Well the doctors certainly have knowledge, but the whole hospital is inclined towards minting money. There has been 2 incidents first with my 5 year old daughter where she had problem of cold and snoring. The doctor made it sound like something is wromg withy kid and there will be a surgery needed in few months. He also got head xray done for. Later on second opinion with a child specailist they told its common and she is totally fine now . These doctors would they those surgeries on thier kids ? Second is with my wife who has gastric issues etc, these guys scared her so much that she ended up with one blood test one ultrasound and medicine of 5000 from the hospital and guess what, there is no improvement. I visited another senior doctor and with in 10 min he told the problem prescribed medicine and it worked in 2 days. She is totally fine now. Purely money minting management.

On our vacation to coimbatore for 3 days to my friends house in saravanampatti just before starting to bangalore my son fell down from cycle and had fractured one fore had below left hand wrist and on the other hand wrist got dislocated and both hands were deformed and at this state we rushed to DMH near saravanam patti on 28th Jan 2024 morning and met Dr Sathyamoorthy MBBS DNB (ortho) in the emergency and he took my son into confidence and explained so clearly as we were from Bangalore was little confused but Dr took me into confidence and very professional approach and gave clarity to what next until what it can be to post what it is needed? And went for a minor surgery to keep a plate on the broken bone and k wire and setting on the other hand. The procedure was neatly safely executed and my son came out successfully. And we stayed for 4 days and the whole of hospital management staff nurse and cleanliness and process is upto the standards. Full satisfied and the approval to Dr Sathyamoorthy was very transparent and easy and Dr was very caring all days and gave a clear confidence to my son that he can play cricket in future taking proper physio and exercise and precautions the initial few months which helped both his morale and confidence high. Our family is grateful to Dr Sathyamoorthy to taken the situation under control.and bring the smile and confidence again to us. Past exp I have been through lot of hospitals big brands but still this incident gave a clear proof even in small hospitals and special doctors are available and need to get this at right time. Thanking God for having shown us the hospital and Dr to us right on the first day in the emergency. Even the billing and all support from insurance to pro were very supportive and taken all minute details and supported us for easy discharge and documentation to avoid any travel again from bangalore. Highly recommend Dr Sathyamoorthy for anything on this ortho surgery from my heart. Kudoos to you sir.

Very dangerous hospital. My wife Aney met the Physician madam, and told it is heart blockage. We requested to send her to KMCH ,but instead told me that it is not at all safe to shift. But the hospital doesn't have a full fledged Cardiology department. And after putting 3 stents by the visiting one hour cardiologist, immediately shifted for operation at KOVAI HOSPITAL. But by that time, KOVAI HOSPITAL CANNOT SAVE HER LIFE. MY WIFE PASSED AWAY. As per our requesting to KMCH, it could save the life of my beloved wife Aney. Very dangerous hospital without a Cardiac Surgern and full fledged Cardiology department. Aney's husband from KGISL PLATINA APARTMENTS. I will not advice others to loose their valuable life, after seeing the Physician madam. This is a multi-speciality hospital with an impeccable friendly and helpful staff who take their roles seriously. I got treated here and the fact that I don't speak local language as I am from Mumbai but I was still able to pull off a major heart surgery with ease itself indicates the quality services I received here. First of all I would like to thank Dr. Kumar (ENT surgeon). My wife got admitted in the hospital for a surgery and was taken care of very well. I would like to thank Mr. Sathish ( Insurance department) who helped us with cash less claims procedure. Overall a good experience with the staff and the team. One suggestion from my side is that interaction from Nurses and Staff should be better and should have more information prior when a clarification is required.

My experience with this hospital by Dec 2022. First, I was hesitant to have my kid admitted in this hospital. The feedback and impression about the hospital from my neighbors and other parents from my kids’ school was not good due to past experiences especially the COVID days. They questioned why you went to that hospital they are money minded and expensive, but as it is nearby to home, I had no other option went ahead and admitted my kid for high fever. Front office staff and nurses in the ward are quite helpful. In ER there were two nurses who administered needle for my kid, they patiently did their job. Consulted with pediatrician Dr.Sujatha, blood test and X-ray taken, she made us comfortable and explained things clearly. In the ward nurses are very polite they regularly monitored my kid and took care well especially the night duty nurse. Took single room, it was spacious, properly cleaned, comfortable for the attender as well. One thing noticed is on the bed sheet they provided even though it is washed able to notice some stains then and there. Informed the staff they immediately changed the sheet. Insurance claim went smooth, almost all the expenses got covered by my insurance. Had some concerns on the bill provided and the insurance claim covered, discussed with the agent he made those expenses also covered under insurance instead of co-pay. Looks like management are vigilant and their efforts are visible to establish better name for the hospital regardless of the bad reviews and experiences in the past. I felt like I can trust this hospital for now, that’s why we came back for my spouse who is undergoing consultation for a medical need. I will share more feedback on that experience on how the treatment went and response from hospital once it got resolved.

Worst service and Doctors also not upto mark and purely money minded hospital. Went hospital for basic treatment at about 9 o clock. First service boy saw the patient and advise for X ray. At 12 pM advised that Orgho doctor will come and check.. very junior doctors saw the patient which was highly dissatisfaction.

Very very worst experience in the hospital. My uncle was admitted to your hospital, emergency staff there is no proper response and also no care about the patient properly in the emergency ward . The hospital is only for purely money minded, but not to save the life, especially in the case of heart related problems worst service. Junior doctors saw the patient which was highly dissatisfaction. Myself advised to all patients don't go to the hospital as they are only seeing the patients for money minded. If any emergency situation you don’t go to the hospital because emergency staffs do not take proper care of the patient properly.

I went for vericose treatment for this hospital,, they are giving package.. but pressure problem so I can discharged by them.. bill amount 11 thousend .. one day nothing treatment.. only blood test xray.. waiting for surgen purpose admitted.. 12:30 am surgeon openion.. next day evening cardiac openion.. this totally management mistake . But I paid the bill.. Not worth for bill and treatment.. i suggest please try to avoid this hospital ..
