Good collection, nice discount/offers, supportive staffs and four wheeler parking available with wallet parking. Making charge is high when compared with other jewelry shops in Coimbatore, so you need to talk and reduce 😂. Overall a worthy choice!

GRT trusted name in jewellery business. The price is also bit low. The designs are also good. The customer service is poor and need to be improved. Dedicated parking available. If you bargain you will get good price. They have special section for silver and diamond.

Only disappointing thing is wastage for ornaments is too much which is 14% till 18% for normal ornaments On top of that 3% GST they gave 2% discount which I have not seen in another jewellers.

They have valet parking as well, which helps save time in parking the vehicle as well. Their floor managers are friendly & approachable enough for negotiating any discounts on most purchases. Best shop to buy jewels in Cross-cut road. Visited on 22-May-2022 and the sales person Subburaj helped to select the items as per our need. Discount is not available on overall bill which is little downside of this shop. But customer service is awesome and we have enjoyed the shopping here. In my personal experience, GRT is the best shop in cross-cut road. Much appreciated for Subburaj's help as well..

Wide variety of collections!! I have been customer of GRT for more than 8 years and savings scheme was really good till 2022 but the recent change is not giving advantage to customers. GRT team has to reconsider to bring back saving scheme offered earlier for their loyal customers.

Our shopping experience here was above satisfactory, a special thanks to Mr.kishore for that. He had guided us for all of our purchases here at GRT. Professional and quality service was provided by him. A few other sales persons did lack patience and professionalism but we’re glad that he helped us through our purchases. Has very good collection of jewels but not as good as the Chennai branches. The service is very good. However, it’s always a hassle to haggle the prices with them. They have lot of gifts on offer. For traditional designs, this place is good. They have valet parking so that is not a concern if you are going by car.

I had a great time at this jewelry shop (GRT, Cross cut road, CBE). The sales Executive and salesperson were committed to great service and were very friendly. Nice experience... During our visit very good service provided by Ms. Kavitha in rope chain section ,She supported without taking tea break at 6PM. We renewed savings scheme with higher amount.

Actually we didn’t bring our savings scheme book to the store but they needed that to purchase anything if we are purchasing using the scheme so we got frustrated and traveled again and brought that. But after visiting here Geevitha and Nandhini showed us more collections and comforted us. That was awesome and all the collections here are very good.

If really needed. Mostly all high-end gold shop's following same to grab their customers. Similar tactics applies here as well. Parkings are available. But always keep in mind, if gold price somewhat decrease or in neutral stage buy on that time. So you can avail fair benefits from schemes.

The design collection is really good! There are many floors in the building and every floor is segregated depending as gold , silver, diamond , and other categories. The place is well maintained. I only felt the staff took a long time to attend to each of our selection and designs. There was delay in attending to customers. Otherwise their hospitality was good and helpful.
