Best hospital for eye . But not user friendly I just asked 1 mask They said go to front office , wait in queue, pay 5 rs and get recipt, then go to Pharmacy and u can get mask . I did this and my token no gone and waited for another half an hour for consult doctor. Every thing there was ok But make it user friendly.

I'm using their service for almost 10 years now. But the quality of the service has become worst these days. I'm trying to contact staffs for ordering my contact lens from past 2 weeks. Everytime I call they just get my mobile number. But, haven't heard back from them still. Very frustrated and thinking to change hospital.

I walked in for a enquiry for cataract at RS Puram Cbe. Smt Indu gave all details and arranged a consultation in no time. I was advised cataract, appointment fixed in less than 2 hours after all tests. A neat hospital, polite helping staff are additional feathers. During Surgical Procedure Dr Prabu V allayed all apprehensions and a motivation person. I Hardly spent 2 1/2 hours per eye at hospital. ( Admit to discharge) Thanks Dr Prabu, u have given me a wonderful vision which I didn't foresee. Posting this immediately a day after my surgeries.

As per my experience, Dr Prabhu Shankar is good apparantely however the admin staff are unfriendly when any assistance is required and documentation procedures for insurance are handled in a very very pathetic manner.

I got cataract operation for both eyes at 65. Excellant vision after surgery. Actual surgery took less than 3 minutes. No pain. Very good service. Total Cost 75000 for me covered by insurance. Now I see the entire world in 8k. Courteous service by all staff and doctors

I never thought of giving even a star for the people working there and beacuse of those persons there is a bad name for Hospital as well. I had a nightmare going for Cataract surgery for my father, from the insurance person [Gokul] to medical advisory person [Kanmani] are zero knowledge persons assigned to the job [This is my personal opinion] keep on changing and not explaning clearly in the case, if there is a elderly or uneducated person approaching for the treatment. As i faced several issues right from insurance claim and approval. One thing i understand, there is no clear procedure to follow before surgery. They made us come twice and at last we came back with out the surgery. Since they keep on changing the procedure and informing us at the last minute about the charges. Not know this review may affect or not but this is the fact which i faced recently. Think twice before you step in.

They are making to wait patient so long that is very bad.patients are get irritating due to some health issues.make them to keep up the time.Time is very precious.

Sankara eye hospital R.S.Puram. Very co operative people. Ms. Indumathi is very good in explaining the process. Catrat eye surgery was done in this hospital. Very simple process and very smooth flow from admission to discharge. The doctors are very good. Strongly recommend this hospital for all eye related issues.

The hospital is in prime location. Staff nurse and treatment are good. But there is no space for parking in the same building. Car parking is really difficult. Management should work on this

Good eye clinic here at Coimbatore. All staffs right from registration till Doctor consultation are quick. All eye examination, consultation including eye dilation are super good. All my family members visit here once in a year for a regular eye check up. Also the fees they are charging is reasonable. Hats off entire team.

Good experience for problems coming for aged people. They will take necessary steps to get resolved with ease treatment of oldage.

Previously I had good experiences, but this time I am not happy with their services for my child . Not explained properly about dilation time, it took around two hours. In display board they mentioned duration time only 20 minutes.After dilation procedures also not explained, nearly 35 minutes waited for doctor consultation.
