I am writing on behalf of my wife who delivered a baby boy in Womens Center by Motherhood Hospital Coimbatore. We would thank Dr. Anuradha from bottom of our heart for supporting the overall pregnancy. Also would like to thank pediatrics doctors Dr.Karthik and Dr.Saranya for their immense support & guidance in handling and taking care of our little one. The Nursing staffs are very polite and helpful everytime. Their care and support round the clock is really awesome.

I had a terrible experience today at Motherhood Hospital, Coimbatore. I visited the hospital to vaccinate my 1 year old kid along with my sister. The security lady did not allow us to enter stating only 1 person is allowed. With a baby who is sleeping,it was not possible for me to do the formalities for vaccination. So the security lady allowed only my sister to do the formalities and asked me to wait outside with my baby .She was very rude. At this time of COVID situation it was not advisable for me to wait outside with the baby. This is not the way to treat anyone who visits the hospital.So finally I had to ignore her and forcefully get into the hospital reception with my baby since it's not safe to stay outside the waiting hall. None the staff not the nurse bothered to check me on what was happening outside. The security lady only stopped us to enter with 1 attender but she was allowing everyone else to get in. It was very pathetic to see such security lady spoiling the reputation of such an esteemed hospital. I WILL STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS HOSPITAL. They treat people as though they are providing free of service and they humiliate. They don't treat their patients with respect and they don't even bother to take any necessary steps even if we provide any feedback . THIS HOSPITAL DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE A SINGLE STAR TOO .

Good doctors and nurses. Faced some issues related to attitude of some nurses but that's solved by the time and regularly asked , cross checked by the authorities after that. Only problem is the bill amount. Bill amount makes the hospital super special and can't afford. The care and overall attention is not that much good and bill is above the expectations

I will not even give the single star rating It's a long post but writing this on a very sad feel. We were consulting Dr.Anuradha from the day one of my wife's pragnancy and during our 9th month scan doctor told that baby is on breach position and asked us to come after 15days.Once we went after 15days doctor checked my wifes status and told that baby is still on breach position and water leven is 8 so without any delay doctor asked us to get Admitted for c-section and doctor suggested us to give COVID test and get admitted on the same day we gave the COVID test by 3.30 pm and got admitted on the same day by 9pm and I checked with the floor nurse what is the procedure that they going to follow they said they were going to give inima by 5am as the operation was planned for 9.30 am so requested us to not to have any food after midnight 12am as they planned they gave inima and changed the dress for operation and asked my wife to sit in wheel chair to shift to operation theater operation was planned on 9.30 am and by 9am nurse asked me to meet the doctor by 9.15am so I met the doctor on time and doctor said your wife is tested a minimalCOVID positive so we cannot treat her here and asked us to shift the patient to some other hospital I respect that decision and planned to move to royal care there the doctor at royal care asked us to come before 10.30am while they saying this the time was 9.50am. i requested Dr.Anu to help us with the ambulance to reach the hospital as it is 20+Kms far from the place but doctor refused and said we use to pickup our hostel staffs with that ambulance so we cannot give the ambulance with a high risk i shifted my wife through car within 30 mins to royal care hospital and did the surgery post surgery doctor said u guys have transferred the patient on time without delaying cz during making the c-section there is no water inside the mother's stomach if we would have delayed the transfer there would be a breathing proble for the baby and after operation baby didn't cry they stimulate baby to cry this is what happened with the hospital and my questions are below where I didn't get any proper response from the hospital management. I agree that their policy is to not to handle the COVID patient if so why they starting the procedure before getting the COVID result why they have inima and cleaned the stomach before getting the result. After cleaning the stomach and making an pregnant women not to have anything for past 9hrs already and asking us to shift where will we go. If something would have happened to mother and baby who will be the responsibility If they felt like COVID will spread to other patients if a positive patient is in hospital they why they agreed and asked us to get admitted before getting the coivd result. We gave the COVID test by 3.30 pm ist n the same hospital cont they get the report in 8hrs as this is an emergency. Without checking this why they gave inima and cleared the stomach and took risk on a pregnant women's life. If that is the process they why cont they tell this in advance as we will not start the procedure before getting covid result. Without getting a justice for this I will not get this issue settled

The hospital has good environment and the staffs were well coordinated. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my doctor Mrs. Anuradha for her thoughtful concern regard to my health and providing me with excellent medical and physical care. I gained confidence throughout my delivery. I’m thankful for the nurses who supported me. I would like to thank Ms. Jiji for her support during delivery and post delivery.

