When I went, she kept pushing me to her daughter Jayashree. I made it very clear that I wanted Suma Natrajan only. And she agreed and told me to come back the next day. Guess what? They sent me to her daughter. Who is by far the worst “doctor” I have ever met. She is judgemental and downright arrogant. She didn’t even open our files, didn’t even look at our tests, gave us a lecture for one hour about how we should have 6 meals and how we shud eat and exercise and how olden times people were healthy because they didnt have cellphones or laptops. If I have to follow what she told me to, I would have to be a stay at home wife and cook and coach all at once and do nothing else but this. But hey! Not everyone is born with parents who are both doctors and have built you a clinic right out of school. Not everyone can afford a full time cook, and some of us might actually have to work for a living. But do they care? No. Just lecture for a whole damn hour about healthy living and how it has to be a lifestyle change. Had she given this lecture after checking my files and actually finding something wrong with me. Or EVEN ASKING ME QUESTIONS. Instead she just assumed and kept rattling off life advice that I never signed for.

To be honest, really had a worst experience. We just wanted a doc who is best in town for my sister’s first delivery and it was really on reviews that she is no.1 that we ended up with her. She was very rude from the first meeting and even though my sister was not comfortable with her, we wanted to continue just because we heard that she was no.1 and expected a normal delivery. What happened was completely opposite. And we were helpless as we had no time to even had a second opinion. The actual due was on 1 july and when she went for her last month check up, we were told that the water level is very low and we might go to c section if this continues. And soon that evening itself she told it is risky for the baby to be in low water level and were forced to go for a c section 13 days prior to due date. Since we had no other options, we had to go for it. She was very healthy and was having normal water levels until the last check up. What if she went for a check up 2 days later? Can be the water level so low that the c section has to be done the same evening itself? Approach is also rude, and we cant expect any replies from them except, “ we have done what is safe for the baby”. Anyways, the staffs were baby friendly and will take care of lactation and other things greatly.

Really worst doctor ever met. From my personal experience for my wife in 2020, she was continue her check ups from 32 weeks( till that she consulted in dubai) with this doctor in ganga hospital because of my wife's parents suggestion but even I was not interested with this doctor from reviews. Till 38 weeks my wife was fine and no issues to baby and her, once she got pain in morning daytime went to doctor and she confirmed it is labour pain and baby head is reach down perfectly and ask to put pain injection for conducting covid tast outside their lab which is little far and after noon admitted her. Again at mid night 2.30 she got labour pain ,at that time sister put pain injection again and said doctor will morning 9.00am only. Then around 12.00pm doctor called me and told uterus is broken and leaked , cervix opening is small and baby may eat waste then it will be risk let's wait one hour, then for pain relief they put another injection by getting my signature. Every one hour she told same thing at last evening 4.00 she said baby is at risk will do c section, we are helpless without any word and our baby is discharged after 5 days by keeping in NICU. So from my own experience, I never recommend this doctor. By giving 3 times pain relief injection unnecessarily ,they were saying needed LSCS. When we asking something, she is rude like ,we are saving baby's life. So having everything normal she made a normal delivery on to ciserian 👏

The basic thing expected from a doctor is understanding and kindness. This doctor lacks it to the core. She is rude, arrogant and very haughty. She, along with her entire team, right from the reception to the assistant doctors and lab assistants display this sort of arrogant behaviour. She does not listen and only yawns and commands. Visited her for just a consultation and felt bad for the people who are coming to her for their deliveries. There are so many better doctors than her in town.

