Had a worst shopping experience..manager is very cunning and tries to always keep HIGH wastage.. they have charged us 15% wastage + 3% GST for long necklace, bangle and bracelets..moreover they haven’t intimated before about the wastage percentage.. We wish to see other shops for design but they weren’t let us go outside.. I never seen this kind of cheap attitude showing towards customers.. Please consider before visiting 1. No much collection as expected 2. Robbing our money in name of making charges 3. In bangle they haven’t place the round plastic properly which used to cover the bangle inside space (picture attached) Finally, how much you will request they won’t give any discount (we purchased nearly 10L) and nowadays they stopped giving gifts. I’m sure I will never visit this place again.. Please try to respect your customers money and satisfaction.

Good collection in gold , but very little to choose from when it comes to silver ornaments. Staff behavior was good but it would be better if they could explain the price split up and break up , at a level where commoners could easily grasp. Overall a good shopping experience.

Bad experience Purchased a Diamond stud there and without even using, one of the diamonds fell off the next day. They wouldn’t accept it as their fault. Poor workmanship and build. When enquired about the same, customer service and response was very bad. They made us wait for quite some time without any proper reply. I personally wouldn’t recommend buying anything from there.

We visited Sreen Kumaran Thangamaligai one day evening and made our first purchase. They had good range of gold items and silver too. Quite happy with the purchase but the wastage for the gold item was on higher side so would recommend anyone compare the wastage before visiting the shop.

I had a bad experience at sree kumaran thanghamaligai. Two weeks ago, I lost my healmet at sree kumaran's own parking area. I asked an explanation from management. They said different stories for their sake.. Money is not a problem. If they give me a proper response, I am not complaining. I sent a mail and made call a call for clarification. Asked for CCTV footage. But No proper response. Poor customer service....

It is the jewellery shop which is located in Chennai Silks building ground floor. The models on this jewellery shop is good and updated collections. The customer satisfaction given by the staff members working here are awesome. They guide us the models with good explanation based on our budget and preference. The cost of the models are updated on daily market.

Disappointed in the salespeople. I have observed it on my two visits to the basement portion of the store. They are restless when showing, since they are not interested in showcasing the ornaments. Displaying quite a bit of hesitation, which discourages us from purchasing the ornament. Extremely dissatisfied! Didn't except this from Sree Kumaran. I hope management looks after this and gets it resolved.

We went there on Sunday. We want to buy some earrings. We have a mixed opinion. The guy showing us the earrings are uninterested. This is around 10:30 AM. We are not sure if he was tired. But the other guy we met at silver section was enthusiastic. We had no intention of buying silver but ended up buying silver too. Hope the management give more promotion/hike to this guy. They have valet parking as well.

I m purchased chain here.but within one month the chain is damaged at the edges of the hollow design.now I am came at shop they are told servicing and same time will buy a new chain purchase we have to pay the additional 7000 amount for the same rate of gold ... Worst quality. money waste of purchase....they are told this chain only used for function,not used normal days ..becz of in daily use the chain design is broken....what is this. ...I m fully disappointed....what can I do ....how to buy in future ......
