It's pretty sad how they claim to be the best but have such undertrained staff who are unprofessional and confused most of the times and mix up appointments with doctors. hey just will keep you hanging and not give reports just so you can fall back in their trap and waste another 1 hour of your time money energy to gain nothing but more stress. You can try yoga instead of increasing your frustration because of them. like first they damage your mental health, then do damage control and then do more damage again. They might be nice people idk, but definitely dint work for me one bit, ended up feeling more stressed.

It is a special hospital for only mental health. This is a welcome step for those patients. The awareness of the mental health is very important. The medical services and counselling are really genuine and the care is very good. There is no car parking within the hospital.Better to park the car in FUN Mall adjacent parking where ( 5K cars ) is located.

The services that I received from Dr.Selvaraj sir is excellent. Dr Vaishnaruby ,Dr shamini Mam and the nursing ,OT staffs are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to friends. We are happy with the Valikatti doctors. Everyone there are incrediblely kind,helpful,knowledgeable and eager to help with whatever need you have they are fun filled and also very professional.They handle everything in timely manner and very reassuring with any worry we may have. The doctors there work as a team to ensure correct diagnosis and provide treatment to recover as soon as possible for the patients and are patient friendly. The sanity and the hygiene or good and ensure proper cleanliness of the rooms and the workplace. Have been to vazhikatti for guidance on how to handle my pre teen. The support we got was really good, and appreciate it. The staff were professional and very friendly as well. Dr Selvaraj being the senior most doctor, is such a humble person, and he listening to our worries with patience. He helped us understand the situation and also in getting a specialist opinion. Ms Deena who was the psychologist was also very patient in making the boy sit for the sessions. treatments and counseling sessions are good. One aspect hospital should improve is sticking to the timing of appointments. Most of our appointments started 60 min to 90 min late. Each of the appointments were scheduled. Inspite of this the sessions gets delayed.

Highly unfriendly and unhelpful.We just wanted to have an idea about the about the approximate expenses,room rent etc.for taking a decision on admitting a friend's daughter. Their response was shocking ' fix an appointment,admit the patient,then the doctor will tell '. I feel the reception lady has to be admitted in the same hospital. Highly hostile approach unfitting for a psychiatric centre. Moreover, they won't admit unwilling patients!Some mental patients will not willingly come to the hospital and in such cases this hospital does not help at all. Overall,they make you feel so unwelcome.
