Experienced doctors but poorly managed hospital. Very lethargic staff giving no respect to patients. I could see three staffs sitting in waiting area of patients when the patients were standing. They were idling away and patients were reaching out to them for help and they were sitting and responding. Could see walk-in patients not knowing whom to approach. Chaotic it was. Very affordable treatment is the plus which needs to be mentioned.

Worst hospital, attenders are receiving bribe to send people inside the doctor's cabin. No proper systematic token system. We are frustrated, when ever we go they will make us to wait more than 1 hour and allow the people who give Rs.50 to the attenders. I request the hospital management to take appropriate steps to rectify this behaviour among the attenders and not to spoil the name of the hospital.

Worst receptionist... not responding properly abt doctors consultation timings.....went continuously for 2 days to see neurologist... bt cldnt... thy will give the appointment timing as 7.pm.. bt thy knows that doctor will come arnd 9.30... is ths the way thy serve ppl... too bad

Very worst,, I visited for an emergency and they admitted my son after 2hrs and then only they gave IV, totally money minded , intentionally delayed discharge for want of room rent and also unwanted lab tests

This regarding covid vaccines. Seeing the cowin portal I called up and asked for the availability or booking. But one lady answered so rude saying govt is not sending them any vaccines and slammed the phone on my face last week. Today I am checking, they have fully booked a full slot. Looks like they are biased in giving it to some group. I don't what's happening behind. Or is it cowon portal? World is facing a pandemic Pls don try to show ur greed in these things.

Very good doctors but very poor front office. No proper response from the reception. I called twice to get an appointment but immediately closing the call without understanding what i really inquired for. Requesting the management to take strict proceedings.

Bala Hospital, Ramanthapuram, Coimbatore. These people can't even accept a card payment? Disgusting! In today's currency shortage time atleast these educated litreate people should have the common sense to extend their help offering such a small step supporting the need of the time.. who cares... no way..!! It's where we live in a country called India.

Just for a treatment on the ankle swelling they charged 45000 bugs with all the reasons. does not seem logical. it is not for the common man..

Very worst op doctors I went to treat fever and fever gets cured but diarrhoea started and again I went there but once again they gave paracetamol tab only Dr didn't gave any pills for diarrhoea. At last I googled and solved my problem within 25 days for this unnecessarily I spent 1000 rupees in that hospital foolish drs

Balamedical centre is in Ramanathapuram, Coimbatore.It is located on Trichy road easily accessible..For places nearby like Ramanathapuram,Nanjundapuram,sowripalayam, Singanallur it is good for emergency as well as other nearby big hospitals crowded. Though it is multi speciality like gem hospital but not so inferior.

Expert & best Consultants are visiting this hospital. Scope for improvement.

Worst hospital. Bala doctor is never on time. Always Comes 2 hours after rounds. I get it he's busy but he has to empathize his patients too!

1 We went to family Counseling. First , individually, he listened our issues. Then during joint session he clarified many psychological aspects. Finally he gave many useful suggestions for our family issues . We all thank you sir. Counseling fees reasonable.

Good Pediatric care.. Vaccination done.. Laproscopic surgery centre.. Laproscopic sterilisation and hysterectomy done here.. Good obstetric care'..

Card is accepted in the hospital. Bet well maintained in terms of cleanliness. Nurses, despite few ,are trained. Dr. Bala and his team amazing.

There is no negative or zero star... Doctor's work at their comforts... and only one on duty .. there is no alternative doctor for an emergency. Please go to nearby hospital, in case of emergency situation instead of waiting at a place where no staffs are aware when doctors will reach...

I am giving 1 star rating since there is no zero rating option available. I had a very bad experience in this hospital. The staffs and doctors were irresponsible. They were mannerless. They just cared about the bill amount. They have the most costliest pharmacy which bills 100 rupee for a soap. Humanity does not exist here. They just intend to grab money from patients.

Worst hospital in Coimbatore. I met with a Fire accident(cylinder blast) last year. For emergency I went thr, if I had stayed thr for a couple of weeks they would have made me a permanent emergency patient .I believe that the doctors in this hospital passed their MBBS by giving bribe. Controlling myself not to use harsh wrds on them. if u go for a simple head ache or fever they ll make u a patient, loot ur money, gives u a bandage nn ll tell Bye bye.