Our lives changed completely on the 10th of may 2022. All thanks to the most experienced and competent team of doctors at ganga hospital , headed by the able Dr. Suma Natarajan ma'am. This is probably the only hospital where the doctors on 24*7 shifts are all immensely experienced, even at middle of night, the doctor attending will be someone extremely experienced. This is unlike many other big hospitals. I came to ma'am at 8 weeks Pregnancy, with a bad obstetric history, with my heart completely shattered by two previous losses at 24 weeks and 20 weeks ... I was scared to even hope or even think about holding a baby in my hands , worried i would jinx it again... Entire team was so positive and assured me that i would return home this time with a term baby. Still, i was scared to hope.... This was my last attempt and i had had enough of hope and heart breaks for a lifetime .... Ma'am performed elective cerclage as i was diagnosed with cervical incompetence after second loss. I was hospitalised for a week to be on safer side and each day the team of doctors were so encouraging to me and i developed a positive frame of mind . The weeks passed by uneventfully and once i crossed 34 weeks, i was so relieved that my baby won't be born a preterm anymore and that's when joy started filling my heart every day, with every kick and movement .... My baby was born by cesarean section , done absolutely pristine way by Dr suma natarajan ma'am and my recovery post section amazed me and everyone around me.... I had all fears of a major surgical procedure but the recovery was amazing and post operative day 1 onwards i felt absolutely normal and could ambulate well. This was in stark contrast to many csec anecdotes i have heard from friends and relatives ... The hospital has a very baby friendly approach and is very much pro breast feeding. I was very specific about exclusive Breast feeding and they helped me initiate the first feed within half an hour of birth of my baby , hence giving him the timely and vital colostrum , the first vaccine shot for my baby ....and the support received later on also was great, especially from nursing staff, when i had feeding issues.. Dr Suma ma'am has a heart of gold and at first may come across as very brusque and imposing ,but she only has the best interests of her patients at heart. I would anyday choose Dr suma ma'am.. I was lucky to be in this city during this pregnancy ... Suma Ma'am and her team of doctors have brought our family so much happiness, will be eternally grateful to all of them. Everytime I look at my dear son, i pinch myself and i am glad this is all real though it feels like a beautiful dream!!!

I haven't been to Dr. Suma Natarajan's clinic. But, I have met her at Ganga hospital. I had to switch three hospitals before I decided she is the one who is going to help me get through those miserable and beautiful days. Personally, I felt that she was a beautiful person. So bold that sometimes she just didn't know how to express her care. I felt so safe and in good hands when I was at her clinic. Noone really understands what a good doctor is. She really tries to help her clients go for normal delivery and that was the best thing a gynocology can do. Most of you don't realise that. In the begining even I was like Gawd she talks annoying. But , it was okay after I realised she was mostly trying to bring out that sleeping ''tiger'' within each of us budding Mom's . Trust her , that's all I could say. Every doctor has a caring mother in her. Imagine the number of mom's she gives way to everyday and the amount of stress she goes through. Maybe, we might be worse if we were in her place. Thank you Madam for remembering me even after my girls 2nd bday. Made me skip a heart beat. God bless. If you are the bold one, you will love her. I would always recommend her.

The worst and rude doctor i have ever met. If we have any doubts the answer will be a single word. Because of her rude behaviour we decided to change the doctor during the early stage of my sister's pregnancy

She is such a wonderful person. The way she talks may be rude that too for her patients goodness. The way she handles people is awesome..

Normal delivery specialist.. my both kids born here with normal delivery... Some people may think not talkative. but she is straight to the point.. (no bla bla and making panic for unnecessary things). Her experience talks a lot (60k+ delivery is not a joke) Her achievements in the field of medicine have earned her many prestigious awards including Mahila Ratna Award in 2014, Acharya Award in 2015, Women Achiever Award in 2017, IMA Lifetime Achievement Award in 2018 and Coimbatore Obstetrics and Gynecology Society Lifetime Achievement Award.

Doctor treated people very well. The staff in clinic are not good term with customers. They 're very aggressive and misguided. 1. Blood report staff gives you his number and ask you to call but he will never pick up. 2. Staff in upstairs and down Stairs in the clinic 're very rude. We should not ask any questions. They will show their face then and there.

You will get one word answer ( Yes or no ) with rude face and disrespectful reaction for your doubts

You feel very safe and confident when you are with her. In 2002 because of her motivation I was able to write my post-graduate semester exams just after 10 days of delivery of my baby. She is a role model for me.

One of the worse Dr , she has a very bad attitude by not respecting the patients and not explaining the complexion. She is completely unstable and can't handle critical cases. She restrict herself to adopt new learning and stick with old knowledge. Pls don't go to her

A well experienced gynecologist. Suma madam prefers only normal and safe delivery for all pregnant women. Even though if we asks for c section voluntarily she will suggest us to go for normal delivery which is safe. On my personal experience i feel very happy that i delivered my 2 kids in a normal way,and she gives a personal care and attention at delivery ward when we feel low and down.
