An unexpectedly long wait time awaited us with a not up to the mark Malai Kofta, inspite of us reconfirming at the time of order.. even the naan was dry and hard. I feel there is a strong deterioration in the taste and service in a span of a year..

Location: R S Puram Post office (around 150 mts) Parking : Should park on the road (usual) Dine-in space : can accomodate upto 30 - 40 Reservation : If you are two (direct walk-in) If it's a reunion or get together - better call and reserve the table Menu : Usual food menu Quantity : if you have good appetite - One pot plain biriyani is sufficient Roti and Naan - if you are 2 people - order one Gravy quantity - well, that's the twist😋 Cost : Main dish costs starts Rs.350 and above Soups - no much variety Washroom : Clean Cons : They take quite sometime to prepare food My suggestion : be proactive to order food

I was genuinely surprised by the food for a restaurant with a terrible name. Food tastes fresh and decent quantity. Chicken was perfectly cooked and so were the prawns. Nan felt fresh and could actually be ripped in three fingers. The rice crisps served at the beginning needs to be put away and instead serve some bread maybe.

The place and the ambience was awesome. The price were expensive which would be fine if the quality and taste is higher. I literally have to come home and eat again. We paid a bill of 4500 for 6ppl. The chicken tandoori and the milk shake was good but the starters were served at last. Rest of the items didn't have any flavor but green peas in every curry. I personally wouldn't recommend.

I was eating out in a restaurant in Coimbatore for the first time after the second wave of the pandemic. I was very skeptical, but wanted to ensure my best friend and son had a good time on her birthday. In fact she, who is based in chennai got this place as a recommendation from her friend. And I must say I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of eating here. The food was delicious, the portions were generous and the place is so quaint and adorable. My favorite spot is the waiting area outside the restaurant where we had to wait for almost an hour for our cab! So the comfy sofas were a plus! Not to mention the patient and pleasant staff members who didn't mind both of our 6 year old boys goofing around the place! All in all I loved it here and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a decent fine dining experience in Coimbatore.

Coming back to this place after 8 years, this place still oozes lots of it's fine dining style and characteristics. While everything seems to have improved on an increasing scale, even the price which is now really high, the taste of food left me wanting for more. The sweet corn soup wasn't thick enough to my liking, the honey and chili potato starter like great in the menu but in reality lacked the sesame seeds and didn't have a hint of chili. We loved it still though. The other mains and dessert was spot on and we really digged into them. The service was okay. Overall, this time around, I came with really high expectations and while most of it was delivered to satisfaction, a gap was definitely there for improvement.

Tasty, quality and costly food! Our favourite dish was pasta - white sauce. The creamy pasta haven't lost their special touch. We couldn't even wait to take pic, when the dish arrived. Their signature dish Mud Souffle was not up to the mark, even though we were the ones to order it fresh (We went at 7.00 PM - open time for dinner) Other food items were okay. Most of the tikkas had less salt. Our new favourite was "Well to do Mushroom".

The white sauce pasta, popcorn chicken is a must try. All their recipes are prepared to perfection. We tried tikka biryani, personally i did not like it, as it was wet&saggy. Ambience is 🔥 They should really work with their hotel staffs and educate them whats hospitality, whats their signature dishes, what the key ingredient used in it, whether is it spicy or tangy etc Staff should have knowledge in either of one languages Tamil or English. #gluttonnomads👫 #gluttonnomadsposts #italian #indian #soup #coimbatore #resaturant

Very Good food and great ambience. Very happening and busy place. I suggest reserve your seats for a great experience. Tasty variety of food, from vegetarian to non-vegetarian. One of the must try desserts, Mud Souffle. It was a good experience and too yummy food.

The experience gained in this restaurant is unique. Chosen varieties of dishes , an unique ingredient in each of them is its highlight. You would feel like you are in a house , not at a restaurant. Presentation of food is good. Complementary snack was a surprise element and adds value. Wait time is bit long . I tried crispy Lotus stem which was really good. Briyani is different but not so good. Utensils were really nice and gave premium feel. Service was better. Smoothies are really great in here. Parking is available nearby.

