other patient and staff walk with slippers on. PS: I’m writing this review again since the lady from people grievance addressing team made me forcefully delete a similar review telling it damages their hospital reputation. They force you to remove it instead of listening to the patient’s concerns.

I visited on 14th February and the people at the front desk were very friendly and cordial. Doctors gave meticulous treatment , listened patiently and attended to our issues especially Dr Anjana. Had taken my daughter for ear ache last year.. After taking the scan the Dr said that there is a septal deviation and that is the reason for the ear ache and a surgery is necessary to cure the ear ache. The counselor told that the surgery costs 180000, but they would do it for 140000 as they had a offer running. I agreed to do the surgery after listening to alle the smooth talk from the doctor and staff. The surgery was done without any incidence. But there was no respite for my Daughter from the ear ache.. We again went to the hospital but were given vague and evasive replies.. One of the worst experiences I have had.

When I visited the hospital there were just 3 patients including me and 2 doctors. Doctors are unprofessional and were chit chatting for a long time making the patients wait. They did did not provide endoscopic report but took 300 charge on that. I went in for extreme headache and a eye doctor instructed me to visit ent. The d0ctor took 500rs charge and did give any medicine or didnt give any reason or solution for my issue. Extremely time wasting and lethargic doctors . On the whole they charged me 800( 300 for endoscopic and no report was provided but asked to pay. 500 doctor fees no solution or medicine was prescribed). I'm returning back with no Medicare. Worst hospital. I'm not recommending this hospital for anyone.

I came to this hospital for foreign body in my left ear and the same was removed immediately by Dr Priya.The procedure was painless and done meticulously by the doctor.She is an asset to the institution. But one thing I want to bring to the notice of the management is; there was a constant disturbance from the other side. I think he is a senior doctor speaking loudly in Hindi. I visited this hospital at RS Puram today. I came to this hospital looking at the google reviews. To be honest, I’m not sure whether the hospital condition matches the high ratings. After taking tests I had to wait for a long time to see the doctor. Since the tests were taken, I can’t leave the hospital as well. I am not sure why patients are requested to walk barefoot when the hospital is not very clean. If the hospital is clean, they should request their employees to walk barefoot as well. It would be nice if junior doctors have their own name board instead of using the name board of other doctors. Their consultation fees is 500 which is high as compared to other hospitals (300 Rs). I’m hoping that the diagnosis and visit is worth price. The senior doctor only arrives at 7.30 pm. So plan your visit accordingly. Owner - Please look into this and make changes accordingly. Seeing the positive reviews, we went to Vikram ENT for my 4 year kid as he had some mild ear block because of cold. Initially they asked us to take an audiometry test and a blood test for which we had to wait half a day. Upon the audiometry report, the junior doctors said that the reports are quite normal and need not to worry. Then they took us to their senior Dr. Aruna Viswanathan. She casually started canvassing us for an immediate laser surgery and said that would cost around Rs. 60,000/- We were shocked to hear that just because the test reports were obviously normal!!! For a 2nd opinion we went to another ENT hospital and they gave medicines for a week and my son is perfectly alright. Dr. Aruna Viswanathan, we did not expect this from you. Please stop implementing your marketing experiences in this noble profession. More than a doctor you are a superb marketing executive. Please stop looting money from patients. Just to make-up the negative reviews you have posted paid positive reviews. Understand that the digital marketing strategies will not help you for a longer run.

A 40 year renowned hospital with well experienced doctors and staff took the life of my son. My son who was 38 years old was recommended for a minor sinus laparoscopy surgery, at the end of the surgery the doctors reported that he's experiencing breathing difficulties and recommended to shift my son to a higher hospital. When we reached the higher hospital, the hospital declared that he was brought dead. The hospital administration gives the reason as cardiac arrest. How is it possible just by the end of the surgery that to a simple laparoscopy can take my son's life. The hospital administered all basic tests but .....He has two young kids. I sincerely beg you all not to trust the hospital.

Very expensive, poor time management by reception staff. Look out for surprised billing at the end of 3rd day Out Patient treatment. For a simple throat inflammation I was charged Rs 8,000 which included room charges. These people are behind money all time.

Satisfaction at its peak: I had difficulty in breathing and loss of smell sensation for more than an year, through my relatives I got to know about this hospital. I had gone through a minor operation for the removal of polyp in my left maxillary sinus, the operation was successful and I am feeling very much better. I will definitely recommend this hospital for anyone. The doctors are best in quality and they treat well.

Came for vertigo problem. Doctor suggested vng test to understand the root of the issue, after which they gave some medicines and the issue was reduced in a month to a considerable amount. They explain the exact problem and provide effective treatment. Would recommend the hospital for anyone who suffers from vertigo.

