It's totally waste of time and Money. I am from 2022 bio sell treatment batch. I went Coimbatore branch for treatment. I have paid 50k as advance and 4k each month upto 6 month for Medicine (Tablets,shampoo,comb..etc). But the problem is there is no result from this treatment. Thay speak nicely that doesn't mean their treatment will be good. Don't waste your time. Their guarantee will be expired once you pay the bill. They constantly concentrate on selling thier products. They fool us by Advertisement. Please reach the experienced people near by you who get the good treatment and get advise.

Absolute failure. They take so much money in advance and promise such great results and push us to make the payment asap and start treatment immediately. But the treatment is useless. The behaviour of the doctors and staff is very bad once the payment is received. The atmosphere is also very unhygienic and unclean. For the money we spend we expect much better facilities. They forced us to buy a device called ihelmet which is absolutely useless too. Worst is that they force us to give ratings in their first session in their presence, hence the high rating on google. Please don’t waste your money and time and don’t get fooled by these ratings. Avoid this place like the plague.

I have done hair transformation over there the surgeon who done the treatment was very well but the consultant who took appointment from me she is worst ever. Before paying money they called me continually but once u paid ur in valued guy in that vcare don't go over here try some other best treatment in other clinic.

This review is from my personal experience. Please don’t go to this clinic for any treatment. I have dandruff and hair loss issue after a dengue fever. I went for consultation and they have just convinced me to start treatment at any cost with a budget and as the treatment goes on, they will end up by emptying our pocket. The cost they told for biocell therapy was 65k in the beginning for 6 sitting and they looted 91k at the end. But to be frank, there was no change in my hair loss and dandruff even after the 6 sitting treatment. Then they told that, there will be hair regrowth after few months, but nothing happened. I stopped my treatment on May and waited until now by using their products. There is a doctor named Rajalakshmi. I have never seen such a money minded lady in my life. She compelled me to buy few rollers(2k) and follicle stimulating comb(12k). But the same products are available in amazon for 400rs and 1500 rs. If we ask about the same to her, she will shout at us well.

I went for a consultation for hair loss and dandruff problem for which the consultation fee was 300, Trico Scan fee was 550 BUT the doctor told him to take an addition scan Hair Mineral Analysis which cost 2100 which was a totally irrelevant for the consultation which we went for. After the Tricho Scan result the doctor explained and gave 2 options and wanted to choose which one is preferred. Why was the HMA scan was taken if they can find what type of treatment is suitable in the Trico Scan. I can understand if i continue the treatment with them then there is a probability to take the HMA scan and proceed further. It was my first time and gave a negative impact on V care..!! I completely agree this review and same as mine..!! Thats not original vcare its a franchise..!! Prabhas v care..!! Dont waste your money here

Every visit you will be asked to buy something or pay more and end up paying 3 or even 4 times the original estimate you. Forget about emi option they provide it will keep on increasing as the treatment goes cause you need to buy more and more stuff as you go. Unless you continue to pay for extra services or medicines they offer they will even say some reason to push the session. Ive had to travel 2 hours and sit there an hour once to get sent back saying so and so reasons. On first session itself after paying for the treatment they asked me to buy a roller which they used only once or twice during the course said it doesn’t work well for my scalp condition . So the point here is they don’t care whether something will be needed for you or suits for you they just needs to sell the product . 15k for treatment 15k for medicine first time Then 2k-5k on every visit which sometimes I bought and other times denied to buy. The last time I visited to finish my siting they denied service saying a new rule come in place that the service needs to be taken within an year. Where as my 10 maintenance sitting is also now void. When enrolling they mentioned I can take the maintain sitting when ever I can.

I have taken treatment in Vcare 2012 years before. Based on the same I wanted took hair loss treatment in Vcare but the way the treat the customer very poor.. Each and every one is money minded.. They won't give response promptly and they will lie everytime.. Ms.sudha, Mr. Zahir and Mr. Gokul branch manager all are responded very poor. If customer requesting for discount they can time and give convincing reply instead they reply rude way.. Poor customer service.

One of the worst service is given here. After getting amount from customer there is no proper response for them. For every treatment sessions we have to wait upto 2hrs. There is no formal appointment procedures nothing. Simply they book appointment ask us to come and keep us wait for hours. One of the worst I have ever seen in any service oriented field.

Please be careful while taking treatment. I had a worst experience. I lost my money 60,000 without even taken treatment. I went to Rs puram v care clinic on 2021 2 months before COVID. There is a doctor name Angel. She forced me to take biocell treatment. And they swiped my card and initiated the treatment. In the first sitting I got giddiness and asked the staff to stop the treatment. I told them I had eye surgery one week before but the doctor asked to take first sitting immediately. I had an health issue and stopped the treatment. The very next day I visited their clinic to cancel the treatment as my eye doctor said not to continue. Since then they swiped all my money for 12 installments. We raised so many complaints but they never refunded my money. The manager santhosh of coimbatore rs puram branch gave false promises and after few days started ignoring me. Really frustrated. It's my hard earned money which was taken by the reputed great V care. They should answer me it's more of like cheating. Please people don't fall for such things and fancy advertisements.

