Just step in for a good supportive consultation, with less medicine use and responsive actions to the baby's cues. Hats off to the doctor for his kindness and approach towards the kids while consulting. The in-person and video consultations were extremely comfortable, and the time he gave us to clarify the queries was the most satisfying.

Coimbatore childrens hospital. In my experience dr. Karthik annamalai is good doctor. He is prescribing only the essential medicine. Always suggesting homely remedies. Avoiding maximum antibiotic. For babys this good sign of a good doctor.

I'm very disappointed your review consulting policy, I had visited 25th Feb 2022, the doctor has advised to take blood test and come with report, we given the blood test and got report on 04.03.22 at the time doctor is not available till Monday said by receptionist. Today we went to hospital with reports receptionist said doctor will come by 7PM onwards and you have to pay full consultation fee, why you asking full payment and even 15 days yet to completed, we consulting for my son from infant past 6years, just we came for showing report only, it's spoiling your greatest service. I'm also worked in hospital field and I know about the hospital fees and review policy, I'm totally disappointed.

This is such a good hospital, i have a 1 yr old baby and i m visiting continuously to this place, for every vaccine and general check up, its strange to read negative comments for this hospital, 1. Dr is really friendly and calm, he is very open to all questions and doubts the best part he never advertises or recommends any specific products in the market 2. The hospital setup is clean and neat, and almost all the drugs are available there itself , easy to pay also there is no confusions 3. Token system is the only option there are no appointments , and i feel thats the right thing because its 1st come 1st serve basis 4. Waiting room is spacious however the only suggestion i could give with varying infections an contact illness we bring children even simply for check up being amidst of sick children is a little scary ...so any alternative could be made for the same Its easy to say worst things and comments. Below in a comment they had mentioned no temperature they r taking , they are checking with a non contact infrared thermometer pls understand and know things before u comment

They have the world's worst token system. Doctor comes at 6:30PM. They start the token at 5PM. They want to check the vitals of the child before giving token. So you have to wait for 1hour 30 mins for the Doctors arrival time. As you wait, many sick children come and wait in the same waiting hall. If your child doesn't have any infection, this place welcomes you to take one. If the parents go before and ask for token and wait, they don't provide token unless they see the baby. What are we going to do with their tokens, I m not sure.

A child care centre with a dentist and paediatrician- who’s is an Instagram celebrity. We got to know about the hospital via Instagram. Good diagnosis and dedicated vaccine days are their USP. The doctor’s methodology is to encounter the root cause of the problem and eradicate the same. Try the hospital as early 9am to initial token numbers and avoid wait time. They have an in-house pharmacy. The television in the waiting area playing cartoon can be avoided. They have decent parking space for two wheelers.

A very good paediatrician and a great human being. Our daughter was born in Bangalore and moved to in-laws place in Coimbatore. So we started consulting Dr. Karthick, experience was outstanding till date. He takes time and patiently explains all the queries. He doesn't prescribe un-necessary medicines and he suggests natural remedies. Vaccination facility is also available at the clinic. We are very happy with doctor Karthick. I would definitely recommend him. Consultation is based on first come first serve basis. You will have to bring the baby and take the token. Wait time will be there based on the crowd. Ample parking space is there for cars and bikes.

Such a bad experience with the front desk nurses. How come these girls with such unethical behavior can be appointed and allowed to deal with the public. We had such a horrible experience with the nurse who is issuing token in the front desk.All the parents noticed the way she behaved and shouted. Really wondering who gave her the authority to shout and to behave as if it is her hospital. I humbly request the Doctor to have a note on this or else such nurses will definitely spoil the reputation of the clinic.

I visited first time to this hospital and I had very worst experience ever had. Waiting time is almost 2 hours and the token they will issue before 2 hours the doctor comes and we need to take our baby to take the token which is very worst. The doctor is not friendly and he is very hurry in sending us out without proper diagnosis. My baby had high fever the doctor never checked the temperature, he just gave the prescription. As soon as we entered our house with in 5 mins my baby got Fitz. We took him again to hospital and ask them to check it. But they were very cool and not properly responding to us. I would recommend don't take your kid if anything needs to be check immediately and also the hospital has to improve their service in a good manner. Change the token system. The just check the height and weight for the babies, checking temperature is not important?? We may ask us revisit hospital again after 2,3 days within 2,3 days height and weight will be changed? It may up and down of 100 to 200 GM's weight but definitely height won't be increased. I strongly recommend to change the token system and have a friendly behaviour.

The doctor - Karthik is very rude. Not patience to listen to our queries. He was rushing for other works. Totally waste of paying RS. 450 consultation fee. Can learn how to treat his patients from DR.Senthil from RS hospital.

Very kind and friendly paediatrician. Most recommended. But, the lady in the reception is rude which I addressed to the doc. And he kindly apologized for it and promised to keep a check on this. Five stars for the doc. No unnecessary medications, he prescribes only what's needed.