I have reviewed this fine dining restaurant before too. This is one of the best fine dining restaurants in Coimbatore which serves authentic North Indian dishes along with continental. Must try items are their tandoori chicken, dal makhni, panner tikka, chocolate desserts.

Ambience is subtle ,no grandeur decors ,it's simple ,the welcoming place has a curated frames of the owner ,and it is a franchise of "On the go" restaurant. Food is really tasty , the kebabs are to die for , main course, try spicy things ,their menu is great also don't forget to try their mud souffle

I think yesterday was not our day... On spending around 4k , i really had complete dissatisfaction with my family. Honey potatoes were sour and bitter, mushroom soup had a raw smell, nachos were a highlight it really tasted as hard thattai. I really don't know how this place has so many positive reviews, maybe we are unlucky to enjoy their best. Non veg were ok not a disaster like veg dishes. Penne pasta veg was only good.

The table was not neat and clean Ambiance is ok 2/5 The service is so pathetic here the guy is rude 1/5 Restroom pathetic, looks like some public toilets 1/5 Food Honey chilli potato it was mentioned as spicy item, but it was so sweet that it was drenched with too much of sauces 2/5 ₹367 Murgh mirchi kebab it was mentioned as spicy item, but it was not even little bit of spice was added, it was pathetic item of all 0/5 ₹430 Penne pesto pasta this is good, but garlic bread for paste was very bad, quantity was good for two person 3.5/5 ₹462 Chocoholic omg it is too good 4.5/5 ₹314 The price is over rated for the item they provide, it’s so extremely expensive for not even eatable food. I don’t recommend this restaurant for anyone. When they charge so much, the food must be top notch.

Have been a regular customer since its opening. Unlike other places, each experience is better than the last one. Undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in Coimbatore city. Ambiance - Simple yet elegant Service - Very professional Food quality - Excellent Quantity - Sufficient Pricing - Apt to the experience A place to visit with friends & family. A definite recommendation to anyone new to the city.

The name of the place sounds a little weird but bare with me. I visited the place for dinner while I was in Coimbatore and I must say that I enjoyed the ambience and the hospitality offered the staff. Being alone, I ordered only the Chicken Biryani on recommendation from the manager. The portion was quite good but the best part of it was the taste. The right balance of spice and flavor but a little excess of oil. But, it was worth it. The portion was so large that I had to get half of the it packed! Overall, I'd highly recommend the place hands down!

Restaurant in Coimbatore for North Indian , Tandoor and Chinese. Both Veg and Non Veg dishes available. They have good desert options as well. You can customise the food as you like and the chef's reference of food ae awesome. Value for money. .mud souffle and caramel custard are a must in the dessert section.

That's Y Food is a unique fine-dine restaurant to fulfil you cravings. We tried their Ferrero cake and it was heavenly. However, their mud souffle is a must try coz they way it melts in your mouth, it's just magical. Grab your favourute food in a perfect ambiance and with great service at Coimbatore.

The service is really good and fast. Ambience is definitely amazing. The quality and quantity of the food is all excellent. But the cost is definitely a lot on the higher side. My favorite dish here is the Reshmi kebab . Well marinated chicken pieces wrapped in egg whites, it's amazing but price of one dish is Rs400. I don't eat sweets so I can't recommend sweet dish here. But again I would recommend not to have sweet dish here as a simple mango cheesecake costed 255 which is really high in my opinion. The main course( butter naan, tandoori rotisserie, flavoured rice) though is really good and definitely worth a try one time. (any chicken curry or appetizers) The meat is very well marinated and cooked to perfection with great flavours.

I ordered for chicken soup, some boiled chicken pieces in hot water was served. When houseful, they don't bother about incoming customers and the quality of the food. Only when there are a few customers they take care of them well. I am not able to understand this attitude. Probably they may not have sufficient food in stock.

The most worst restaurant in Coimbatore. You ask for vegetarian and they actually serve you Non Vegetarian. The most dirty place to have food. It is ultimately a waste place. Better going to Residency or Taj Vivanta,or even ITC. This restaurant will definitely not be as good as a brand hotel. The most laid back owner of this restaurant is totally waste. Taste was average. Food service was bad. Serving time between each dish was very long. It took 30 mins between each dish. We ordered veg Biryani but everyone disliked after tasting it. Price that they charge for the dishes and the service is not worth it. Think of any alternative place before going here.

