all
I
really
do
not
know
why
people
are
giving
negative
reviews
about
Dr.Usha
Madam.
I
know
her
since
2015.
My
second
delivery
took
place
in
a
well
renowned
hospital
in
Coimbatore
and
even
on
the
day
of
discharge
I
had
severe
pain
in
the
sutures
of
C-Sec.
The
doctor
forcefully
gave
me
discharge
and
I
went
home.
From
that
day
onwards
I
had
severe
complications
and
used
to
go
to
same
hospital
carrying
8
days
old
baby
too.
But
nothing
happened..No
proper
response..And
after
5
months
of
my
delivery
they
told
me
that
I
need
to
undergo
another
surgery.
During
that
5
months
I
would
have
visited
4
to
5
gynaecologists
in
Coimbatore
and
everyone
would
give
me
a
set
of
different
antibiotics
and
advised
me
to
go
to
the
same
doctor
who
did
the
delivery.
Horrorful
days
were
those
for
me.
One
of
our
friend
suggested
me
to
go
to
Global
Hospital.
There
I
met
Usha
Madam
and
her
words
were
really
so
soothing,
as
I
was
very
much
afraid
about
another
surgery
then
(which
was
insisted
by
my
gynaecologist).
Usha
Madam
very
patiently
listened
to
my
issue
and
did
the
minimally
required
tests
and
gave
me
correct
antibiotic
and
along
with
Dr.Dharmendra
a
small
procedure
was
done
without
any
pain
and
within
15
minutes
my
issue
was
sorted
out.
Hardly
it
costed
less
than
Rs.
2500.
I
would
never
agree
that
they
are
money
minded.
And
it's
only
because
of
her
treatment,
I
did
not
undergo
a
major
surgery.
Even
now
I
stay
in
a
different
place
beyond
1000
kms..
Whenever
I
approach
her
for
any
of
my
health
issues,
she
is
very
polite
and
helps
me.
I
have
even
told
her
to
provide
the
bank
details
so
that
I
could
pay
for
this
telephone
consultations,
she
refuses
always.
Not
only
in
medical
field,
in
every
area
there
may
be
mistakes,
as
to
err
is
human.
Infact
my
first
delivery
at
Madurai
was
a
willfull
C-Sec
by
the
Dr
(again
a
very
very
famous
hospital)
and
the
Dr
threatened
my
mother
saying
that
if
the
C-Sec
is
not
done
then,
it's
risky
for
baby
and
being
a
sunday
she
was
free
then
to
do
the
surgery,
if
we
don't
accept
we
had
to
wait
till
Monday
morning.
Such
a
horrible
person
she
was.
All
the
more
they
wrote
that
I
have
epilepsy
in
my
discharge
summary,
about
which
we
were
unaware.
For
one
of
my
insurance
related
issue,
I
had
to
submit
my
discharge
summary
and
there
they
asked
me
to
undergo
a
medical
check
up
citing
epilepsy
as
a
reason.
After
4
years
we
came
to
know
about
this
error
by
that
hospital.
I
had
to
struggle
in
contacting
that
hospital
over
mail
and
they
took
around
a
month
to
give
me
a
letter
stating
that
it
was
a
typo
error.
Even
now
I
would
say
that
it's
because
of
the
first
C-Sec
only,
I
had
to
undergo
a
second
C-Sec.
But
Dr.Usha
Karthik
is
a
down
to
earth
person
with
her
warm
smile..
I
always
have
my
gratitude
for
her.
