Very unprofessional CRM. I'm a old client of Kaya for LHR. Initially I tried calling directly to Coimbatore Kaya clinic and none answered the call, so I registered my number with Kaya's website. Later I received call from customer care. They helped fixing an appointment at 4:30 pm on 22nd June 2022. I also received call in the morning from the customer care. I went there with a prior appointment. As soon I reached there I told the CRM Miss. Suganthi about my appointment immediately she told that they are full and asked to come next day or I might have to wait for one hour I also informed her I was looking for a maintenance session She refused to tell me price details and asked me to wait. Immediately right behind me another client also came she also had fixed prior appointment for consultation, she was also psst off with attitude of the CRM. We asked the CRM if they had prior appointment they were suppose to inform us about the same. She replied us you write review on Google about the same. They have inadequate staffs available there so she won't be able to do so. After an hour I met the Doctor, she even recognised me as a old client. She spoke to me in details and I was ready to take the session. I again had to wait for half an hour for CRM to explain about the rate.Then came the CRM again she told about the package details and I asked her for single session for which I enquired few days back and they told me as Rs.4500 for maintenance session. But she told me as Rs.10000 plus. She could have me earlier about the rate at time of my waiting I could have left earlier. I wasted almost 2 hours. My visit to Kaya Coimbatore was so disappointing. Miss. Suganthi was so unprofessional. I had leave the clinic disappointed.

Excellent service. right from appointment booking, reminder call and when you come for the appointment. The therapist are courteous, extremely patient and understanding. All safety protocols were diligently followed and at every step the procedure was explained before starting, doubts cleared, and very professionally done. Post service follow up follow up was also excellent. Thank you especially to Mohana Priya for extra patience, and excellent service.

I had taken a service of laser hair reduction over here. The staff was so cooperative and my therapist devi was very efficient and accurate in his work even though it took a lot of time. The results which I've got was quite satisfactory after 6 sessions itself. It's totally worth the price and the highly talented staff make the experience great .

Very professional clinic! Service is top notch. Highly recommend this place. One staff in particular Mohana Priya was exceptionally good. She explained every step of the procedure and took utmost care to keep me comfortable. A very memorable experience indeed!

I had severe acne in my teens and Kaya saved my skin after glycolic and salicylic peels. Since then my face was super clear. I went to Kaya again for bridal treatment and for my clear skin they gave TCA peel and burnt my half of the face. It got super hyper pigmented. Further they told me my face was already like that. Imagine being a bride with burnt face, micro comedones all over after paying whooping 1LAKH RUPEES. It's been five years and pigmentation have reduced much after using be minimalist products. But the staff here are very friendly and very kind. That's why 1 star even after spoiling my face for 1 LAKH.

Today's facial and treatment were wonderful. The staff were very hospitable and pleasant. But the bed in the treatment rooms was very uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything was good.

PLEASE don't go here. Please consult a proper dermatologist. These people don't even diagnose the issue and just suggest laser and peels to extort money from us. I had pigmentation and they suggest 5 peels and 10 lasers. After spending so much money my pigmentation got a lot worse only. The doctor tries trial and error with your face like it is some lab experiment by suggesting you different creams everytime you go for checkup. Save your money and see a proper dermatologist.

Very bad service and zero knowledge staff. They are too expensive . Won't give appointment at all postponed for no reason. They don have any good staff for laser treatment.

Products and treatments are not working. Highly over priced. Poor assistance for post care. I had bad experience, my skin became extremely sensitive and developed allergies and acne because of their careless chemical peel treatment

They have postponed the appointment for more than three times for laser hair removal. Each time the excuses are different, worst service from this concern . When asked about refunds they are claiming their manager will call and nobody responds.

Very poor service!! Every time they come up with a reason to postpone your appointment. Last 3 times, i literally had fight for an appointment. They convince us well to get a package for laser hair reduction, once payment is done for the package, they are least bothered.. Worst service ever! Wish I could have opted for some other clinic WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !

I am experiencing a very good treatment in KAYA under the care of Shobana (CCE) and Alveena (Therapist). I am also receiving great changes due to the treatment.

Excellent dermatology clinic. Has a professional receptionist and an affable doctor. I recommend this as a clinic as I haven't tried out their products yet.