I have tried this hotel many times. The taste was awesome. Mugal e azam briyani was my favourite. But the only disappointment faced by me was the dish is available only for takeaway. But the dine in is not available for this dish. We actually don't understand the concept. My opinion is if the dish is available in dine in we can have it peacefully and try other dishes too. Please consider and if not provide us what is the reason for the concept.

Glad we have a place like this in Cbe which serves good North Indian food items. But we had to wait outside the restaurant for atleast 5 mins though the restaurant was half empty as all the waiters were busy & there was no one to guide us at the entrance. They need to improve on hospitality. About the food: Soup, kababs, naan, curries were yummy! Dessert items we're really good too. But things with cheese like Nachos & cheese dip or pastas had a poor quality cheese & white sauce... Felt it was mostly maida... & Nachos was just a pack of doritos, salsa was mostly mixed with ketchup. Felt bad that we were paying so much for this. Food came very late... So this place is not a good idea for a quick bite. That's Y Food has to improve a lot. It's a very unique restaurant in Cbe. Loved the ambience and interior designs & plants on each table. A little more effort can make it one of the best in the city.

We went there after a long time, the food is still delicious, so is the place and the ambience. The service however has markedly dropped off-late. Perhaps they're short staffed, or are stressed from the new protocol, but our server was quite curt, even rude at places. The food itself for the most part remains mostly good. Except the stuffed chicken leg and the which was dry inside and charred outside, and their mutton sheekh kebab which was also dry and not fresh, our rest of the order was enjoyable. We had, Their ajwain and spicy Machi Machi chicken kebab platter Honey chilli potatoes - everyone liked this one Chicken and mutton Nawaz Biryani - which was just okay Butter chicken masala - very good Assorted breads - romali, butter naan, lacha parantha. All in all, we had a decent time. They could certainly look into doing better.

TYF has been serving up Dilli style North Indian food here in Coimbatore for over a decade now. Have kept up the quality! If you’re a non vegetarian, do try their tikkas and tandoori food for sure!

This is BY FAR One of the BEST Restaurants in KOVAI. The QUALITY of Food is TOP NOTCH..... Been there numerous tines and I am ALWAYS impressed. The Service Staff are wonderful too. Mr Ram, the Manager, is a great Guy who ensures that Guests go away HAPPY and FULFILLED. Ask for their Mutton Rogan Josh and their Dal Makhani ......OOOMMMPH

Very disappointed with the place. They have overpriced sub-standard food. I have been to much better places where the food quality justifies the high prices. This was sadly a place where neither the food nor the ambience contributed to the exorbitant prices they charged.

Very very unimpressed. The manager or whoever he is had a rude and mean behaviour the whole time we were there. I noticed he behaved the same way with other customers too. What kind of owner employs a person like this in such an important position. The food was also just okay. Very underwhelming. Not the that’s y I had known years back. My advice is to avoid it. There are many more options available

Terrible food , poor quality of service . Absolutely hated my decision to come here . The service staff are clueless and don’t care even a second for understanding customer needs . Visited today and felt everything had to be said twice and there is no care . If you are a good food lover stay away. If you prefer to eat unimaginable spice and food Color being added - come at owners risk . It’s an overhyped place . If the owner cares - please pay attention and find out Whats happening in your restaurant

The only good thing about this place are the drinks. Food is tasteless yet overpriced. We ordered Paneer tikka, dal makhni, biriyani, aloo gobi. Every dish tasted awful. To make things even more worse, the waiters take the order incorrectly. Bringing the wrong things at the wrong time. Food is high in color and the pasta tasted stale. Never coming here again

One of the better restaurants in Coimbatore. Had a four course meal. Food was good. The white devil, Aloo nazakat, paneer biryani, mud souffle, caramel custard were all good. Price on the higher side. We got lucky with street parking. Service a bit disappointing.

This is one of the best restaurants in Coimbatore undoubtedly. The service took 30-40 minutes. The food menu has been the same for for almost 10 years or at least as long as I could remember. Mud soufflé is to die for! The best in the city.
