Very much disappointed with kushal's today. I'm an regular customer of kushal's for about past 12years and this is my birthday month and i purchased for 30k and still din receive any offers or discounts. When i asked about it in the store they saud its due to Server problem. Very disappointing

Bharghavi was the sales person who attended us. Was patient enough to help and guide with multiple models. Parking is roadside on the busy TV Swamy road. Good shopping experience with multiple staff available to attend customers.

Ask for rosemary, she takes you along the store with such patience and explains each details asked for. She suggests very good options when you are stuck with which to choose. Loved their collections, neat packaging & after service.

Really worst service and worst quality. I bought a new rose gold necklace and even without using within a month it got dull and then become dark in colour. They told they will polish and give, it’s been two months no response and I still didn’t get the necklace back. Please beware before buying here. Waste of money. No proper response also from their side. Didn’t expect this from Kushal’s , better try from other good brands.

You have a very poor customer service.I have raised a return request and it's approved.The courier service picked the product and then sent an SMS that the product failed quality check.You did check the product pics and then approved the return request rite? Then why will delhivery fail it?I have been contacting you since 3 days on this issue and you just ask me to wait telling you will get back and you never got back on this issue.The product was stuck with the delhivery person and I had to call him multiple times to get it returned back to me.Worst experience with you people.To the public, if you are buying the product and happy with it all fine but if you are raising a return request then you will know how they behave.

Very good collection of temple silver and antique jewelery The staff were very co operative. we wanted to try a lot of jewelery..and they were patient enough with us....i am going to visit them again and purchase a few more

Worst Customer Service ever!! Got a Kundan earings and a bracelet from their Coimbatore store. The Stem of the earrings broke and I asked at the store if they can repair it and give it to me. They agreed and said it will take a months time for them to repair the earrings. I had followed up with them if the earings were repaired or not. On the first call they said the earrings are ready and they have couriered it and it will take one week times. The next week when I visited the store they said the earrings cannot be repaired. On my third, forth and fifth visit they kept saying earrings are ready and waiting for the head office to courier it. They took three months for my earrings to repair and there was no call from their end. The Kushals did not take any initiative to inform about anything. Only if i followed up with them I got an answer. 3 months they were just making me a fool between courier and if the earrings can be repaired or not. When I could not tolerate it, I called up the Head office and spoke to the Manager directly I could get my earrings repaired. I had also purchased a bracelet during the sale time. The lock was not correct so i returned the bracelet and they after a month gave me an other piece is what Kushals says. The other piece also had the same problem. I had visited the store and complained the same but there just refused to help me. After being so patient and following up with them regularly, I got frustrated and gave them the bracelet and came. Till date the store Manager or anyone from Kushals has not given us any call to pick up or to help us for the same. They have happily kept the bracelet with them. Worst worst worst ever !!!! No values for their customers!!!

Good place for fashion jewellery. Value for money and a good range of collections. Parking might be a little difficult for cars You will have to find parking on db road and walk here. If lucky you might get parking opposite the street of the shop

Located at RS Puram -prime area in the city. Great collections. Varieties in temple jewellery..... Southindian jewellery is fantastic.... Suitable accessories for all ages... Aesthetic... Little expensive but worth the money. Quality is great. Maintaining of accessories is so pleasing.. They use silk base ..utmost care is taken for maintenance.
