The clinic is very neat and clean. But be careful on steps as they are short. You can use lift. The staff at reception is very courteous and nice. It was opened 3 months back and understand that the service is presently extended to companies and the staff as a package. People can visit this and avail services. I had been there for company medical check up and I found the following things must be improved 1. Always the reception phone with be kept as engaged ( see the attached image) no on will answer. 2. For x ray and eye check up we need to go to different hospital and we have pay and collect the reports from respective hospital and hand over to this clinic to get our final report. I traveled around 18 km to complete my tests and get final report. 3. As per my concern is, Apollo management shall look into this and do the corrective action for best satisfaction.

Very worse services I ever seen, they're work process is lots of problems. No responsible answers from the staffs. I have all the proofs what they done. Please be aware.

My experience is positive and negative. The Health Checkup options are available with moderate pricing compared to other options. But it is a clinic where you can get XRay, Gyno, USG -Scan, ECG, Echo / TMT test are done. It is one stop place for all pathology tests and scans. I had to spend lot of time for the doc's consultation which is the negative part of it. You may be prepared to spend 4-5 hours to complete the checkup. It will require some planning ahead. Otherwise, it is all good.

I had been here for Annual Corporate health checkup and had a smooth experience. The nurses are really calm and composed.

Today they published vaccine availibility in cowin potal. After booking when my old aged parents went there they said no vaccine available. If vaccine is not available why the hell you publish it first.. Do you guys think people dont have any other work travelling so far to your clinic just to get such pathetic response.. We believed in the brand "Apollo" and got disappointed .

The service is sooo good.Nurses are soo friendly and they take care of us very well.They start by saying “Namasthe“ to us with hands together that is palm to palmI.I went there for a normal check Up that was free for me from Amazon.Since i was working there.I would prefer to go to this clinic from now when ever it is needed.Ambience is also too good.They just take care of everything.I forgot to take the print out of my voucher and ID proof and they asked me to send to their mail.And they took a print out for me in the clinic itself since i forgot.Damn that just made me happy.The infrastructure is so good.Its sooo good to be there.The way they take care is sooo damn good.I had a very good experience out there in the clinic.

Had a great experience with Apollo Clinic today. I had my Annual Health Check-up done today through my Company reference and I should say best in class experience... Great work the entire team. Special thanks to my company tie up insurance partner Qube Health, without whom this check-up wouldn't have happened so smooth. From the fasting blood sugar and till the end of Doctor consultation, everything went on well. I am not sure about other Apollo clinic in Tamil Nadu, but this clinic in Ganapathypudur, Coimbatore is best for medical health check-ups. I recommend to others if they are looking for the executive health check-ups or Master health checks for their family members. I guarantee you will never regret !!! Cheers entire clinic members. An excellent staff with supportive care to elderly patients. My mother in-law 84 years old was vaccinated in the car itself. Mrs Shirley and her team are very accomadative with total professional approach. Appollo Clinic is well run with clock precision. I hope if it could be possible to have access for wheel chair. Still the team of Appollo Clinic is an example of excellence. Today ie 16 April 2022 again visited for booster dose of the same person. The staff is as usual helpful . The reception staff Mr Jijo is very efficient . Ms Shirley the manager who is totally customer service oriented is an asset to the organisation. Thanks 🙏🙏

Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Doctor were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how staffs really took his time to explain my conditions. I had a great visit the clinic and the doctor and the staffs demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic.

I visited this clinic today and I was handed over a feedback form at the end, in which I wrote good about all the staff being friendly and helpful but I also wrote about the way the ECG screening was done, it looked to me like it was done for a name sake, because they did not apply the gel which for me is considered must, why? Google results show that the gel provides excellent conductive properties specially formulated to provide clear and consistence ultrasound transmission throughout a broad range of frequencies. It is an ideal choice for all medical ultrasound procedures where gel is required. But the screening technician told it's applied only for those who have lot of hairs in their chest, all I could think of is that they hate to clean the ECG suction knobs, also the screening was done only for few seconds, god only knows what info the equipment might have picked up in those seconds. Anyhow this is a friendly place with substandard screening which is no where close to Apollo's standards, Thanks.

We recently went to Apollo Clinic, Ganapathy, Coimbatore to do full checkup for my kid. He was very uneasy and showed tantrum. however they were very supportive and helped us. The place were very near and clean. I would definitely recommend it.

I went for a periodical employment medical check in apollo clinic, ganapathy. The clinic was clean and all the test equipments were there. The nurses inform about the tests and keep up the timings to complete the test. The waiting time was also less. Thanks apollo clinic for completing my periodical medical check up.

If you need timely services this place may disappoint you. Doctors / consultants have long wait times and don't make it to scheduled appointments on time. Otherwise, friendly support staff, and decent facility.

Extremely bad experience with vaccination process. When called to enquire about vaccine, the response is always 'shall call back in 5 min' and that 5 min never comes. I would have made at least 20 calls. A black mark on the brand name of Apollo.

Master health checkup I went for health check and opted Rs 6600 package which is top package in their health checkup I took this package since it has PSA and five different doctor consultations. While booking the appointment I clearly asked if they have all consultation available including dental and they confirmed it. I went early by 7.20 so all sample collection including before nd after fasting went quick. I waited some time till 10 am and cardio doctor came and took echo and he asked only two questions about my history I.e diabetic and BP and asked nurse to proceed with TMT. I thought consultation will happen after TMT to my surprise nurse informed cardio consultation is already completed. I have previos master health check in apollo chennai where I have been completely examined by 2 different doctors and I also had dental and eye proper consultation with respective doctor but here in apollo cbe none were performed it's just 30-40 % when compared to apollo chennai's quality. Here eye and audio done by nurse and it's a name sake basic test and dental was never done. I would recommend people to go for a multispeciality hospital and do master health check so u have all doctors consulted. Edit - I went with review and realised it's just because most of corporate employees get discount or free from their companies and they got impressed because of freebies.

I would recommended this clinic for health check up. It’s very easy and got competed everything in a short span of time .

Worst place.....no one goes there despite being Apolo. The reason being even for a ordinary fever they want blood test done. Then they don't have any injections or medicines which you have to buy from nearby hospital. All in all for a normal grade fever you have pay about rs. 1500 whereas you get a much much higher qualified doctor near by at Rs.350 for similar normal grade fever. Please don't go to this place.

They do all test ontime. But , no doctor consultation happen on that day . They will tell you doctor will call and so on.. better collect report from them and check with your family doctor.

When I asked them why it was not conveyed to me during booking my appointments she made me wait to say he will come in 5 mins despite my breathing condition and severe without even courtesy. Waiting time is high. Doctors are available only after 10.30 in the morning. After samples are given early in the morning and again we have to wait till 4 in the evening to meet doctors.
