Went to purchase a ring for me one staff was showing us the collections when we asked for a help for another staff (as the first person was not seen for a while) who were just simply sitting she just gave us a big attitude and said like wait for your attending person and showed off like she doesn't care.... This is highly unacceptable from a customer stand point and made me feel uneasy to think seems these people are underpaid and that's the reason for their attitude and started taking our business elsewhere from then.... Instead of asking us to mail you the details please teach your staffs to treat all customers properly.

I am a customer since formation of the shop in Coimbatore. To be more Frank I have registered a number of comments hitherto. I am totally satisfied with the design rate and the customer service. Today I went to Lalita Jewelery to buy gold Murugeswari who works there nice talk and selling skill show respect excellent service she works on second floor thanks for her service.

Went for gold and silver purchase Lowest wastage for gold & no wastage for silver. Ms.Mugaseena guided us right from the entrance till the final payment sacrificing her lunch time. We also signed up for 11month flexi scheme and jewellery pre booking scheme according to mugaseena mam suggestion. The staffs are very generous and customer friendly. Could be better if they add some more designs in gold items. We choosed among few designs.

Reasonable price. Models are above basic. Can increase more models. Ambience is okay.. Hospitality should be definitely improved.

Best place to buy gold ornaments, silver and diamonds.. wallet parking available.. reasonably spacious shop in Coimbatore. In my opinion, this shop had changed the entire gold business, since the attitude of all the gold merchants were changed after the establishment of this shop. No bargaining allowed. Varieties of ornaments were available. You shall also demand your requirement via the photograph of an ornament, which could be made by them in 25 days. Conclusion: Highly recommended.

I purchased a stud in the Jewelry and one of the stone had fallen. As I wanted the same piece and I do understand it's not a big thing, agreed to keep replacement stone for it. The quality of the replacement stone is poor/dull and the even the position it was placed was not right. When I enquired the same with the sales person or supervisor they wanted to manipulate and convince me that it will dry and give brightness in a couple of days. As I was not sure to believe and disappointed to take it in this state even before I started to use, I wanted to confirm with the Goldsmith. Very dissatisfied with the Goldsmith whose response even more upset me. I finally asked to change the stone and keep another one and surprised to see it was right this time. Was quiet upset with the service and response, they could have resolved it themselves rather than making the customer run behind Goldsmith. Nobody wanted to ask even a word of sorry as well for the scenario. I have purchased here before a couple of years and was impressed with them that time. But now I understood because of their services there is no crowd in this shop compared to their competitors who are running in full house. I will not buy here and will not suggest it for anyone hereafter. Cannot post it without star so gave one star without interest.

Disappointing experience with Lalitha Jewellery, Coimbatore. It's essential for businesses to provide excellent customer service, especially when dealing with valuable items like jewelry. I have spent more than 3 hours at a store and finally not able to buy even a small ornament because of, Lack of Knowledgeable Staff: Knowledgeable and helpful staff members are crucial in the jewelry business. Normally Customer rely on the expertise of the staff to make informed decisions about their purchases. Whereas here the staff is not trained and she do not know whether what I ask is available in the store. Limited Collections: For a jewelry store, a wide and diverse collection of designs is expected. It's disappointing that Lalitha Jewellery, Coimbatore had only a few designs available. Seems to be very old and latest collections are not at tall available. Out of Stock Items: Since I'm tired asking for more designs I though of buying a coin for the chit amount and leave the shop here comes my biggest frustration THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE A CON IN STOCK. Instead they offer a different item (dollor, from a chain) as a substitute is not a good practice. Also they did not made any alternate effort to provide it. Yesterday (14/04/2023), We visited the lalithaa jewellery Mart at 8.30 PM to buy gold chain. The staffs were hesitant to attend the customers in the evening. If they were too tired to serve the customer they could have mention the customers to come back Tomorrow. But simply they mentioned designs are not available. They were asking us to go around the shop look at the designs rather than showing it to us. They show the designs only we push them to show. I never seen so much lethargic behaviour from any staff.