I would highly recommend this hospital for woman and child care. Being treated by Dr. Ramya.J for Myomectomy, the procedures were clearly explained, got followup calls, friendly staffs, helpful and strong security , technically knowledgeable nurses and helpers made my admission smoother and comfortable hospitalization. The food was extremely healthy and tasty. The insurance team took care of my claims and without any struggle got the approvals. The soft music in pre operation theatre was reducing the panic fear. Rooms were clean and spacious With colorful balloons and extensive care my recovery is expected to be sooner. Thanks team.

We had a very good experience during the whole pregnancy and delivery process at motherhood hospital. Initially we got video consultation. Doctor calmly and patiently explained each and everything over video consultation as well as with hospital visits. The delivery experience at Motherhood and the post delivery care I received was very good. I would especially like to mention the utmost care and explanation given by the lactation consultant doctor during my stay at motherhood, which helped me resolve all the lactation related issues. Special thanks to Doctors and all the nursing staff who took care of me in motherhood for my 3 day stay.

We had consulted with Dr. Anuradha for my pregnancy and was very satisfied with her guidance and she was very supportive throughout my pregnancy stages and mainly at the time of delivery also next to excellent with a great patient friendly attitude and behaviour. We were blessed with a baby Boy at Womens Center By Motherhood Hospital Mettu palayam road Coimbatore and was a Normal delivery. One of the best maternity hospital I have ever visited. Having the best and smooth experience with the delivery procedure and all the services extended to us like supervision by nurses, communication of procedure by administrative staff was excellent, hospitality and caring was remarkable. They take utmost care to respect a woman's privacy in the scan room and maintain good cleanliness. There are midwives/nurses at every place which makes processes smooth. Thanks to Dr.Anuradha mam and all supportive staffs - Jiji,Seji- Administration of Women's center by motherhood hospital for the safe delivery and all the cares. Other doctors and nursing staff were also found so active and interacting with patients, especially Dr Sangeetha physiotherapist was needful queries were answered all time supportive all terms .. Also during my labour time. Some of the desk staff, nurses, duty doctors, Vimala madam for hospitality were very good pleasant and friendly response. Their cafeteria has all the basic items served in a most hygienic manner. What is more impressive and appreciable is their behaviour and courtesy. Well maintained and fully adhered to the regulations during peak COVID spread throughout 9 months during our consultations.

The doctors and nursing staff are very good and courteous. However the registration staff are lethargic because they take one hour for registration and to locate file from mrd. It doesn’t matter if you have an appointment or not because they will definitely delay the process by an hour. During admission for daycare we paid an advance as requested but we where not informed that there won’t be any billing available in the evening. It was shocking to find that out at 6pm. If the room rent doesn’t include ‘ pillow cover’ I don’t know what does because we where billed for pillow cover and bed sheet also separately. In corona days they don’t even provide sanitiser in the room and if you ask for one you’ll be billed for it. After discharge when we went to collect our refund money they said just send your account details via email and we’ll refund the money in 7 DAYS !!!! That was ridiculous and I have never experienced this in any hospital. It’s been a week and we are yet to receive our refund. The people in billing are so casual about this. And mind you we were again not informed during our advance payment that the refund would be credited only after a week. Another fail on their part. The whole process was just very unpleasant. If they take a week to give refund then they should also accept if the patient pays their bill after a week of treatment ! Upfront they want to receive money but don’t give a damn about refund. Just a ridiculous experience. On top of all this I’m a doctor and I received this kind of response.

We are so happy with the doctors in women’s centre, as they are very polite and give us properly guidance & explanation. But the system they have being followed to consult the doctor is a big drawback. We get appointments but never meet the doctors on time we get the appointment timing. (then what is the use in getting the appointment) Even more they don’t have any systematic approach like we doesn’t know when they ll call us. No token system nor proper path. Just need to sit sit and sit until they call. I personally advise the management to take prompt action to streamline the issues and make a standard flow as early as possible.

I had my normal delivery before 25 days at womens center. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Saranya maam. She was extremely patient in listening to our problems, very calm in explaining in details and clears our mind during every visit, which was our biggest priority during the whole journey. She let me cross my due date and wait until the pain begin naturally, gave me space and time for everything to happen naturally.. and agreed to let the dad stay during delivery, let him clamp the cord (delayed cord clamping post 120 secs) , let us do golden hour breast feeding,.. post pregnancy care was also a beautiful experience, they made sure to help us with perfect latching in breast feeding, gave enough support.. P.S : Only concern i had during the stay post delivery was the food not being served well for the price we pay. That could be better. Other than food, everything else were perfect.

