Highly not recommended. The staffing nurses do not respond . Even if anything is asked they respond as if we are aliens and do not provide any responses. One or two doctors are patient friendly. But the staffs be in reception or in the wards never no how to treat and speak to patient or the person who accompanies them. The missions statement has not to be missed as the first point "To provide patient friendly environment " Its only on the boards printed to be read for people those who come not for the doctors or staffs in the hospital. NOTE: Out of 50 ,1 or 2 are not be included and they deserve a better hospital since even their reputation will be spoiled because of others. Really surprised to see Nac cretified to the hospital. Hope if there are people in related to medical department and if they cab take any actions so future patient who come will be treated well it would be helpful. Hoping people would see this and share if possible.

Highly not recommended, the charges are very high for the surgery , the staffs are not even allowing to meet the doctor, whatever concern we have they will say will ask the doctor and will let you know, if we say we want to meet the doctor they are trying to divert, they will say that the surgery is a package and still will charge more , we were struggling for the money that they charged extra during the discharge, it’s very easy for them but they are not considering the situation rather they compare with the other hospitals in the city and they are telling that they are charging less by comparing with them. It became a pure business.If our situation was not that critical then we would have opted for government hospital itself ☹️

Received the best medical care for my mother from Dr. Suresh, Dr. R. Karthikeyan (Spine Surgeon) and the entire medical team! Hospital facilities are very good. Rooms are very spacious and clean, food is home made style which is suitable for patients. In general, People usually think that only well known branded hospitals would offer great care, however we realized that is not always the case. The Doctors and Surgeons who are available and provide the medical care is the most important factor to make a decision, rather than the corporate brand in itself!

Never visit this hospital even mistakenly. Pathetic experience in all sorts. Completely impotent staff and this is not at all the hospital. You will wonder why there are no patients in this hospital and you are alone and that itself answers ur query. Not just once or twice. Everytime u will get disappointed with any of the stuff over there. Even for emergency this is not recommended.

Recently my close kin was admitted in this hospital. The treatment was excellent. The team of doctors, nurses and others looked after with compassion and care. It was a dedicated team. The hospital premises were kept neat and clean. All facilities were available. A noble service is being rendered.

Had the worst experience here , the hospital doesn't provide bills to the patients and the staffs behave rudely when we ask them for particular details ... They ask you to pay extra amount apart from the chief ministers fund coverage in they do not provide any bills or receipts for the money paid by the patient .

please be careful before going to the hospital , personal i had a bad experience with them . i had fungal infection in my finger, they said to me that they need to remove the nail itself because it is infected badly . But for second reference i visited my family doctor, he said just apply ointment for a week , Infection got recovered after a week.. Doctor profession is a noble profession, but these guys money minded also i have attached the proof that why you should not visit the hospital , government need to take a strict action on them

This hospital is the worst hospital I have experienced. Lac of clarity, no transparency, staffs are untrained and ineffective, doctors not available on time etc., Request people to avoid this hospital !!

We had taken out our patient from this hospital as he had developed various complications and we felt the hospital was not giving good treatment. After staying for a fortnight we had to shift him to another hospital on urgent basis. We will not recommend this hospital for anyone.

Pretty bad atmosphere. The construction work goes on and on and the hospital pressure pumps situated at the very entrance and you cant sit calmly while waiting at the reception due to the noise being created.

Excellent hospital, good infrastructure and amenities. Very kind doctors and trained nurse. We have admitted our father for Covid even he was isolated he doesn't feel lonely. Kind nurses treat him well with lot of patience. We recently admitted our mother for uterus removal surgery and Ms. Akalya doctor did the surgery very smoothly and she made my mother feel so comfortable. One day after surgery she mobilized my mother and she can able to walk. During the operation doctor found a Fibroid cysts and she removed it too. Cost is considerable less and reasonable. Thank you doctors for your valuable service.

Am working as a faculty in lakshmi college of nursing and Lakshmi medical centre past 3 months in Coimbatore when am working very very very worst management and they won't give the appointment order while joining they'll fixed salary like 30k or more then that but while giving 24k only Management is not a genuine management if we are asking regrading anything they'll terminate the staff without any reason in that college there is no facilities for faculties and they won't give any respect to the faculties as well as principal. Its all guided by the chairman.

Very worst hospital in Coimbatore. Unfit for medical emergency at night. Today early morning around 4.30, I rushed taking my dad to Lakshmi Hospital due to low sugar and high BP. The whole hospital staff including watchman was sound asleep. I walked my dad to emergency room only to find no one was there in the room or anywhere in the hospital except for snoring sound of the staffs. I called many times if there was anyone available but no one was there. I walked back my dad to car and woke up the watchman and he was very rude to us. Then we rushed to HEM Hospital where we got immediate medical attention. If you go daytime to Lakshmi Hospital, the staffs are only eager to grab money from the patients by prescribing unnecessary tests. The emergency doctors are not experienced. I had many bad experiences in this hospital in the past too. Please avoid this hospital, worthless service. Not even worth for single star.

I'm from Namakkal district...I underwent open heart surgery in Sri Lakshmi medical center coimbatore...the care given in Sri Lakshmi hospital is fabulous....I'm very thankful..... very good response for each department..and affordable cost....

I really don't appreciate their approach because they play psychologically with your feelings. A lady in charge of ICU will act like the owner of the hospital, but one day she will be kicked out or for sure some one will complain about her and the hospital .

After all they do the medical business only. They don't have specialist doctors for their hospital , all the specialists will arrange on the emergency only. So the cost of the treatment will get doubled for the patients.
