I
would
like
to
share
my
unpleasant
experience
with
this
gym.
I
joined
on
May
13
and
requested
the
bill,
which
I
needed
to
submit
to
my
company.
However,
every
time
I
asked
for
the
bill,
they
told
me
to
wait
for
a
week.
In
addition
to
this,
they
started
sending
promotional
offers
to
my
WhatsApp
number
frequently,
and
whenever
I
inquired
about
the
bill
through
the
same
number,
I
received
inconsistent
responses
-
sometimes
no
response
at
all
and
other
times
a
repeated
promise
to
provide
the
bill
after
a
week.
It
became
frustrating
as
nearly
two
months
had
passed
and
I
was
still
unable
to
obtain
the
bill.
I
expressed
my
dissatisfaction,
stating,
"Trust
me,
whatever
you
guys
are
doing
is
illegal,"
and
questioned
how
they
could
operate
without
a
proper
billing
system.
Eventually,
on
July
3,
I
received
the
bill
via
WhatsApp,
but
even
then,
it
was
corrected
and
overwritten.
I
thanked
them
for
finally
providing
it.
On
July
25,
after
a
gap
of
22
days
from
receiving
the
bill,
I
went
to
the
gym
to
exercise.
There,
I
encountered
an
employee
with
an
attitude,
whose
name
I
would
rather
not
mention.
He
approached
me
and
asked
if
I
was
the
one
who
had
been
asking
for
the
bill.
I
confirmed,
informing
him
that
I
had
received
the
soft
copy.
He
responded
in
a
harassing
manner,
warning
me
to
be
careful
with
my
words.
This
confrontation
escalated
when
I
inquired
about
the
delay
in
providing
the
bill,
and
I
explained
that
it
is
illegal
not
to
receive
a
bill
for
a
service
or
product,
according
to
government
regulations.
He
refused
to
agree
with
me
and
continued
to
argue.
Moreover,
he
questioned
why
I
had
asked
for
the
bill
in
my
name
instead
of
my
company's
name,
which
I
found
unnecessary
to
discuss.
I
clarified
that
since
I
was
paying
and
submitting
the
bill
to
the
company,
it
should
be
issued
in
my
name.
The
situation
reached
a
boiling
point,
and
I
asked
to
speak
with
the
gym
owner
to
file
a
complaint.
The
employee
revealed
that
the
person
I
was
speaking
to
was
an
investor,
and
I
felt
discouraged,
assuming
that
there
would
be
no
way
to
lodge
a
complaint.
I
left
the
premises
after
expressing
my
frustration
and
disappointment.
However,
I
eventually
obtained
the
owner's
contact
information
through
a
reference
and
called
him
to
explain
the
situation.
The
owner
seemed
polite,
and
I
asked
him
to
review
the
CCTV
footage
regarding
the
incident.
Unfortunately,
I
did
not
receive
a
call
back
from
him.
When
I
followed
up
the
next
day,
the
owner
arranged
a
conference
call
with
the
employee
who
had
displayed
the
attitude.
During
the
call,
they
portrayed
me
as
the
one
making
false
accusations
about
the
gym's
legality,
which
further
infuriated
me.I
questioned
why
they
had
not
addressed
my
concerns
from
July
3
until
July
25
if
I
was
mistaken
about
the
gym's
legality.
It
seemed
like
they
were
cornering
me
when
I
was
at
the
gym
after
23
days
of
receiving
the
bill.
I
reiterated
that
not
receiving
a
proper
bill
for
my
expenses
was
indeed
illegal,
as
I
had
previously
mentioned.
In
conclusion,
my
personal
feedback
about
this
gym
is
that
ethical
conduct
and
a
proper
work
culture
are
not
being
adequately
followed.
I
experienced
financial
loss
and
had
a
distressing
encounter.
I
urge
the
gym
management
to
promptly
issue
bills
when
requested,
and
to
maintain
an
ethical
and
respectful
atmosphere
for
their
patrons.
