I came across Augrav site recently when I had a thought of customising silver rings. On checking all their reviews I got a positive opinion. I finally decided to place an order after having couple of conversations with their Customer support team. The entire team is so supportive and were quick in response for any of queries or clarifications I had. They have very good knowledge on their work and they haven't given any false promises which is key aspect in gaining customers trust. My customisation was to have (music symbols)🎶 engraved on top of the silver ring, with our "handwritten" names engraved within it(inside the ring). I have provided few samples and they have agreed upon one. They have delivered the product as per the estimated time which took around a month. I was in awe as soon I recieved them. The packaging and delivery was taken very good care. I was soooo in love ❤️❤️❤️ with the output. The design came out really well, just as expected. The finish was also smooth and had slight tint of gold on silver which looked soo beautiful. It really had lit my day and brought a smile on my face. ☺️ Dear Augrav team, Kudos to you all!! Extremely professional and excellent support. They were able to capture our thoughts exactly and convert them into a beautiful product. The drawing given by us in paper was converted to 3d printed design and they patiently made so many changes that we asked and made sure we were satisfied with the design, within the requested weight range, before moving to production. I will give a 3 star since the black enamel used on the engraving didnot last even for a day. I would suggest you to use a enamel which would be permanent because once the enamel is removed the name becomes very light and the name was not visible which was disappointing. Service wise all okay.

Sales rep Kavitha who was kind and helpful, but other person who is not respectful. He had cut the call by saying if u need buy or else leave like that. There is no benefits as a customer . I ordered twice, the offers they are providing for eye wash. Not reducing any money even if your old customer. Considering myself making charges are too high. Even though it's a customized product. They mentioning simple rings all less making charges. That we can buy near by shops.

We ordered gold ring but making charges were too high. We accept that we had some size issue in one of the rings . We ordered the second one but there was no benefit given to us. Senior managers treated customer very worst and spoken very harsh. There is a fact that they will provide some discount if we refer someone to buy a ring. Here it is though we bought one more ring without any discounts. Literally just that they are saying we are big hearted to give a 500 rs discount but that is not the case making charges still too high. If you want you can buy or you can leave that is the policy because they want only money not about The value for money. Rings are good but not really worth the money. You can buy three rings for the cost of a couple rings. Only appreciation sales executive kavitha very responsive person and ring is good.
