Reduced the rating not for the taste or quality. It is for the service. Need to have more experienced staff.. asked for 3 items on the menu and none were available.. got really annoyed.. waiter brings the plates for main course, we tell them please bring it after some time as we are still having the soup and starters. They leave the pile of plates on the table saying let this be here (see the photo with the pile of plates). After main course we ordered dessert. The used plates were not even cleaned off the table. We had to struggle to find a place to keep the dessert. Guys.. service is equally important. Please spend some time to train the staff. Food that we ordered tasted good. No complaint on that. The quantity was a little less we felt.

Nice rooftop restaurant with a lovely ambiance. The experience of getting to the restaurant can be a bit of a pain with one small lift going up to level 5. Food was a bit pricey but good portion sizes n taste n spread in terms of offering for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Fast service and pretty courteous staff.

Super disappointed. Would expect better type of service since it’s a rooftop bar set up but end up, it is worst than the non A/C roadside stall. Didn’t meet the expectation what a rooftop restaurant should be. First of all, weirdly setting up a new table close to our table. Then, service was bad and slow. Some waitress don’t even understand despite speaking proper and good English. All of these waiter and waitress should have gone for training or retraining. Food wise - Soup was disappointing. Seems like it’s packed instant soup. Fish as well. Doesn’t look fresh from the sea kind. Fried rice was good and veggie dim sum was ok as well.

Must try out place. It is a lovely roof garden restaurant with a beautiful ambience. The service was pretty on time and good. Liked the taste of all the dishes I had. It's worth visiting here for Romantic dinning and get-togethers. And it's really kind of Mr.David for arranging and organizing tables even in busiest times.

The theme of the restaurant also was classy, full Balck and Gold. The prices are a bit on the higher side. Can play more good music to create that ambience.

A good rooftop in the heart of the city. Amazing place to go at the night. The interiors are exquisite too. Good food and they have a good beverage menu too

Excellent ambience. Excellent staff : training, grooming, courteousness, fast reaction. All dishes were tasty: veg, non-veg, desserts. Suggestions on dishes were excellent. Many unique dishes. Try the fried ice cream dessert, for sure. Preferably book your table in advance.

Great rooftop restaurant in racecourse with great ambience and excellent dishes. It will be a bit costly but you will enjoy the dishes. A group of friends visited here and we had a great time that we forgot to take the photos of our dishes. Must try place!!

Good food and food ambience available at this place. Had a good time. We tried different types of biryani here. Food was tasty and service was good. Do visit here and get some good culinary. They have both indoor and outdoor sitting

Had basil prawn, lamb, fish finger, ice creams, pizza, soup and some aerated beverages. All were good in taste except the pizza, I felt lite even after having so many. Food prices were high, we had gone for lunch but would be worth it if we went for dinner on the rooftop.

You can experience good food in a nice atmosphere but on a costly side. I liked most of the dishes we ordered except Pizza. Fried ice cream and phuket fish are notable ones.

It's a rooftop restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. But the ambience is better outside. The only drawback is mosquitoes if you get some corner, hidden table which we got, even though we were quite early there. Best part about the place is it's food, which is very good. Had the best mushroom galouti kebab as it had a slightly tangy taste to it Second comes the ambience which is decent. Not good part is their service and prices. Service is still okayish but their items are steeply priced, alcohol even more exorbitant. Some of the items from the menu weren't available. Last couple of times I've been there I saw only one beer brand. And this on a weekend when the place gets packed. Now, if you don't go early (I mean 7 pm) you won't get a place here. And even if you do, it won't be with the nice view/ambience because mostly it's booked. It's better to book in advance.

Excellent place for dine in. Nice ambience in hot location. Must visit restaurant in Coimbatore. Not lot of varieties in the menu but the food were tasty. It was clean. Staffs were friendly, they offered signature menus. You can either park outside or go for vallet parking.

