Good hospital. My wife was admitted here for delivery. They tried their best to make sure that it was a normal delivery and it was. Dr.Suma is an excellent doctor. We have been taking our kid to this hospital for vaccination and for other consultations since the last two years. The experience has always been good.

Security person lady in front gate is very arrogant and worst behaviour and its hurts lot but doctors are good. And hospital should teach security staff to behave polite with public as hospital is in service industry.First time facing this issue on 25yh jan 23.

Worst experience.. the reception staffs are not trained and simply sits attending phone calls, they does not know which Doctor treats what? I went there and enquired appointment with Thyroid Doctor for my wife, the reception staff told Dr.Suma treats for Thyroid and she is available at 10.00am to 4.00 P.M, next day I again called the reception and checked if Thyroid doctor is available and on confirmation went there at 12.30 p.m with my wife . I was immediately asked to Pay Rs.530/- before seeing the doctor, Rs.150 is some hospital visit charges and Rs.380 Doctors fee. Later went to see Doctor and she informed she is Gynecologist and does not looks after Thyroid. I lost Rs.530 for simply visiting the hospital. Poor hospital Management.. they will take your hard earned Money without Mercy.

I am from chennai , moved to Coimbatore for my wife’s delivery. Doctors in chennai were very friendly and supportive This is the worst hospital and have created a image that they do only normal delivery. My wife had no complications till 7 months and not even a vomit. Amniotic fluid was less and it became normal last month. 1.They don’t want to get labour pain naturally and because they have to come late nights at emergency 2. They call a batch of women around 9 months on a a day and induce pain. If you are lucky will be normal delivery or lot of complications occur. 3. Extremely money minded and try to get the max from you. 4. 95000 for normal and 1.3 to 1.4 for c section which is far higher 5. Doctors and nurses are extremely rude and they body shame even people who come to abort due to complications. 6. No proper guidance on exercise and diets during subsequent months and they just give tones of tablets. 7. They don’t view the reports properly and asked us take many tests which were already taken in their own hospital 8.they push you for epidural injection 9. No parking space and a total nightmare 10. Rooms and food are very average 11. No bills for vaccine and they don’t accept card for vaccine (only cash) . Guess it is not accounted in taxes

Recently, I was diagnosed with Adenomyosis. First of all, hats off to the team of doctors at Ganga women and Child care hospital to even detect this condition with accuracy because, most of the times, Adenomyosis goes undetected because it requires highly skilled doctors to confirm its presence. I was asked to shed some kilos and was put on esteogen-progesterone hormones for 4 months. Also, from my end, Yoga and natural tremtments were incorporated for additional benefits. For any treatment to work, a patient needs to trust the doctor not less than the trust they have on themselves. Now, after 4 months, I have successfully reversed Adenomysosis. I whole heartedly thank Dr. Suma Natrajan and her team for taking care of me each time I came to the hospital with a ray of hope❤

Dr.Aananthi is one of the best gynecologist. We consulted for my sister for her delivery and now for me. We were settled in Bangalore, only for her treatment, we (me & my husband) shifted to our mom's place in Coimbatore. One of the best decision. Everything was going fine for me till my 7th month. During my 7th month checkup , I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. Since it is a pandemic period and I had a miscarriage earlier, we were very cautious. I had mild temperature and felt very tired during my 8th month. So reported to Dr.Aananthi , only because of her pressure we took the COVID test.I got infected with COVID-19. ( Thank God she forced us to get tested) She suggested to get admitted in KMCH. As we admitted during the early stage, the complications were minimal. After 5 days of discharge, I had severe vomit and no energy even to get out of my bed. So visited her and she planned for c-section on the very next day as the baby weight increased drastically because of GD & steroids during COVID treatment. Tests where taken for c-section.Due to COVID, D-Dimer(which in excess leads to heavy blood loss during delivery)value was 5000, where as normal should be below 500. She immediately consulted with India's No.1 Anesthesian and that doctor instructed to postpone the c-section and to be done only when the value reduces. Dr.Aananthi told me to stay in hospital till delivery . Initially we hesitated , but she explained the seriousness , so me & my husband stayed in hospital for nearly 2 weeks. She used to consult with the Anesthesian daily based on my reports and she updates me regularly( which was not necessary for her but she did that for me) The blood tests were taken regularly and c-section was planned after 2 weeks ( as my baby weighed around 4.3kg) when D-Dimer value was around 1000. For emergency, she told to arrange for 2 units of blood. Dr.Aananthi mam used to go to temple before every delivery she attends and she will pray for a safe delivery ( which I haven't seen in any other doctor) The operation was very successful with god's blessing and I delivered a healthy baby boy inspite of Gestational Diabetes and COVID, only because of her and the almighty. Everyone thought my baby has to be in NICU as I had all the complications during my pregnancy. But, he was sent to room before me , as he was perfectly alright. After my delivery, the D-Dimer value increased to 2500. My doctor was so concerned than me and she got an appointment with a physician for further treatments. Now, both me and my baby are perfectly fine only because of DR.ANANANTHI. She is an angel sent by the god to us . Without her, I don't know whether I would have survived or not. Yes ! She would tell the seriousness of the issues we have straight onto the face which scares us at the moment. But also she will help you to overcome that and deliver a healthy baby at any cost. I blindly believed her and follow whatever she says. I'm grateful for her for my entire life. Nurses were very helpful especially head nurse LATHA .she was very supportive and helpful. Dr.Narmatha and Dr.Gayathri were very kind during their daily checkups. Dietician also very kind. Pediatrician DR.RAMANI is very soft and clearly explains all our doubts and patient friendly. Thank you DR.ANANANTHI for giving me a second life !!! God bless your family with all health and wealth 😇 I hope you never forget me 😊 Parking was the only issue we faced.

