One of the worst hospital i have ever seen in Coimbatore. They completely money minded . Never seen on the patient care. 1. You cant complaint about the facility in ICU, we need to adjust even the cot is broken stage. But they charges 10000 per day. 2. For ICU patients they getting food from local mess not sure how hygiene, they packed with complete plastic covers. Once tasted that food its worst. 3. They don't even have proper water purifier and hot water facility, just having instant water heater directly with overhead tank. 4. This is not multi specialty hospital only one specialist in the hospital and he is the owner. All other are only visiting doctors. 5. More than 90% of nurse are the trainee's, very few are in the certified staff. 6. They have clinics in few areas and catching patients from there. Actually my mum suffer on lung issue, even though they dont have pulmonologist doctor in that hospital but local SPT clinic referred this hospital . 7. If you gone to common toilet in the hospital, its worst like public toilet. Also this toilet is next to lab test center. These are completely writing from own experience. My mum in ICU for 10 days. But they not care about the bedsore, she infected with bedsore and not treated for that also. They not used the airbed in the ICU also . Even in the discharge summary they not specified about they infection. Not even they given medicine for the bedsore. So we though its got healed while seeing black mark. Then we gone for the review they brought surgeon and examine it. He too puppet for the hospital and exaggerated the issue and make us more worry about the issue so we need to readmitted in the hospital and planned to suck money. We planned to switch the hospital and its easily cleaned the bedsore. All the specialist doctors in the hospital exaggerated the issue and make them admitted for the long period and suck money. More over there is no patients coming direct visit they grap only from the reference with clinic and those clinic getting money on this. Among all near by shops saying they are money minded and billed for high than well familiar and specialty hospital. Please dont go to the hospital . Finally they giving 5% discount if you write review good about this hospital. So we getting most star for this hospital.

A very close relative of mine was taken to this hospital. Overall, I am very happy with the service provided at this hospital. I am especially thankful to Dr. Subburaja for his caring and competent medical service. Since we live abroad, Dr. Subburaja spoke to us patiently over the phone and explained the issue and the options to treat the condition. All the supporting tests etc. we handled very professionally. My only quibble is the following: though charging 2% service charge makes sense for credit card payments, I wonder why they charge 2% service charge for Debit Card payments.

The staffs made it really easy for us.Caring nurses and experienced doctors.The hospital took good care in the disposition of fomites.Hospital was always clean and tidy.Truly great service
