    Best cross fit training by Ravi sir & team. Not like regular gym, here they have different workout routine for everyday & Understanding the core of losing weight with proper diet plan. Been going for couple of weeks now and the training is very effective, intense in shedding my post-tantrum weight. Individual attention & motivation is one unique feature from Ravi sir which impressed the most. Affordable & worthy every penny we paid. Highly recommend Ravi sir CF for healthier life style.

    hi, am aakash, am a general surgeon from coimbatore, so my journey in ravis CrossFit started 6-7 months back, am basically a person who easily gets bored with monotonous workout regimen, this is the longest period that i have stayed in a single fitness centre, ravis CrossFit is so different from others because here working out is fun, every day the workouts are different from what we do the previous day, so everday is so interesting here, the trainers here are awesome, they are with u all the time,they help u with diet and all that, people are so concerned about ur health that its literally like a family here, I've started noticing a lot of changes in my body over this period of time, I've lost close to 10 kgs in this period and am excited for lot more to come!!! my heartfelt thanks to ravi bro and our trainers for all the things they do, i would recommend all people to join here and get healthy in a fun and exciting way, cheers!!! ✌🏻❤️

    Hi am Gayathri for past 1 month am doing my workout online from “Ravisfit” .. it’s absolutely wonderful experience to get trained from his trainers they care us so much and give us a perfect workout sessions .. the Most important thing is timings … timings are very flexible we can attend the session according to our convenience.. For sure am gonna continue my journey with them .. And thank you Ravi keep up ur good work and motivate so many like me to get better health and good food habits ..

    Hi Ravis Fitness Team, I have been attending your class for last 2 months..Your training session is really effective and everyday the workout you provide us unique and non boring..I lost 9kg and 3 inches so far. I am following the diet which is provided by u and I feel good and healthy. I need to lose 20 more kgs..Will continue your class and diet. It is true as you said, Diet is a healthy life style, not just for reducing weight.

    Hello Sir. A big thanks to you to open up my understanding of fitness in the first place. Despite only the gradual weight loss I found that my body was toning better with your cross fit workouts. You taught me the difference between unhealthy weightloss and healthy loss of fat. You taught from the basics getting the posture right. Thanks to you I'm motivated to continue to maintain fitness along with adequate diet. Even with irregular sessions and diet, I was able to experience the results. Thank you very much sir.     This is my 2 months workout experience. I am happy to see the changes with the workout program even without following diet regularly. I lost 2.5kg in a month. The training program is very useful and Ravi’s fit gives attention to each individual even in online class and corrected my workout each time. I feel more flexible and strengthened now and energetic too. Thanks for the proper guidance and constant motivation. Highly recommended !

    My journey with Ravis crossfit has been awesome. Their group class are different, engaging and planned mindfully targeting different parts of the body. This actually made me to go each day with lots of expectations and interest. All the trainers are super friendly, motivating and espically knowledgeable. Unlike regular gym here the trainers take individual interest in everyone. No matter what fitness level you are at...they focus on getting you sweat with proper forms and safety. They really helped me to shed my shyness and gain confidence in starting days All they asked is commitment and consistency. Once I did along with their recommend diet plan i personally saw lot of chances in my body...lost weight consistently , became active, very flexible and got stronger day by day. Without doubt I made the right and best choice for my better me and great lifestyle. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone serious about their fitness and health .Just try once and see the results for yourself. Thanks to Ravis fitness who is always available to clear my doubts and guiding me properly .

    I am happy to share my weight loss journey with your program. My initial weight was 92kg and within a month i was able to drastic weight and inch loss though i was not able to follow proper diet and walking. The immediate result motivates to continue the workout and diet properly… your guidance towards the formation of workout, diet and following up on the measurements everything makes to feel good vibe and encourages to continue… I was not able to continue the class due to personal reason but still i want to rejoin back and i did it..     Ravisfit team , Really I want to thank you a lot from my bottom of the heart sir . After my delivery I became very fat , I was arround 83 to 84 kgs. I worried a lot and I became very stressed and depressed whenever I saw me on mirror. I was arround 63 to 65 kgs before pregnancy and it was my ideal weight. Just one day I wss scrolling Instagram and I got the post of ravisfit . The sec when I saw the post I went inside the profile and seen all of their transformation . I just enquired and joined here. Seriously I can't explain in a words about your hardwork and passion towards fitness. Whenever he thought us exercise I wonder about his angle of position , it will be literally like the line drawn in a scale. The Class will be very energetic and meanwhile he own the class with lots of humerus and fun filled one. We won't feel like heavy . Now my current weight is 68.70 kgs almost I am there. This is all because of you . I am really very greatfull to ravisfit team

    First of all sorry for the late review .. After my delivery my stomach was looks like a pregnant women, everyone asked about my belly.. i was so depressed and worried about my body... But after joining your class this is my 3rd month now I can see visible changes in my body.. my mommy tummy also quite reduced... I want to follow the proper diet and want reduce more inch loss. Now I am feeling very happy and confident... All the credits goes to you only (Ravi sir)... Really thank you so much sir from the bottom of my heart without your guidance i didn't achieve this..