Our lives changed completely on the 10th of may 2022. All thanks to the most experienced and competent team of doctors at ganga hospital , headed by the able Dr. Suma Natarajan ma'am. This is probably the only hospital where the doctors on 24*7 shifts are all immensely experienced, even at middle of night, the doctor attending will be someone extremely experienced. This is unlike many other big hospitals. I came to ma'am at 8 weeks Pregnancy, with a bad obstetric history, with my heart completely shattered by two previous losses at 24 weeks and 20 weeks ... I was scared to even hope or even think about holding a baby in my hands , worried i would jinx it again... Entire team was so positive and assured me that i would return home this time with a term baby. Still, i was scared to hope.... This was my last attempt and i had had enough of hope and heart breaks for a lifetime .... Ma'am performed elective cerclage as i was diagnosed with cervical incompetence after second loss. I was hospitalised for a week to be on safer side and each day the team of doctors were so encouraging to me and i developed a positive frame of mind . The weeks passed by uneventfully and once i crossed 34 weeks, i was so relieved that my baby won't be born a preterm anymore and that's when joy started filling my heart every day, with every kick and movement .... My baby was born by cesarean section , done absolutely pristine way by Dr suma natarajan ma'am and my recovery post section amazed me and everyone around me.... I had all fears of a major surgical procedure but the recovery was amazing and post operative day 1 onwards i felt absolutely normal and could ambulate well. This was in stark contrast to many csec anecdotes i have heard from friends and relatives ... The hospital has a very baby friendly approach and is very much pro breast feeding. I was very specific about exclusive Breast feeding and they helped me initiate the first feed within half an hour of birth of my baby , hence giving him the timely and vital colostrum , the first vaccine shot for my baby ....and the support received later on also was great, especially from nursing staff, when i had feeding issues.. Dr Suma ma'am has a heart of gold and at first may come across as very brusque and imposing ,but she only has the best interests of her patients at heart. I would anyday choose Dr suma ma'am.. I was lucky to be in this city during this pregnancy ... Suma Ma'am and her team of doctors have brought our family so much happiness, will be eternally grateful to all of them. Everytime I look at my dear son, i pinch myself and i am glad this is all real though it feels like a beautiful dream!!!

Very worst hospital, only doctors and nurse are good .but hospital management is very worst my sister was admitted more than two weeks. Hospital administration they doing their building renovation (drilling, chunking, flooring) with nosie and dust near patients room. They didn't care about the new born babies . Administration and hospitality management doesn't have any common sense how they allow renovation near the new born babies room .it's directly infected to the babies easily. Am argued with multiple persons nothing happen..they still continuing their worke. Really worst management. My suggestion don't go to this hospital.

Worst service by Nurse at night duty (8/7/2022 Friday). we rushed for an emergency for our 10 months kid. all are sleeping and not responding. one nurse marked baby's weight as 5 kg but baby's actual weight is 11 kgs. Baby's treatment is based only on baby's weight and they didn't treat baby and mother not well. GH is better than this hospital. literally she behaves like we distrubed her sleep. she shouted at 10 months baby because of baby crying due to fever.

