Nice collections. Customer supportive. If they follow PAN India gold rate it will be great.Some times they will use association rate which is higher than the PAN India gold rate. So customers have to spend extra money. They are taking more time to bill the product than the customer taking time to choose the jewel. They have to find a solution for that. I have faced the same issue whenever I visit to purchase something.

Genuine service for ages. Grandfather used to buy here... Same as my mom followed and today am following. This is the jewellery shop you can trust wholeheartedly, you can be satisfied with their services too. The way they treat customers was the same I saw when my grandfather took me to in early 2000's. Salesman Mani was kind in his words and had a ton of patience to describe the collection cool and calm.

Worst online service. It’s been a month since I ordered. There was no order number generated. Had to call multiple times to confirm the order as the payment was processed but did not receive any email or any other confirmation. Then after few weeks they said the product was out of stock. Then after a week they said they sent the courier. They used the Courier service -Franch express. They said they delivered the package but we never received the package. It happened that the phone number was incorrect even after clearly sharing the address and number on whatsapp. After calling multiple times we had to go and collect the package.

It is nice to know that your sales executives takes the time to get to know their customers. I am very pleased with my purchases and wish that I would of found you earlier. I'll suggest my fellow neighbors to get here. Overall customer service is excellent and fully satisfied ☺❤

I must mention about my recent purchase of antique necklace and haram with less than 15% wastage rate which I even bet you cannot get anywhere in the market. Mr. Dharaniprakash & Mr. Sabareeshwaran attended us with utmost patience in showing all the collections and undeniably the best customer service. I do have shopping experience in Chennai and other shops in CBE. Our coimbatore jewellery shops normally provide a good hospitality with welcome drink or coffee. I ordered a mogapu chain for marriage just 40days completed in that chain totaly having 20stones now almost 5stones have losed.. D a.r jewellery customer care told me within a hour our manager will call back you..5days over no one called me..befor 5min again one lady told me same dialogue will wait for that call an again I will make comment on this..