I’ve been visiting this hospital for 1 year and yesterday my son had fever and cold and was not well so we called the clinic at 7.45pm and again at 8.10pm and told we will come around 8.30pm . They told they will issue token only till 8.30pm, they informed of coming after 8.30pm can check with the doctor and issue token. We reached the reception at 8.32pm and the nurses told its past 8.30 and they cannot issue the token and when asked to check with doctor after 10mins waiting they told they have checked with doctor and he has appointment till 9.30 pm and 5 video calls till 10pm so we cannot give treatment and asked us to go to Ramakrishna if necessary Don’t we know to go there ! why are we coming here ? It’s really not a professional way of treating, they could have told us 30mins back that we cannot consult pls look another doctor instead we wasted 1hr going there I will not recommend Anyone going there on emergencies . Here after I will not go there even for regular checkup because of this. Reply to your comment: Who told we came at 9pm ? Check your cctv footage we are there exactly at 8.32 and if you are not giving token after 8.30 then why committing that can check with the doctor and give appointment Don’t give false statements that we came At 9pm we know at wat time we came

Five star for the doctor !! He is very humble and polite, doesn’t dump us with medicines. Listens to our problem and suggests remedies. He gives medicine also less only. I consulted him for my sons fever, I was happy that he is one of the doctor who approves baby led weaning. I told him that the baby refuses to eat and he said follow the baby cues and don’t force feed. Less star for the front desk, they were rude and not responding. The doctor was late to the clinic that day after attending some emergency. The front desk people were playing on some loud music on the tv, there were so many Ill babies at the clinic. It was disturbing for all.

Front desk nurse treating very worst.They are not ready to check the body temperature if we say them to check also. They are not fit to be nurse at all ,that too for children very worst.They are sitting in front and playing with neighbours and using mobile and Bluetooth headset.

Very bad experience. This doctor is a negative person I took my child with cough he told my child has severe wheezing and given asthma attack medicine but checked with other doctor it is not true. I heard from another friend same thing he said to his child also. Don’t ever consult this doctor.

Doctor is very good n knowledgeable, he explains everything politely n slowly. Very much satisfied . I would recommend this doctor . U can book online appointments if u need to reduce the waiting time. Reception staffs are also good n concerned about my child’s health.

Worst experience ever ... came here with my 10 month old baby and she's severely suffering from improper breathing . We reached here at 12:30 AM and we waited till 3:30Pm but he had other commitments so he went leaving all other patients abandoned .... no response and no caring about the patients ... nothing

Please Don visit this clinic, very worst and very rude. They can’t able to answer or attend the emergency call on required. Very arrogant and please avoid this clinic and choose another best in Coimbatore. Doctor nurses and everyone in this are thinking they came from heaven by treating and the questioning.

We had a very worst experience with Dr .Karthick annamalai.. we went to the hospital for my daughter checkup he suggested some medicine for cough and cold, we gave that medicine to my daughter after 1 to 2 hours she faced itchiness and rashess in her whole body. 1. Gave medicine which causes immediate Side effects like rashess. 2. Doctor was very rude behaviour and shows bad face for baby crying. This is reply for your response.. We called to your hospital to tell about our daughter itchiness and rashes, the receptionist asked to contact doctor number. We called to doctor number no response till now and as per receptionist request we shared photos and details in WhatsApp for that also no response till now. But you replying only to Google review ,this shows us clearly you need fame from the people. One more thing you not even seen my itchiness photo which we send to your number then how come you say that causes only because of her illness. Before we reach to your hospital past two days she caught cold and fever during that time she didn't faced any kind of issues but after taken your given medicine within next 2 hours she faced the rashes and please check you WhatsApp and speak to us..

There was no drinking water facility for patients and attenders. Cant park more than 4 cars for a busy area like this. Next patient and family will be inside the doctors cabin along with you during your consultation.

I went for an emergency to the clinic for consulting am a new patient here am soo happy the Receptionist 😊and Staff nurse took immediate action for our baby n before consulting the doctor my baby high fever got supsided n she became well much thank full for the Staffs n Doctor 🙏🙏😊😊😊😊😊 Wholeheartedly

This was a good hospital couple of years back. Now the staffs don't respond properly. No duty doctors in the absence of the doctor during morning shift. No online appointment also. People travelling from far are facing issues due to no appointment system.

Very worst experience . Booked appointment through procto and went on time . Waited from 6.45 pm to 8.30 pm . Doctor was treating patients till 7.45 pm post he got a call . He was attending and not even respond to see patients . My son was just 9 month's old . He was suffering from cough . And he started crying for food . Very worst doctor and process . Please dont visit this doctor . He not even worried about patients . Waste of time and money . Finally I out of hospital without any treatment .

Dr Karthick is very friendly and patient and answers to all the queries very aptly.

The response by the reception is very bad. . Doctor is really appreciable. He is very kind enough to treat the children with proper medication. We both are working and we had to avail permission & bring our children for an emergency. But we were made to wait for two hours. It was not fair when others who came late could see the doctor, Humblerequest from our side kindly understand the situation andconsider not we?

My 3 year old son Jagan has been suffering from allergic bronchitis for a long time. We tried a lot of places, but his symptoms took very long to get better, during each episode. Now after seeing Karthick sir, he is feeling way better. His symptoms tend to fade out quick and he gets back to normal soon. Dr Karthick sir explains each and every medicine he is giving my son, as to why he is giving and how the medicine will act. I'm forever grateful for his treatment and guidance. Also, I see a lot of negative comments about the front desk. I don't know y they have such an opinion. I'm going there regularly and the front desk sisters talk to me so well.