DR. SUMA NATARAJAN mam is truly a Godsend. I'm one of her million testimonials. I can say this out loud because even though I was a doctor I had my own fears about the delivery of my baby and once I entered into the hospital I was amazed by the warmth and care of the staff and all the doctors especially the chief. My experience in the labour too was extremely comfortable. They made sure I was fine even when I was in pain. The labour room staff were well trained and helped me to ease my pain. The duration of my labour was less than 5 hours even though I was a primi. I must say about The chief, Dr. Suma Natarajan single handedly made my delivery super easy. Her professional skills and expertise with handling the delivery were exceptional and not to forget how she motivated me during the labour also. My husband and my mother were also permitted inside the labour room which gave me loads of strength, support and alleviate my fears to a great extent. After the delivery they cheerfully welcomed me and the baby into our room as they decorated the baby's bassinet in blue and also swaddled the baby in blue muslin jablas. Postpartum period in the hospital was also good as there was wholesome care for me and my baby Undoubtedly she's one of the top excellent OGcians in south India, and she still manages to take the best care of her patients. Truly amazed by her knowledge and will always be thankful for giving us an unforgettable experience under her guidance.

My name is Vinodha. I will share what happened to me in this hospital. To me its dream come true moment. Because a 7×6 cm fibroid disappeared without any pain. The reason is the great doc suma natarajan and doc geetha!!!!! I will share my detailed experience of fibroid war with you. I got fibroid at the 36th week of pregnancy. Renuka devi mam at kmch hospital is my gynaec. We opted for c section. Due to bleeding complication they did not removed fibroid at the time of delivery. A beautiful girl baby was born without any discomfort! Most of the ladies who have fibroid dont have symptom. But i had heavy bleeding during periods. Also felt discomfort and pain at the time of intercourse. I consulted Dr renuka devi Dr Devasena in kmch hospital. Also i consulted Dr Basavaraj for uterine artery embolization in Narayana hospital bangalore. Theses are some of the best best doctors. However my problem did not solve. One doctor told wait & watch fibroid, one doctor told me to do open abdominal surgery, one doctor told 60% fibroid is outside uterus so UAE procedure is not possible. I also consulted 2 other doctors who are expert vascular surgeon & radiologist. I asked them to perform HIFU/mrgFug. They told me it can be removed through vaginally; they told me to go find a surgical gynaec who is expert in abdominal surgery & hyteroscopy(throughvagina).. I still dont know why they did not advised me to undergo ultrasound treatment. But they are my saviors. After hearing their suggestion my only fear is i may have stiches "there$$". Although everyone is gynaecologist i could not speak openly to anyone about it. I prepared mentally for surgery. Next task is finding an expert doctor. My chithi went to dr. Suma natarajan for hysteroscopical uterus removal. She felt pain for 1 week & she healed completely. She suggested me this doctor. So i googled this doctor. The ratings were good. So i consulted her. Consultation pathi soliye aaganum. First words she told me "fibroid na athuku enna" It sounded like she dont want to perform surgery. She did physical examination Now She understood about my problem. The second line she told me is "katti velila iruku aana anaesthesia kuduthu thaan enga start aaguthunu paakanum. Anaesthesia kuduthu remove panra maari irukum. Venumna inaike admit aagikanga" Without hesitation i told ok. She was like a lion. So brave confident everything. So i was also confident. Next day nearly i had 5 injections in a single hand (surgery preparation) for blood test, blood matching test, glucose, antibiotic, iv. All nurses were good. Iam grateful to them. Anaesthesia doctor he is also very good he explained me well & geetha doctor is prepping me suma mam geetha mam did surgery. within 10 mins surgery over. They told me no instrument laproscopy hyteroscopy was used. They told " It was outside so we did a light cut at the start point of fibroid it was a very easy for us to remove." My husband my mom was very glad to hear it. They showed my fibroid. Apada nu thonuchu. Unmaiyave fibroid remove pantaangala pain ae ilanu thonuchu. Antibiotic 1 week correct aa eduthen. Entha pain um illa urine pora edathula stiches illa. THANK U SUMA MAM. Thank u! U r my savior. Long live Suma & geetha mam. My husband who dont give review for anything posted a good review for suma mam because only both of us know the struggles we faced on daily basis. The way the doctors and the staff treat people is pathetic.They moral shame you infront of people.We were mentally disturbed after taking treatments from here . If the law was as strong in the US I would have even filed a complaint for the amount of shaming they did to us .