My Wife had her normal delivery in womens centre 30 days back. Dr.Saranya.S (gyn) is THE BEST doc we had chose. You’ll never find any kind of harsh attitude in her. She’s extremely polite and kind. She listen’s to each and every queries from us and make us feel so good by clearing it. The way she explains everything with a smile makes us so comfortable . Entire 9 months checkups was so good. Overall we had an amazing experience. PS: always book very first appointment in the morning for smooth consultations without hassle. Canteen food is worst. Should be improved a lot. At least a single restroom for gents can be allocated inside hospital. Overall, Even though cost is high, you’ll feel safe and pampered.

Hospital follows Covid Protocol on papers only.. We understood there is too many patients you are handling but can try to be more strict in following Covid Protocols. Next thing is there is no air inside the hospital specially the ground floor Pediatricis , the AC or Air level was too low which left people yawning and worst thing is no fan in the feeding room , which was very challenging . Hope the hospital addresses these issues. Met with Dr.Karthik, he is very good, interactive and spoke well. Will recommend him anyday.

If you can wait forever in the reception just for them to make a receipt for an appointment.Every time the appointment timing is never followed. You should keep your half a day free for a small consultation. I would also say that just be nice to people because everyone has their value for time and it should be respected.

Be it the Doctors, Sister's, Attenders or Workers everyone are so protective about the patient knowing they are going to become a mother or already a mother to a new born. The hospital is full of positive vibes. A woman doesn't feel any pressure (even if there is any complications) knowing the treatment given by the Doctors. My wife is having a great experience for her second baby. She regrets that she took treatment in some other hospital for the first baby.

We are very much grateful to Dr Sushma Ravindran madam. Through her guidance and support our family members are blessed with a baby boy. She was a good pillar of support even before and throughout the pregnancy. She never scared us at any point and it was a comfortable and smooth journey for us. The ultimate thing which we personally felt great was during the day of delivery (which we didn’t expect as it was a few weeks earlier than the expected date). she had constant updates abt the patient and baby over the phone which gave us additional confidence like our doctor is managing things for us and not anybody else is taking decisions. About Women Centre: Doctors and the staffs are friendly and ensure that my daughter is properly informed about her health and care. They are very supportive in all aspects.

The chief doctor is a heart surgeon and it's related specialist. Moreover, he is the son in law of Malayalam Actor Mamutty. Both Mamutty and his son, Actor Dulgar Salman, earlier invested with this hospital chain. That is the reason for the growth. Now they have quit because of thier son in law turned to this medical field to the business field. These cardiac specialists studied MBBS and thought to earn more money considering this medical field to a business field. So he changed his hospital to a gynecologist specialist hospital, and He started this hospital chain. Later, he purchased the same from the famous Gynic doctor Ms. Miruthubashini. Now, all is business. They charge very high, but still, the facility is like a local clinic. Only the Doctors and staff are good, but they are not paid properly as per industry standards and forced for 8hours + duty. So some staff expect money from patients and their attenders. During discharge to many people ask for money like a government hospital. Beyond this, the hospital has a poor infrastructure. Very cramped space. Illegal expansion in basement car parking and terrace. High rise buildig near Railway track. Due to fake promotional activities, people get struck with this hospital. Last minute, they'll tell most of the mediclaim is not annexed. While billing, we can see too many wrong entries in billing statements and a few double and multiple wrong entries, too. After baby birth, even the vaccination cost is also too high from their own brand, etc. There is much more to say. Poor scammers.. very poor owner. If I'm ready to pay, the owner will drink my urine and eat my shirt... The chief doctor and his family will suffer a lot and die with more pain because they have too much curse with all people. A day will come soon to see the fastest shutdown after the action of NAAC

Good hygienic conditions maintained in hospital. Doctors and nurses were performing their duties very well. Outside food not allowed and no one allowed due to this covid situation. It is good but food cost is too high. Can re look into it atleast for attender if can't reduce it for patients.

Special thanks to the nurse “Dhana Lakshmi” she was very supportive and motivated throughout the labor. Cons: The rooms are small for what you pay. The restrooms are not well maintained. Cost wise Women’s Center is expensive when compared to other hospitals.

