I have visited this hospital after hearing the reviews and family friend suggestion. But I didn't expect the service which was provided. The doctor is always asking us to take scan rather diagnosing what is the issue with. And moreover when you ask him why this issue comes he asks you to relax and don't get stress. Above all this, the senior doctor spends his time on phone while talking to you and I don't think it the best gesture as a doctor when you are talking to your patient. I'm very much dispointed by their service and lack of interest while talking and clearing the doubts to the patient. I hope they take this as a constructive feedback and give some proper clarity to avoid agravating the disease to the patients rather than advicing them to relax and chill. And please avoid using cellphones while consulting patients.

I took my mom for hernia surgery. Doctors are well experienced,clean nd hygienic atmosphere. I appreciated each nd every one for taking care of us

House converted into a clinic. People behave quite unprofessionally. I took my aged mom for an endoscopy and the local anesthetic they used on her throat irritated her and my Mom was having a reaction to it. The Doctor who did Endoscopy was quite impatient with the patient. The Malayali nurse in the room started to threaten my Mom. To add to all these, the consulting Doctor is available for a little while in the morning and by the time the tests are done, he's already gone for rounds and returns at 11 AM. All the while, the fasting patient has to wait. Absolutely unacceptable that the Doctor's time is valuable but the patient's time is not. The saving grace is that the endoscopy itself was quite painless. It was done quickly and efficiently.

Worst experience. They make you wait for hours, even if you have great pain. Just to schedule a surgery they make you wait for hours. Better consult a place where they value time and treat you with utmost importance.

I had my umblical hernia done @ Abhirami hospital twice and been struggling with repeat issues. Based on my family friend Rotarian subramaniam visited for follow up visit and my experience in the past 2 months were 1. Dr Piyush & Team is well qualified and down to earth 2. Dr supported me very well and clearly service motive was seen. They never treated me like a patient who got Operated in different hospital. 3. Hospitality of staff was good 4. This hospital is service minded and they were not focused on money...yes scan is taken every 15 days to compare the effectiveness of the medicine. They are ok if you scan at CRI / Shanthi gears also. So some bad reviews state scan is focussed & seems to be invalid 5. Dr tries to see the improvement radiologically as they avoided surgery for me. They could have done a laproscopy and charged me and still they refrained as I was operated twice. Overall very thankful to Dr Piyush and team for guiding me and taking care like his friend. I pray God to bestow good health and aid hin to serve several patients and change their lives..🙏