Please choose some other good hospital This hospital is Fully Money minded and will get the max money from you. 90000 for normal delivery and medicine are extra. For normal delivery total hospital bill exceeds 1 lakh But other big hospitals in coimbatore collecting 40,000 only for normal delivery including medicines. Both my girls were delivered by Dr. Narmada. She is extremely patient and friendly and takes into consideration our pain level and alters the treatment accordingly along the labor.. helping the mother have a pleasant birthing experience. Both the deliveries were normal delivery... She is undoubtedly one of the best gynecologists in coimbatore...

The only reason behind choosing this hospital is Dr.Gayathri. I was guided by Dr.Gayathri throughout my pregnancy period in her clinic located at Maruthamalai road. She is an angel in disguise, very calm and caring towards the patients. About the hospital, I took the suit room which they charge the maximum amount. It has 2rooms, the patient room has an AC and 2 extra small beds are available for the people who accompanies the patient. It was a decent room. The toilets were cleaned twice per day. The staff were caring and encouraged and supported for normal delivery. Mine was normal delivery without epidural. So the cost was around 70-75k. The food was good. We received the claim documents as we requested and the accounts department was very supportive. One thing which I see as a scope for improvement is the PARKING. It was so difficult to keep an eye on the car and find a shady parking space.

The Nursing staffs are simply great and very helpful. The one star truely is for them. Paediatrician are really great and explain with lot of patience. All come to Ganga Hospital for the reputation they built for so many years. Saying that they are also minting (stealing?) money from the patients for delivery. They blindly charge more than 1 lakh for C Section delivery, while i admitted my wife with expectations of normal delivery since first delivery was Normal. There was drama built in few minutes in delivery ward (Amnotic Sac was broken by chief Gynaecologist: I dont want to name, you all know the name. Hint: Dr. SN while testing my wife in delivery ward) and no time to wait for head to land in position. What else to expect, unnecessary C section due to Doctor negligence and Hospital can charge 1 lakh very well. If money is only motivation for hospital to function, better talk a deal with the family that hospital need more money even for normal delivery. We are ok to pay money you ask, but why to cut open a mother when not needed and just for money. Its a feeling that cannot be expressed well, unless felt. God bless the hospital Management to keep opening new branches by doing more C sections to innocent mothers. If you are starting to consult here, please re-think. This is NOT a safe place, if you are planning for normal delivery. Chief Gyno is so rude, you cannot as any doubt to her. She is only in commanding mode always, no patience even to clarify doubts from patients. I beared all these only with the hope that my wife will be delivering normally. Indeed all went in vain while she was medically in line for normal delivery. Husbands reading this, remember its your wife, your money, your decision. Consult many hospital before choosing best doctor for you. Ask live feedbacks/reviews who delivered recently in which ever hospital you are planning. All the best new parents.

It’s not old Ganga hospital. Now a days, they are focusing only on C section. Morning they said all are prefect, will plan for normal delivery, evening they performed C Section. This is totally unexpected. Am sure, I will choose some good hospital for my second baby.

Dr.Suma is so considerate and kind. I underwent a procedure and recovered in no time. The nurse, the reception, even the helping staffs are so professional and cordial. Doctor genuinely pours her heart into patients health. Which is soo rare!

Worst hospital. My 5 year old had severe ear pain, we went on sunday AT 8.30 pm. doctor didnt come till 10 pm. my daughter was crying continuously, i didnt know what to do. nurses are very rude. no proper update or response. we finally left without getting treatment.

We heard reviews from friend of us and have been consulting Dr.Narmadha right from the beginning. She is a very good friendly doctor who takes care of the patients like her own relatives. Guides very well throughout the pregnancy. When asked what will happen if umbilical cord complications happen, she said they have done normal delivery with umbilical cord surrounded 3 times round the child. Her clinic is in Vadavalli, women wellness care. Worth consulting her. She knows all advanced medical options, procedures. Coming to the hospital, all the staffs, nurses and all dept doctors are highly experienced. But quite costly compared to other hospitals!

My wife had cervical fibroid, nearly 3 years we had extreme struggle in our life. We explored multiple options, we met Dr. Suma Natarajan she gave us extreme clarity and we got surgery done by Dr. Suma Natarajan, my wife is back to normal life now. Treatment is not upto the mark For every consultation per day, they charge 350 rs. On Sunday it is 600 rs. Too7ch waiting time.

The treatment and care are good but the thing where the hospital lagging is at the place where the pregnant womens waits. Because the chair and the seating arrangement of the chairs are very congested and uncomfortable for the pregnant ladies. The pregnant ladies are struggling to be placed between the chairs, the chairs must be placed with plenty of space and must be comfortable for the pregnant ladies to walk between to get placed. If this one is replaced or rectified by the management then the pregnant ladies will be pleased and will be happy with the waiting hours.