I had four days stay for my delivery.. Doctors and staffs are excellent, very polite and patient, Especially the labor ward nurses. Dr. Anuradha helped me take informed decisions about my pregnancy and labour and both baby and I was shifted to room in three hours of delivery..one of the sweetest thing is, my dietitian visited me during labour and gave me positive vibes and told me she has ordered lots n lots tender coconut and juices for hydration, which kinda was very sweet.. even after delivery, not only gyno doctor, but I had regular visitation from dietitian, physiotherapist, paediatrician, nurses for helping me and baby, since due to COVID only attender is allowed ..

Excellent Doctors Dr. Selvanandhini and Dr. Shobana. Good service in general. But the registration counters were not organized. People with long hands get to extend their file/money and get serviced first. My daughter was taken for scanning, but was asked to wait because the scan charges were notbyet paid. Actually, I went to the counter with the slip. No one bothered. After insisting, the lady took the slip and forgot about it. The lady in next counter came and started taking slips who came after me. When I demanded to know what's happening, then they took my slip. My daughter's scan is already delayed by half hour. The counter lady is asking if she's pregnant with one kid or twins. How will we know without the scan. The question should be directed to the doctor. Otherwise everything was ok. The PRO Ms. Bincy promptly called to give feedback. I know Dr. Mirudhubashini in my pregnancy days. An excellent Doctor. I'm glad she's running a chain of Fertility centres. God bless...

My wife was admitted here for the delivery of our first child.She was confused as to how she will manage labour due to the Covid situation, as I wasn't allowed inside the labour room. She was very much happy about Dr. Anuradha & the hospital nurses. They made her feel very comfortable during the course of labour. Dr.Shobana our baby's pediatrician gave us wonderful counselling regarding nursing our new born during the initial days.The food served was wholesome.Last but not least, the nurses provided excellent care for my wife and newborn.

The excellent doctor Dr. Saranya I have ever met. The way she cares and the way she handles the patient is extraordinary. I felt completely easy to ask and clear my doubts at any time. Dr. Sangeeta, Physiotherapist who is also friendly and her session in teaching exercise is clear. I feel very comfortable to approach her at any time. The session is completely helpful for labour and delivery. It makes us comfortable and it is useful for every new moms.

My delivery experience was very pleasant. The rooms were good and the nurse staff support was timely and helpful, they helped me get through the first two nights with my first new born. Dr.Saranya Ma'am, whom I am really thankful for helping me in delivering my little one safely as my little one was breech. We came here when we were planned for baby. From that till delivery service was fantastic. Selva Nandhini mam was clearly explained the process every time we came here for scan and check up. Support provide by all nurse and other staff during delivery and after was very good. We recommending this hospital for normal delivery and it happening 90 percent of the patients

Once u decide to go for a best hospital this is the way womens center by motherhood .i mentioned only few , my son is 4 years old ,whenever he gets an health issue we approach only this hospital always and forever .

Had very good and positive experience throughout the hospitalisation. We consulted Dr. Saranya S (Fetal Medicine). She is very kind, supportive, gave 200% care from Day 1 and kept us comfortable at all kind. Duty doctors, Nursing & support staffs are too comfortable for us. Support provided by them at 24x7 is immense. Experienced great motherhood.

My husband and I welcomed our twin boys here in April😍. We were initially consulting in Bengaluru and came down to Coimbatore for delivery. We were very sceptical initially on how we will be treated but the first visit with Saranya mam(Gyn) gave us the confidence. Throughout my pregnancy she gave hope and answered all our queries patiently. She is very patient friendly and is available anytime for emergencies. Thanks to Motherhood hospital and specifically Saranya Mam for the smooth delivery.

Care given by women's centre was good.Dr.sushma mam helped us with positive thoughts, approach and confidence eventhough we had some difficulties inbetween the pregnancy journey & guided us .All the staffs and nurse in the labour ward helped much well and took care of me

Good Doctors and good environment. But Billing system need to be improved. Need to provide a proper billing breakup. We are faced lot of issues in insurance for reimbursement.

The staffs are very helpful in meeting our requirements and guiding us to the doctor's. Doctor's listens to our problems very patienly and gives utmost care and solutions. Very good services!

The service is really good but please be careful of your belongings, I lost my expensive bottle inspite of calling them and informing them to keep it. The op receptionist answered carelessly saying what can be done it was here but went missing.