They prescribed me a treatment that hasn’t been properly tested for efficacy and claimed it works for most people. They pressured me to take the treatment plan immediately by saying that the discount was only available then. They kept asking me to buy products worth thousands of rupees saying if you don't the treatment won't work. You can't verify the medication cost because the use all own brand medication. Don't waste your money also don't be fooled by positive reviews. Most of them are fake. Very big cheaters had ever seen

Not recommended to anyone who is looking for hairloss treatment. Went to VCare located in Coimbatore Sungam branch. First they will charge 850 mentioning consultation + hair test. Then the so called doctor inside prescribes another test worth 4200 with an instant 50% discount and pay 2100. Where they will test your hair and provide analysis which you already know in general. I actually gone through PRP treatment an year before and started to see sudden hairloss in one month and asked for the reason for sudden hair loss like any deficiencies. She had no answer for my questions instead she blamed the PRP was noteffective and vCare provides best PRP. She was very much concerned about the treatment which I was not convinced as they provide stem cells taken from plants and infra red treatment with vCare conditioners,shampoo which I cant find trustworthy. She literally wanted me to pay 62k. The moment I refused to pay her attitude was totally different. She refused to talk further. WORST ATTITUDE LITERALLY. These people are not doctors, they've been trained with small time courses. She never answered my questions. WASTE OF MONEY. Be careful.

Visited Vcare for dandruff issue. They suggested for 6 sittings to get it cleared. It’s my fourth sitting as of now and i can see the difference in dandruff after 4 sittings. Therapist who is attending me is kind and working good. Hoping for complete cure of dandruff issue after 6 sittings.

I was currently undergoing biocell treatment. Comparatively before now I could see less hair fall. Products were chemical free so, it was good to use. Consultation was satisfying. Expect for good result with the remaining treatment. But cost seems not budget friendly was the only drawback.

Waste of Time and Money!! The review below is based only on my experience. I am sharing my disappointment and feedback of my experience at Praba's VCare, Coimbatore. Purpose and Reason for visiting VCare: I visited the VCare for Dandruff and itching scalp issue after trying all the home remedies. I was really in irritated mindset because of this itching and heavy dandruff so decided to believe VCare and fully committed to it. Money is secondary at that moment and need to get rid of these irritations. Consultation: Paid 850 INR once reached for consultation and a Test as they mentioned during an appointment call. Met a doctor and explained my main issue which is very heavy dandruff and itching scalp. Doctor did a look at my scalp and TrichoScan results and explained about hair fall and dandruff reasons in detail. Finally, they suggested Biocell and one another treatment which will help to get rid of dandruff and also stop hairfall. Manager explained all the procedures and package details. Biocell Treatment Package: Manager finalized the package cost as 56,000 INR for 6 visits with interval of 15 days once and 5 maintenance visits after treatment is completed. And this 56k should be paid before the first sitting starts (either emi or full cash) and this won’t be cancelled or returned at any reason. THIS WAS REALLY A MONEY MOTIVE and not a service motive. Apart from this 56k we need to pay for supplements extra. which came around 40000 INR approx. Also did one another test called HMA which costs 2100 INR. So totally I spent around 1Lakh rupee (1,00,000 INR). I stopped after the treatment is over because my issue was not at all solved. They will ask to continue even after that for 3 months so it may cost extra. Treatment: It seems every person who opts for a biocell treatment will have the same procedures irrespective of the scalp conditions and dandruff/hairfall conditions. So I don’t think they treat as per the conditions. Once the treatment is decided and accepted it follows the same procedure. 6 visits same routine tasks. You need to take supplements, hair oil, hair spray as per their advice. Result of treatment for me: I did everything without fail whichever they adviced. I avoided travel, helmet, using different waters and spend more energy and time for this. Dandruff was little bit controlled in first 3 visits and it was same for other 3 visits. Also they were focusing only on dandruff now and not hairfall because hair growth wont be there if there is dandruff. At one point I saw there is no dandruff for few days. Then I was sick for 7 days so I didn’t take any supplements and also I was at kerala so obviously water is different. As a result of this no supplements and followed other procedure for 7 days – DANDRUFF IS BACK with heavy itching and again its same as before. It was not controlling even I follow the same thing continuously after that. Disappointed by the response: By this time my 6 sitting was over and remaining are only the maintenance. I explained all these and asked the management to consider some specific treatment for dandruff instead of just maintenance. I thought they will consider this since dandruff is not reduced even after spending 100000 rupee and 3 months of time. Because I thought they will be focusing on customer satisfaction + solve the problem along with money. But their motive is only money because they haven’t offered me any additional treatments for dandruff nor extended the treatment during maintenance instead, they asked to continue supplements and scrubbing the scalp for 20mins (which I can do at my home very well). My observation and feedback: VCare has a standard procedure according to the issues. It may help few but wont be a solution for all. They wont consider the customers value whether the problem is cured or not. Because we are paying the full treatment cost at the very first day. The supplements are very very very costly. They will ask to continue if the problem is not fully cured but everyone can’t afford to it.
