Nice lake view park in Coimbatore. Best part about the park is evening lights. Looking amazing in the evening. Just seat and feel the fresh air. Need some maintenance and cleaning, apart from that park was so nice.

The lake view is located near Ukkadam Bus Stand. From the lake point you can enjoy watching the sun rise and sun set. Fishing is not allowed. A good place to sit and relax with family . Have a visit👍🏻

Nice and quiet, well maintained. A place where you can just sit and have a quality time with family and friends. Full stars for the park. Reduced one star for the park timing, it opens at 4 and close at 7(security will throw you out at 6:30), as the weather is very hot these days, it must opened till late evening like 8PM. No one wants to be here at 4PM.

The park is located on the banks of Periyakulam lake. One can reach the park by walk in 5 minutes from Ukkadam bus stand. Perfect time to visit is evening. You can experience the stunning lake view with lights after 6pm. You can take your children and kids here as they would be ecstatic.

Ukkadam lake park is situated near Ukkadam bus stand in the banks of Ukkadam lake. Its a well maintained walk way park which having lake view areas, childrens play area, excercise equipments etc. There is walkway over the lake but when i recently visited they were not allowing entrance to that due to unknown reasons may be any temporary issues. Its a very peaceful place mostly having rush in holidays. Am not much aware of the opening time of the park but it closes by 6pm. You can visit this place with friends or family to spend some good time. Evenings are more better to visit as the mils wind of those times gives a great mood.

The recent initiatives and developments under the Smart City project has helped to develop the lake. At present it is clean and I hope the government will preserve it and maintain the same. The fun and entertainment activities are a welcome addition. It's a great place to have some fun for kids and also to spend some peaceful time with friends and family. There are some stalls located at the banks of the lake that provide really good food and snacks. The park opens at 4.00 and seems like it is open until 9.00 pm. It's a great place to have some picnic kind of entertainment with family. It's a pukka picnic area within the city limits of Coimbatore with adequate facilities. The place is dog friendly. Restrooms are provided and the same is well maintained. There are some good fun activities like swing for kids.

Nice place to hang out. The beautification work is still on. Separate tracks have been made for cycling and walking . Once it is completed it will be one awesome place to visit. Hope the place is maintained clean.

Well maintained and safe for families and couples. It's maintained by smart city projects. And parks not fully functional due to the current covid-19 scenario. Construction are still going on some areas of this lake park. Somany work outs equipments are available inside this park. The kiosk and stores are not functioning now. Also, boating is not available. Security guards are always rounding all over the lake parks for peoples safety. The pathways are well maintained. The equipments are safe for the children and its good for their physical health. The park is very good for the families inside the Coimbatore city.

It's situated in the main part of city and the park with the lake like this is a pleasant one, if the bridge construction works are over and roads with less traffic. Many photo taking areas are available. Morning times are much better.

One of the best places to visit in Coimbatore . This place was undeveloped before but due to smart City plan it's more development and loos stunning and I totally love it . It looks more like pondicherry marina area

I was disappointed to see the current state of the park and public space around the lake after reading all the news and pics about the beautification in social media and print media. While work is happening in some parts, most of the structures are already broken, granites in the walkway are broken. Not safe for kids as there are few places where the drainage holes are left open. It is a 5.7km loop. They could have focused on basics like creating nice running/walking/cycling mud tracks with lot of trees on both sides, ample seats and gazebos with simple tiles. Currently, there are lot of fancy structures without any plan to maintain them.

Nice Lake in Coimbatore. People coming here are just dumping the trash items like bottles, cups etc. Shops at entrance are selling food items covered in plastic. Good place to spend time with your loved ones and take Selfies. Boating was not available during my visit. Entrance is Free.

Went for birding some construction work progressed in lake side. Ideal place for birding near coimbatore city.

It is ok but still work going on worst only one entrance is there so don't walk more distance. No snack or toilet is available.

Night time the place is so gorgeous. There is a flooting bridge upon the waters of the lake where the peole can walk on it and have view of the lake. On the other side of the lake under the sungam- ukkadan bridge there is a park in which there is many train container which has some seats in it. There is also pipe like cabins to sit and take rest.
