Very bad experience... Don't try to join any member ship activities in this shop... They r big looters and they don't value customers... They concentrate only on looting hard earned money from customers... They say all nonsense when u join any membership and atlast u will be fooled... Kindly don't trust.. there are lot of reputed showrooms near by them.. don't trust khazana people...

Decent number of collections are here. Staffs were friendly and kind. Bought a ring and felt satisfied. Price was reasonable. Only reason for my 3 star is in the shop someone may be supervisor, he forced me to join some gold scheme even though I said I I'll think about it and do next time. please do not force customers to join any scheme if they say that they are not interested. It irritates a lot. Other than this over all I had a good experience.

Limited choice of jewels when compared to chennai and Bangalore shops,I called & asked for a particular normal design and sent a photo but they took time and after repeated calls they said need to order.Poor service ....

Had a very bad experience at Kazhana jewelry cbe yesterday. They made us wait for hours and then did not acknowledge their own guarantee card, they were saying that the gold quality that was printed was wrong. I was not sure how to prove to them that I got the jewelry from them. People have to be very careful about buying diamonds from them, they are not trusting you even if you have the guarantee card. Pl refrain from buying expensive jewelry from here, I had to wait for hours and then they mentioned that the guarantee card was wrongly printed, Beware of such frauds.

Bad sales team, no knowledge about product. They are misinforming about exchange. Very casual unprofessional attitude by sales person Ramasanjevi.

The customer service is incredible. Good collections. The staff are very polite and patient. The sales person Mr. Gurumoorthy did a good job showing piece by piece very patiently. I highly recommend Khazana.
