Worst customer service , Been a customer for 30+ years wanted an printout with gold ornaments weight. After 1 week they said they can't do it. Asked what is the use of being customer for so long. If a single obligation from the customer could not be addressed...asked Mahesh from accounts said no. Conveyed this to Manger kesvan and this can be done don't know why there is a change in the answer.

Kind staffs and well know about selling point of view. Have decent car parking.

Not wheelchair accessible, staff could be a bit more friendly. There was almost a "buy what we have, else leave" kind of attitude, unsure if it was just that employee or the organization's value system.

Designs are ok. But rates are very high compare to shops located next Street which are pretty bigger than this .
