Dr Suganya was very friendly and made the whole pregnancy journey and delivery very comfortable and stress free I feel so blessed to know you and have you as my doctor.i still remember my labour room time,it was very fun and enjoyable moment in my life even though I had C-section I didn't feel bad at all. And Receptionist and there staffs. the staffs there Follow ups of every months check ups was very helpful for us.And they explain it very well on the call itself before booking an appointment. One of our friends have referred this hospital and after all Google research we got admitted to this hospital. Dr. Dhamodar R Rao has done laparoscopy to my wife. Pre-surgery doctor explained the complications of the disease, positive and negatives. He is so talented and very knowledgeable. Hospital nurse staff and all other workers are very friendly and helpful. Most importantly they are very cared for us in all aspects. I defiantly recommend this hospital for laparoscopy and other child and mother related treatments.

Hospital doctors, nurses and sub staffs are very caring and helpful, but really unhappy with admin staffs and pharmacy. Especially insurance persons are very slow in responding. Even sloth will work faster than them. For checking a cashless option they really took 10 days. To provide a cheque they took another 10 days. I kept on asking multiple times, escalated with some doctors, then only they responded. Not valuing the time of others.

Only money minded people, no response to problem, Not even providing correct information. We just wasted our six month and more than 3 lakh for test, and they didn't even started the procedure. My mum recently got her hysterectomy here after suffering for years, the doctors were very patient with their explanation about the procedure and were very supportive post op as well. Worst experience in rao. I went to consult my pregnancy recently. They took lots of test then said I have thyroid and this will cause serious issue to the baby. So one of my gynocolist provided a thyroid tablet. And they wanted my husband signature to take that tablets. In that form they mentioned if anything happened to baby, they are not responsible. Also they said this tablets only tested to animals like rat. Their words are not trustworthy. So we went to another hospital and took all the tests again. In that test result everything was normal. And I don't have thyroid issues at all. Now my delivery is done in normal and healthy way, baby and me perfectly fine. I will not recommend this Rao to anyone. Since we all trust a doctor more than God. But here I have wasted my time. Every time when I went for a checkups their words gave me mentel pressure. Waste of money.. Waste of time.. Don't go with this hospital. It's my recent experience.

I've visited the hospital for my wife's pregnancy check up. The receptionist are awesome, very kind and helpful. We had consultation with Dr. Preethi, she was just awesome. Detailed out all the information. There are improvements requires only at pharmacy. We had to wait for some time even when there are less customers.

I would like to creditably thank all the staff members of this hospital including the doctor, the maternity nurse and reception desk staff for their wondeful prenatal, during delivery and post natal care given to my wife. They do go a step extra to make sure your comfortable and do take their time to see us. Best ever hospital in Coimbatore for pregnancy and paediatrics. I delivered my son in the same hospital an year ago normally. The nurses were very patient and kind with me. The room was well sanitized and clean. Worth every penny!

Review is for only Scanning department. Every time, they make you wait for minimum 2.5 - 3 hours for scanning. And if you complaint, staff responds rudely. Pathetic state of affairs after charging more than market price for tests. DONT EVEN CONSIDER THIS HOSPITAL IF TIME IS IMPORTANT.

The WORST HOSPITAL SERVICE EVER. Very worst staffs. Very harsh and rude behaviour. I don’t have 0 stars or I would have selected that. That staff is pushing the attender of the patient also to go out of the gate and trying to lock the gate. We told she is the attender but he is asking to leave. Very worst Please don’t disturb the patient and attender. Kindly contact the person who have given the review. This shows unprofessional behaviour.

