Though it was busy, service was excellent. Sales executive Iswarya responded with patience, courtesy and served us well. She had a pleasant attitude and showed us various designs politely and was very affable in her approach. Kudos to Tanishq for having staffs like her and making each purchase a delightful experience. Best place to buy gold. Nice ambience, good customer service and a trustworthy brand to top it up. Price seems a bit on the higher side, but for long term investments, it's ok as there are no other brands that provide a certificate for your gold. The designs are good and minimal, but they also take custom made orders. They only allow limited customers inside the store due to COVID which is good. The only drawback is that once we buy gold from there, the executives, keep calling you to join a jewel scheme, even if you tell them that you are not interested. Also they promise to replace the stones in jewelry free of cost within a specified duration, but when I requested for one, they informed that I could buy a new one instead. Not sure where it went wrong. Everything else is superb.

Great collection. Polite staff.. pathetic service.. have been visiting this place for over 3 years and their service sucks big time. I don’t know whether it’s the central process or the staff are Ill equipped.. You lose the interest of buying gold after a point. I don’t write scathing reviews but this is after telling them twice to revisit the process. No improvement whatsoever. Think probably bought my last piece of gold from this store.