I would highly recommend this hospital for fertility issues and for delivery and for pediatrician . All the 3 services are the best. Firstly I would highly recommend Dr.Sindhuri for fertility issues .she is the best doctor who explains everything and listens to all our queries and answers very politely in a friendly manner. She explains everything in a clear way and makes us more comfortable. The most friendly doctor. Nurses(Ramya sister and Sakunthala sister) also very friendly and they helped in all phases whenever needed And Dr.Saranya is the best doctor for my full pregnancy journey she made us comfortable by listening and answering all our doubts with a smiling face and she tried for normal delivery for twin babies but somehow due to emergency situation we went for c section and she was the best and would highly recommend her and post delivery care was too good from saranya mam and team and nurses were also friendly. And lactation , pediatrician , dietician,physio every one was very friendly. Pediatrician side Dr.Karthick is best he explains everything about kids what to do and what not to be done and he also listens all the queries patiently and answers everything in a polite manner. And I am the person who is really afraid of hospitals ..but here it doesn't make me feel like that because the entire environment was too good, neat and all were very friendly doctors to approach. I have one suggestion, there is no storage facility for breast milk for new moms if they wanted to store excess milk and take home or for donation during post delivery.

We got very good experience for gynecologist check up. Dr Anuradha mam did very friendly and detailed consultation. She listens patiently and all staff members are very helpful and easy go. We came here after two hospitals.

I am consulting and have been visiting this hospital for my first pregnancy. My gynac here is Dr. Anuradha. She is very calm and answers all your queries. The support staff here is amazing. Jiji is my go to person here for all my queries. Jayashree from admin also clears all our doubts and assisted us in choosing the rooms and for enrolling with lifecell.

Hygiene of rooms , AC, cafeteria is in bad condition and staff correspondence related to appointment booking and vitals checking has to improved a lot. They kept the consultation prescription with themselves. I didn't get a copy of it. Edit1 : 1. Cafeteria hygiene is improved in second visit 2. Room hygiene is still in very bad condition. Particularly washroom inside the room is not clean at all.. it is very important to maintain atleast basic hygiene during this sensitive phase of child birth. Checked in almost 6-7 rooms..but all rooms even in delux room washroom is worst, toilet seats with stains all over , the washroom floor is also dirty , plastic handles of bed is dirty not cleaned. Im short of words to express my gratitude to Dr.Sushma mam.Got to select mam randomly, i knew from my conscience she is all i was searching for. She is one of the purest soul who supported and guided me in every step of my pregnancy journey. I would say she is an EPITOME of positivity. Sushma mam was my answer to all the possible questions i had in mind from the beginning. Every time i come out after consultation she would make sure i was stress free and her dialogue "Pathukalam" & that gave me so much confidence. She always made sure we were on proper track, also to highlight you will never hear a word "NO" from her.. She just routes everything in a positive way! The way she handled my pregnancy nd delivery is just remarkable.. Thanks a lot mam for normal delivery, for ur promptness, for patience, for friendliness, for care. This platform falls short of praising her rather "Thankyu"♥️

Highly recommended..Good and excellent service. Doctors were spending quality time with every patients. The way they handle the patients with care and the response they given was amazing. Recently conducted baby shower program was such a beautiful event for upcoming mothers, totally I enjoyed a lot. Thank you so much for the entire team for caring us.

My husband and I were checking for a good gynecologist to consult and glad we found this hospital. From day 1 of consulting, till date I feel the ease that the hospital provides. Be it the doctors or the nurse, especially Dr. Abineya is so kind and patient enough to explain and clear all the doubts running up in our minds. We look forward to beginning the journey in such a positive atmosphere.

Such a good care and excellent approach from doctor's and nurse. My opinion third floor sister's is really impressed to my wife. (Ramya doctor,Saranya doctor's, karthick doctor, sister's mathu, belci, ananathi, preethi, abinaya,miruthu, krishnaveni, housekeeping, securities all are nice.Everyone did their job well.

- during consultaion with Gyne many staff (male) kept coming into room to talk to the doc on other matters. It was very uncomfortable for the patient to discuss delecate matters. - the patient was asked to undress and lay down for examination first and only after that they remembered to take out the cover and were looking for hand gloves and tools. This is highly embarissing for the patient. -the nurse was not ready to do a physical examination, the Doc had to convince her to stay. While the patient was waiting on the table the doc and the nurse were arguing with eachother. - we had the most horrible experience and will never go there again. Very evidently it is a money making racket, no one cares for the well being of the patient.

We should be grateful for the hospital's nature; throughout our trip, they have been devoted, encouraging, and kind. All around them are committed medical professionals and personnel. Everyone is really attentive and helpful. We can't wait to work with this hospital.
