The receptionist is horrible. Yet wrt the procedure and treatment the doctor aid us fine enough. One suggestion: it would help us (patients/attenders) better if the doctor could explain us the What and Why of certain allergies that likes us and want to be with us for sometime. She is educated enough and knows certain things beyond books owing to experience, if doctor could translate the same to us laymen in simple terms; it would be commendable. The routine statement of "its pretty normal, follow this medication" doesn't help us understand the scenario better.

Rude and Worst service at front desk. Doctor is a kind lady but she hardly sees your problem, always in a hurry and worst part is she prescribe lot of cream, steroids, tablets or ointments which are super expensive. This was my second visit. Every time I visit, end up buying medicines there for 2000-3000 rupees. 3000 rupees u buy medication which lasts for 1-2 weeks. She prescribes those for 2 months usually. Ultimately we end up spending a lot of money if u visit. So suggest go there if ready to spend lot of money and intake too much medication for minor health skin issues. Also better buy medicine from pharmacy outside so atleast you get some basic discounts.

Very poor service from the people at reception. It was heavily raining and they dint even allow me inside, in spite of me having a kid with me. Even though the doctor was available inside they were telling visiting time is over and was asking if i had an appointment to meet the doctor. I said its an emergency that's y i had to come. Still then they dint have the courtesy to let me in. No comments about the doctor bec i dint meet her.

If you have decided to meet the Dr. And dont have appointment you have to wait for hours. After long wait we consulted the Dr and she was in a hurry to go for some procedure inside the other room. I went for hair greyness and expected to check my scalp with magnifier. But she didnt examine anything. She immediately gave some medicine. Me and husband went for consultation it wqs just f0r around only 5 to 7 mins for both of us. So you cant expect a detailed examination from the Dr.

Me and my sister came for a consultation after seeing good reviews , we understand during this pandemic social distancing is necessary but this doctor took the whole consultation to a whole new level making us stand 3 feet away to show our problem. She was very rude and her explanation was hasty , it was better to deal with the skin issues than to see this doctor very unprofessional

One of my fav doctor she turns my life, best skin care after 5months i review here after consulting i never face any issues in skin, i forget to review. one time medicine never come again

Consulting fee - 300 Pharmacy is within the clinic. Mostly not crowded. You can consult the doctor quickly.

Worst experience. Wouldn't suggest at all ! Waited in queue for an hour even after booking a time slot. And there sits a medical rep, who sells their product on us with no proper analysis. Completely useless