Located inside popyee on race course. Had been there for early dinner at 7. Located on the 5th floor. Access is through stairs and elevators. It has a low lighting ambience. Good in some areas and a let down in some area.. they have a good seating arrangement in 4 blocks on one side with good views. That area is good. The rest of the seating seems to be clumsy. Service was fast in getting the food quick to the table.. but they got the orders wrong.. they missed the tables. We were about to start and they came running to stop and replace it...funny though. Food was good in taste on items we ordered... i wouldnt says great..But we need to try a few more to comment on it .Cost is high, and does not justify it. Will give it a try again to try out few more and would try to side block seating. Its packed on weekends.. and definitely needs reservation.

Overall It was very good service, they have a free valet for the car park . The quality and quantity of food were good. There are delays in service for some dishes . For Instance if we order different types of soup . One variety of soups comes first and the other kind is a bit late while the starter was there before the soup. It wasn't just a one time instance . Otherwise it's all good.

It was a great experience. Had gone there on a suggestion from my friend and it didn't disappoint. Everybody was very nice and warm especially the Malayali lady who waited on us and David. Thank you for the wonderful food and service

Spending Time With Those You Love Is Best Done By Candlelight..

The ambience is very good and food taste is also better. The service standards to be definitely improved. The restaurant manager Mahendran himself taken the order but not guided us properly. After suggesting 3 main dishes , he also accepted order for bread basket which has 12 pieces for just 2 people. The breads are asked to serve at later part and even that was not done and entire stuff gone for waste !! There is no purpose in charging high prices when service is so pathetic. Visit once that too for the atmosphere. Food is costly considering the standards.

Food Could be prepared much better. Broccoli cream Soup was good. They don't serve beef. Chicken steak could have been better. Too much oil. Service is the Good part. And It's an ambient roof top.

Food and ambience was splendid. It was my brother’s birthday and wanted to give a treat for him. The arrangements and the people who work took care of the things without any ease to follow up. A special mention to Mr.Mahendran who was so generous and humble and arranged things beautifully.

The perfect place for a date night. Every dish that was served was just great! The bartender was very courteous too. Although it's pricey, the ambience and service makes it worth it.

This is place is on the rooftop of the Poppys tower . The ambience is good with all those warm whites . They serve Indian , Chinese and some western dishes along with alcohol . The cost is pretty pricey but they also provide us with sufficient quantity of food . Their mutton soup and salt & pepper prawns were good . But the rest of the starters tasted the same . The noodles and rice could’ve been better .

The 3 stars is because of the waiting time that we experienced on independence day. We had a 2 course meal which included starters and main course. It took them close to 90 mins to serve us considering there weren't a lot of people around. We came at 2 and by the time they served us our final item it was 4PM even though everything was ordered at the same time. Also as we were celebrating a birthday, we had requested for a cake before entering the venue, and this too was delayed by over 45 mins and ended up getting the cake at 4:30PM! Staff need to keep the customers appraised of delays which was not the case here! Now coming to the food, I have no complaints here. Everything was upto the mark. The Bee chilly potatoes, the drums of heaven, the chicken steak with rosemary jus, punjab prawns, pan seared fish, coleslaw salad, brocolli soup and the mocktails were all good and delicious. This was their only redeemer. Just to add on the negative, even though it was a dry day, some of the mock tails were not available, which should not be the case since the drinks section was already limited. Overall 4.5 for food and beverages 4 for ambience 3 for the Wait 3 for the staff

Their serving was much with care, everything was in a presentable manner, the way they give hospitality is what makes people to visit again, make a possibility of visiting the place during evening or night as you can enjoy the top roof servings!!

Place and ambience is really good. But unacceptably pricy and the foods taste was not even comparable to a road side hotel. This is just a place where you should take someone who you don't like so much and ask them to give you a treat.. If you're gonna spend your own money I must say you can just throw your money on the road.

Place was bit good...... But they don't have any respect to talk with the customer....... Place and ambience deserves 3 star..... But for the customer service I wont even give a single star.... Don't judge a customers standard based on the brand of their sandals or shoes they are wearing.

Best rooftop place in coimbatore. Also, it's all good in both Indian and chineese cuisines. Rate is also reasonable. For lunch you can enjoy with your gang or family and for dinner, you can definitely choose this for a date. Special mention about the staffs, they are so friendly and show the best hospitality. And staff David makes it easier for any bookings. This became my regular place for hangouts and dates.