Edit: I am changing the stars back to 4 because the hospital contacted me and explained their situation and tried resolve the problem. Which I really appreciate. That is one good customer care. 5 stars for treatment and evaluation. 3 stars for sharing less information about the hearing aid devices. I believe it is their responsibility to educate people about the hearing aid devices which they failed to do so. P.S make sure you ask about the brand before you buy because some Bluetooth hearing aid devices won't work with Android.

Accompanied my neighbor for her check up. The receptionist Ms.Deivanai was courteous and helpful. Great to see such an experienced doctor , Dr.P.G.Visvanathan , so friendly and positive. Their audiology department staff were able to fix her problem and answered all the questions very patiently.

In Vikram ent hospital they are not providing proper bills after consulting.. We took blood test and ear tissue we followed up for more than 5 days still they are not providing results for it..we paid 2600 rupees and we asked for bills they asking us to collect post evening like that..after that there is no response..

It was an bad experience for me in this hospital. I am saying about the management not the doctor, as those who are in the reception won't answer properly. I have booked an appointment the prior day and went to the hospital on the time which they said. But, they said even though we book appointment we have to come and fill a form and wait. The waiting time they said me was half an hour, but I have waited for more than one and half hour. In the mean time there were so much crowd and the ac was not even working. We asked the receptionist to switch on the fan atleast, but she just said someone and was sitting peacefully. Once we complained to the number given for voice for complaint, they only came and asked her to put the fan. Finally, after one and half an hour waiting, they didn't even have the concern to answer properly, simply they are saying it will take another hour or more so please wait, that too when I went and asked another person. Today may be a holiday so I could understand their situation too, but what as a patient I am expecting is hospitality. It was an worst experience for me. I didn't meet the doctor, the rating I gave worst is for the management (specifically for the receptionist who were sitting).

If you want to spend your money without being reasoned, go to this hospital. I went there for third time recently and I was charged hefty all those times. I used to clean ear wax in a hospital regularly for the past few years. When I visited this hospital for the first time, I was asked to do a blood test, hearing test, endoscopy, X-ray for nose and charged me ₹6,000/- only to finally clean ear wax after all those test results. Second time for the same ear wax cleaning, luckily I was not asked to do any test but charged 1600/- (₹800 per ear) just for removing ear wax. Third time, went there for basic Tonsillitis which I used to get regularly. I was again asked to do endoscopy, X-ray, blood test, hearing test. They planned to loot my money but thank god I was aware enough about their plans, I then went to another clinic like hospital and they have gave me tablets just for 1 day and it cured me immediately. Please don’t go to this hospital if you want to get your basic medical needs checked.

When there are many doctors in the same area who can use just a torch light all these years to identify your problem, these people put a separate bill for using endoscopy instrument even there is no scope for your problem 🤧 I went for a Tongue tip irritation issue and had no issues with ear or nose which I also informed them, still they took me to endoscopy and charged Rs.500 for that. Consultation fee 300, Endoscopy fee 500. I went for issue in tongue tip, these guys checking eardrum and nostrils, they even know it was a food allergy still they want to do their procedure to get the fees. They keep on saying the same when I asked why do they do that without my concern. Just give us the solution for our problem alone, we don't need your extra care which costs extra, if you are too bothered in caring us, just do it as service 🙏

Doctor's were good. NOT AT ALL HAPPY with the management 's approach. Initially it was told that the entire procedure and discharge will be for 3 days. Accordingly we planned our leaves and got admitted. At the last moment, when we requested for discharge, they asked us to stay for one more day saying some reasons. No one explained the proper reason prior. Tough the doctor's diagnosis was good, for the above stated experience, I will rate the overall experience as VERY POOR.

Six months before I lost sudden hearing for my both ear, then I went to many hospital For the treatment but most of the hospital doctors saod need to do open surgery also they said not guarantee for hearing then my neighbour refferred Vikram ENT hospital, I came here Dr Anjana Madam & Dr Aruna madam adviced laster treatment for stapedotomy. Clearly explained about the treatment and they said 99percenct guarantee for my hearing... Three months before done my left ear stapes treatment also 10 days before again done stapes treatment for my right ear, I came here review check up now I can hear at my left ear. I am thankful to all the doctors. Staffs are very friendly. Vikram ENT hospital is the best hospital.

My wife could only hear with a hearing aid, her brother couldn't even hear with a hearing aid, both of them had ear surgery and now both of them can hear without a hearing aid, Alhamdulillah. it is not necessary to say, the doctors are highly skilled and experienced.
