Hi
Just
want
to
share
the
worst
customer
service
experience
I
have
faced
for
over
8
months
this
2020.
We
had
made
a
reservation
during
April,
2020
and
due
to
the
unfortunate
circumstances
cancellation
was
processed
by
the
Anamalai
Tiger
Reserve
on
27th
March.
Soon
after
I
have
been
trailing
with
over
50
odd
mails
and
several
calls
to
the
customer
support
executive.
Everytime
I
was
been
told
the
booking
was
canceled
and
we
processed
your
refund.
But
nope,
it's
been
9
months
and
we
did
not
receive
any
refund
right
until
today.
This
was
such
a
disappointing
experience
for
me.
Did
not
expect
that
a
reputed
organization
such
as
this,
can
turn
out
to
render
the
poorest
response.
Being
a
local
guide,
it's
my
responsibility
to
make
sure
everyone
know
the
facts
clear.
