If you have enough money in your pocket and u need enjoyment. This is the perfect place in ooty. Because this place filled with entertainment in highly costly rate. Many fun giving activities. 5 minutes of 7d movie experience cost you 120 Rs. Boat journey cost you 850 Rs. Even if you would like to enter to see the lake you have to pay 15 Rs. Parking fee is 59 Rs and they will charge you 60 Rs. Place is good and giving much money to govt. Eventhough govt not made a digital ticket booking system.

Beautiful lake with surrounding lush green scenery and Enjoyed pedal boating here.Additionally, there are several activities like horse riding and mini-train rides available near the lake, which are perfect for families with children. Please avoid weekends due to huge crowded.

Picturesque water body and the environment. The boating facility is good. The overall ambiance is sporty and pleasant. The entry ticket is Rs. 30 per person. Food quality at the FOOD COURT needs to be improved. My rating is 4.0 as there is a scope for improvement.

To my expectations it's ok ok ... Too crowded. Small area.... Boat just take u from one corner to another max 15-20 min.... Nothing great to see n locate... Just a basic boat experience.

When we visited it was a pleasant weather and slight drizzle added to it to create a picturesque scenery. We experienced a nice visit and a fond memory for the life time. The boat rides are pedal ones with 2, 4, 8 sharing and a bigger one for bigger groups even.

A boat ride in that misty and chilly climate with great views, its an amazing experience. They have lawn space to relax and enjoy. Some rides are also setup nearby to lake. A mini toy train experience and horse riding also is provided here. The small market here, is comparatively cheaper than the ones near the botanical garden.

A good place to spend your evenings. The lake has pedal board, motor boat and raw boat services. Varieties of games and entertainment options are available for your kids and lot of eateries as well.

Ooty is always amazing place to visit. You can visit with the family. it is a hill station there are 3-4 very nice place to visit. Try to experience the toy train from Konoor to Ooty or vice versa. Ooty lake is amazing. You can get very tummy food in Ooty lake canteen. You may go for shooping for local chocolates and other interesting stuffs. In Ooty lake, you xan go for nice boating with your family in reasonable rates.

The Ooty Boat House is very touristy, but it's a lot of fun for families and couples. Apart from boating, there are rides like a large ship swing, bumper cars, horse riding, and a house of horrors which kids will love. There are also clothes stores and food options to cater to tourists. I suppose the prices are also higher than the local businesses outside the Boat House. There is a road that encircles the lake and it's a nice walk if you have the energy. The Boat House is within walking distance from the bus-stand, so you don't need to hire a cab/auto. And take the North Lake Road which is between the bus-stand and railway station. The Avalanche Road which passes St. Thomas Church is confusing and longer. Warning: Some areas of the lake/boat house aren't that clean. Welcome to India. :-)

It's a very nice experience enjoying the boat ride and horse ride in ooty lake. The lake is very beautiful with clear water. What a beautiful environment!!! Just amazed by the beauty❤️

Different varieties of entertainment items in one place. Childrens amusement park, 7D Cinema, shooting spot,horse riding, horror House,10 mint train journey and varieties of boatings. But I think all are overpricd. Toilets are ugly

It's a beautiful Lake in Ooty. Altough it's a crowded place but one must visit the Ooty lake and enjoy the boat ride. Especially the Paddle boat ride. They are very strict about the timing. Most paddle boats can be enjoyed for only 30 minutes. They will take a extra deposit money which they will return once you finish boating within 30 minutes of time. If you cross the time limit than they will deduct money from your deposit. Overall the experience is good.

Near to ooty town and best spot for boating, activists and entertainment. Childrens can have plenty of playing and entertainment activities and toys. There we can ride on a toy train just for 10rs per head (1km). Can spend a lot of time here worth it

Excellent tourist place,

A beautiful lake with boating options like motor boat and pedal boating. There are ducks in the lake and the water in this lake is green. When we were boating in the lake it was drizzling making our experience even better adding to the scenic beauty of the place. There is also a toy train going around this lake. The lush green tall trees surrounding this lake was also so amazing.

The lake was clean, refreshing, good views, lots of boats. It is famous attraction for the tourist. The place has lots of local shops, eating stuff etc. Perfect place to spend a day with family along kids or for a couple.

Boating charges, self peddle is 800 for 4 seater, 2 seater will be 600 Lot of places to click selfies, also has toy train and horror house to try new experiences. Also has kids play area section.

Though crowded with tourists, if you get here early enough, this is one of the most serene and beautiful in Ooty. Made famous after the movie"Maine Pyar Kiya" was released.
