Ophthalmologist doctor said “ you should not complain the Hospital of making you to sit for 7 hrs” when I asked question why we asked to simply sit for 7 hrs and last minute call for another Test before we meet doctor with final report with the aged mother. If it’s her mother, will she say that?please respect Patient and the caretaker. This incident happened in Coimbatore Avinashi road branch. And this is the first time visit and no support from anyone, everytime we need to ask, which test to take next and where to go? Sorry please think if you take aged people.

My mother is a diabetic patient and she had too many problems in her body. We did not understand the issue as she already had existing chronic ailments. Most of the reviews were 5 stars and I was suspecting it might be fake, but still wanted to give a try. My mom consulted Dr. Bhama Ponmani and from the Day 1, she was examined thoroughly and received the right treatment. She is an excellent doctor and a good human who truly cared for her patients. Moreover all of the staffs working there remembered my mom and asked her health condition the next visit. Everyone in the hospital starting from cleaners, nurses and doctors are very caring and I have never seen such a care and responsibility before. My mom quickly recovered from such a worse state within few weeks and now she is much better and got the hope to live. They suggest only the necessary tests and minimal medicines for treatment. My mother also had Diabetic foot ulcer and Dr.Bhama directed us to the one of the best surgeons in Coimbatore. My mom has been taking diabetic foot treatment in a different hospital in Coimbatore and they sucked all the money and received poor treatment with unnecessary medicines. The new surgeon whom we consulted was able to save my mother’s foot as it was in danger and in complex state. He was extremely knowledgeable, used advanced treatments and minimal medicines. The amazing part is that Dr.Bhama called up the surgeon intermittently to enquire about the treatment and my mom health (First time in my life, I heard a doctor/hospital doing this, great) I live abroad and the hospital was able to give us peace of mind about my mother’s health.