Excellent treatment done my pediatric dentist Dr.Mahesh. In other hospitals they preferred for operation for dental. But he said the reality and done treatment very well. We were happy Thank you for the service

Good and positive experience for my wife during the whole pregnancy journey. Delivered baby as normal delivery by magic from Dr.Suma mam. Pros: Suma mam, normal delivery, hospital and clinic staffs are good and friendly Cons: hospital canteen is not good and outside food is not allowed, parking is a bit small, Suma mam is a bit strict and straight forward (maybe it a pro too).

Please dont go to this hospital if you have any emergencies with the baby on holidays or after 8PM. I took my son to this hospital night and I was thinking my son hd a severe infection. But doctor came after call from nurse since he was on call duty and the first question he asked “ Y do u come at night and irritate whoever is on call duty ( intha prachaniku ethuku sunday night vanthu on call doctor night kalutharukanum) . Doctors know that it was not a serious issue and I wasnt knowing since i am new mom. If doctors are not ready to work at night or on holidays they have to talk to the management that they cannot work and not to the patients who is paying double the amount for consultation since it is late night. This is the second time I am hearing such words from On call doctors .

The hospital has one of the best gynecologist in and around Coimbatore. The ambience and the infrastructure is good and patient care at every level is excellent. Throughout my stay in hospital I was very comfortable and well informed.

Dr.Anandhi is the best. Water level was too low from the 4th month itself. But doctor treated my wife with full care and precaution. With god’s grace and proper treatment our baby was born as a full term baby. Though it was an emergency c-section Delivery was done at the right time. Both mother and baby girl are fine now. Don’t panic just follow and trust your doctors treatment. Importantly doctor helped with in between emergency doubts during pregnancy and after delivery even through calls. So happy we found the right person and gratitude to god and doctor. And, the hospitality at the hospital was also nice.

Best hospital overall, Doctor's consulting is good, hospital maintains utmost cleanliness on their premises, nurses and staffs are really helpful and approachable at all time for any query.

Ganga women centre has good specialized doctors and they are explaining the each and every procedure . Dr. Selvaraj is good pediatrician, he explains all about children growth. He reduced fear of parents . His care and concern about kids is enormous.

This was a complex surgery and both of them helped us and recovered my mother well. Only came here for Dr.Suma Mam and Dr.Anandhi mam they are well experienced,other than that nothing is good with this hospital,poor food,hospitality and parking facility is very poor.you can’t expect anything good other than this.

Delivered two babies here First delivery normal in birth suite it was pleasant experience, expecting same went for second delivery . Unnecessarily asked me to admit even though I had no pain n OFTEN did PE very roughly by Dr.A who was in night shift that time which mentally affected me and told I was uncooperative when I was in pain doctor was not understanding. Though had normal delivery it wasn't pleasant as first. They don't inform abt painless injection properly and dont have N20 which many hospital use. Nurses are good. Other doctors DrG&N were understanding

We are married for 4 years now and originally belong to Dharmapuri district. We are trying for a child and fortunately came to know about madam Dr Anandhi through our family friend in Coimbatore and last year during the pandemic period we had met madam for consulting and we had a received a positive response and well taken care by madam personally and with the continuous efforts the positive result came during October 2020 and by god's grace we had the twin babies and delivered on 06.05.2021at Ganga Child Care Hospital and well taken care by the hospital staff and the doctors. Since our babies are delivered pre term and under weight and kept at NICU and I got infected by COVID 19 after 6 days of delivery and during the quarantine also the babies were taken good care by the staff at the hospital. We sincerely thank all the staff of Ganga Child care hospital and especially madam Dr Anandhi for her support and guidance given for a elevation in our life. Good support by all the doctors and staff at the hospital.

Very bad experience. Today I took my son to this hospital for headache and vomiting .He was crying in severe pain could not able to sit.I request to allow in prior they restricted.But one of the parents seeing my son's suffering allowed us to see doctor in prior the attender denied ,I asked to check with the doctor he too denied saying even though emergency should come in queue.From my point of view ,if other babies crying and in this condition we can't bypass.The hospital is silent the babies might came for vaccine and my son is severely suffering and could not able to control hence for this type of emergency it needs to be attended immediately. Without any humanity following the rules is meaning less and doesn't survey the purpose of visiting the hospital in emergency. I don't recommend this hospital for emergency. I REGRET GOING TO THIS HOSPITAL .