Overall good experience during my delivery.But mostly they will end up in c section.Doctors are really good and couldn't miss saying about nicu staff , they very well took care of my baby and were very kind and polite But as soon as delivery , I was send to their recovery ward, and staffs there was literally rude towards patients who really helpless and need care, even experience and trainee behaves the same. They behave differently in front of doctors nd iam sure management doesn't know about this .(only drawback) Big applause to their cleaning team. Delicious and healthy food from canteen. Simply the best 💙 This month I admitted my mom for ovarian cyst. Initially I thought it was a normal cyst , but unfortunately it is too big and we had to undergo many tests to identify it . I was referred to Rao Hospital for Uterine fibroids issues. Dr. Damodar, Dr. Nimisha and Dr. Yingngam took so much time to explain the issues and the surgical procedures, not only to me but also to my (extended) family and friends. The hospital is very nice.... Doctors are young and compassionate.. Dr. UTHRA is very good, caring and genuine.. Other hospital staff like nurses, receptionist are very supportive... If you are looking for a quick review, you may go with the stars but if you want to know what you are getting into, read on..it's long but real. I came to Rao hospital after having consulted, visited & not convinced with other top doctors/surgeons in the city for my Fibroids that sized the size of a watermelon. The minute I took an appointment to consult Dr. Damodar Rao, the kind of response I got from this hospital was phenomenal. Special shout out to Mili & the entire staff at the front desk. What makes them stand out from other hospitals is their effort to put their patients through minimal waiting time. Something I have been frustrated with, in many other hospitals. After an easy & quick appointment process, I got to meet Dr.Damodar & 10minutes into the discussion, I had decided in my head that this is the place & he is the one I want to get treated from. His way of explaining the issue & making sure the patient understands the problem as well as the suggested procedure was extremely comforting. Mine being an unusually complicated case, Dr.Damodar's clarity & expertise put me at ease right from the beginning. He is a very rare combination of being the coolest, calmest, kindest, smartest, empathetic & most skilled surgeon I have ever seen. I would not be surprised to see him become one of the best surgeons in the country & yet be the humble person he is:-) The quality of a leader is reflected in the standards they set & Dr. Damodar has definitely set them very high. It was wonderful knowing him! Dr.Sowmya had been the sweetest all along. From putting up with the overly reactive me to lending her ears to my occasional rants she had done it all. She is sure to go places with the kind of attitude & knowledge she holds. Dr. Iswarya (apologies if I misspelled) had been the one i'd clear all my silly doubts & have comfort talks with, everytime she visits. Apart from patiently answering to my questions, she would always wear her contagious smile making you already feel better. Who in the city would have not heard about Dr. Asha Rao, I too had heard a lot about her but it was only during my treatment at Rao did I get to see, interact & get inspired from the woman who had broken way too many stereotypes & had brought dreams to reality for so many people. She is gentle & at the same time has a compelling aura of confidence which is super impressive. Special thanks to Dr. Padmashri, Dr. SivaKumar, Dr. Ravichandran, Dr. Vamsi Priya, Dr. Surya, Dr. Parvathi for all the support. The physiotherapist & dietician did follow ups religiously. The care provided in the post operative unit was exceptional. Sister Suryakala was like that younger sister who would go out of her way to put me at ease. She is one of those who is immensely true to her work & she tirelessly took care of me without an inch of fret. I'm extremely grateful. Likewise for Sister Kalpana who would attend to my needs all through the night very kindly & patiently After being shifted to the ward the care provided by all the sisters- Sister Sathya, Sister Lalitha, Sister Radhika, Sister Radha Mani, Sister Matron & every one I'm missing out on, was outstanding Not to forget the housekeeping & caretaking team who would always be ready to help & are available on call. Theirs is the toughest & often times the most thankless job. A big shout out to them! Canteen food is average & the team is punctual & flexible. I'd request the hospital to provide wi-fi facilities to the in-patients since internet is more of a necessity than a luxury in today's times. Would be great if this is addressed Finally, a big thanks to each & everyone at Rao Hospital for making this difficult journey a little less difficult & for establishing that kindness is not a thing of the past & is never out of fashion. Keep doing what you do & keep growing.. P.S- I sure have missed to mention plethora of people & i sincerely apologize for the same. The entire team has been equally supportive & my gratitude to each & everyone!

Completely satisfied by the services rendered by Rao hospital... they very kind to me and understood my problems and handled them carefully. Happy to experience my first delivery in Rao hospital. Dr. Suganya was very friendly and supportive throughout the process. She helped me in clarifying all my doubts even tiny issues pre and post delivery. Front office staffs, receptionists, nursing staffs, and even house keeping staffs were very caring and made me feel very comfortable during my hospital stay. Special mention to Dr. Nimisha (loved her support and nature during labour), Dr. Khamrunissa, Dr. Krishnaswamy, Amsaveni (insurance), Prasad (HR), few nursing staffs who were very attentive and all front office associates. Cons: Even though the care was excellent the prices were on higher side. Higher side than the contemporaries.

I have admitted in Rao yesterday for cervicitis treatment. I received warm service in all departments and Dr.Preethi, very kind and very understanding person who treated me very well.Felt very safe under her. Staffs, nurse, hospital food all makes me so comfortable.

Very good Doctors and nice Management. First when I came here I was in very bad condition. No hope within me. The doctors and nurses gave me hope and now I am fully recovered physically and mentally. Very good service I thank God for showing this hospital for my treatment

One of the best hospitals and best decision I made for my first child ! Preethi mam is really good and she is a wonderful person , who made a normal delivery for my wife who had many complications..!