    Hi sir, I have been attending fitness class since April. Initially I started with an idea to correct my DR and get rid of my mummy tummy. But after attending I was able to feel the lightness of my body, flexibility and gained good stamina.I have reduced 3 kgs,notable inch loss and gained lots of confidence.     Hi Team, I am member of Ravis's fitness since 11 months. I can say it's been an incredible experience. Initially I was worried to attend online class that I might not be getting proper guidance, but Trainers at Ravi's CrossFit paid attention to every individual, offered personalized guidance to make sure we perform excercise with proper form and techniques.     when am joining to the gym maximum I will go three days or one week that's it but This is the first time continuously am doing exercise regularly without boring for that thanks to Ravi sir and team... Really i got my body shape and weight reduction in a very short period. Ravi sir you gave me one of the best proper diet plan because after that I tried to sleep in a day time but I can't.     Hello Ravi, I would like to say something about the Online Classes. Initially, I was hesitant, how can an online workout class be effective, how it is possible to do workouts without Equipment and mostly importantly, I was thinking about the environment to do our daily workouts via Online. But, for all these questions, you have answered with a very good and effective training schedule. Everyday, you are coming up with a clear and different workouts. Not only that, the way you monitor and pin point the mistakes and correction is top notch. Especially, Yesterday (5/13) and today (5/14) workout workouts were awesome. I'm glad, I didn't miss these days. You are giving me that extra push which is very much needed. Now I have taken another 3 months, especially for the ONLINE class. During this pandemic, you with your team, quickly came up with a good plan which is Very Effective. I'm loving it and I'm sure, I ll continue with Ravi's crossfit for a long time.     Ravi, Lavanya and Rosy have been very motivating through my postpartum weight loss journey..their classes are very good with interesting and challenging workouts that keeps changing everyday. And workout videos on Ravi’s YouTube channel are amazing! You get a feel that you are working out with a trainer next to you with those videos. Thanks guys!!

    It’s been a great journey with Ravi’s fit. I started with RCF 3 months before and I could reduce 10kg just by workout. My dress size reduced from XL to L. It makes me feel more confident.     I really like the way Ravi is organizing things at his centre - fully equipped arena with well trained staff. Putting himself in the brand name and giving his 100% everyday is highly motivating.     Everyday surprising workouts is the most admired one rather than other monotonous gymming !! Good & immediate results is ultimate motivation for people who struggle years to loose weight !! I could see the endurance & stamina improved a lot in me.     It's right place when we think for weightloss. I stepped in by seeing the reviews and joined ravi's crossfit with some doubt that whether it will work. But it disproved my thought. Was really happy to see the results of weight loss. The instructors are very kind and polite. The teach the workout patiently and step by step with the workout name and benefits. They take personal attention and rectify your mistakes. One good this is for every workout they provide a modified also. This helps people when we are not able to do the advanced ones.     Thanks Ravi sir & my trainer .. it was really hard in the beginning since no knowledge on workout I never knew that a online program will give good results, really a 20 days of workout gave me a inch loss inspite of not following proper diet .. the workout given is mixed of everything which is really intense and feel full fledged after doing.. The main thing I wonder is my trainer Naveen Anna focusing every individual and he corrects even a small mistake which I wonder how come in a video call this is happening...     Best choice I’ve made training here. VERY friendly team whom I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave. My high cholesterol levels are reduced to normal now which I haven't seen over the years and same with the weight I have reduced 3-4 kgs in a month. Especially all the trainers are super nice and take an interest in us no matter what fitness level anyone at. I am feeling great at my energy levels. It's highly recommended and satisfied place to be with. Totally tremendous!!!

    I could not believe myself that I have lost 3 kg within a month which was impossible for me 3 years back. Here everyday workout is new.. I never felt bored..     Gym has been awesome to me. Your trainers are exceptional, the overall vibe is great experiences. I definitely recommend to my friends and family. Even though I am a post-partum person, you took special care of me. I really like how you give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout.     At first I thought losing weight after delivery would be impossible but it became possible after I joined Ravi Sir’s fitness training. Inspite of mommy life and not so perfectly maintained diet,I’ve lost around 5kgs in 60days,my hair fall had almost stopped,my body feels light nd flexible which has build my self confidence and his effort for making me fit is awesome. His knowledge about maintaining good health and sharing & communication is really helping out a lot to stay fit and motivated .     All workouts are different.. they explain every workout usage and explain how to do.. if we do the workout wrong they correct it immediately.. we can see the body tone after a month.. Overall Ravi sir class is really worth full and it’s super effective

    Such a wonderful place for workout and my first try with Crossfit.This is the best place for workout while compared to the gym.Best thing is that Trainer's who motivates us to train hard also they give individual attention to everyone.Personally I feel so good after joining here.Trainer's are all very professional and disciplined.     Thank u so much Mr.Ravi It was great & beautiful trekking experience, Jeep road driving was a stress test for my back bone.. Staying in tent really enjoyable, tent was clean , sleeping bag was comfortable, campfire with fun, Camp itself is very nice.. The walk was great, the landscape is stunning, The fresh air..Most around us..Trekking experience..sound of wind..flower bed, streams of fresh water..clouds under me..for the moment I thought am not in India.. the beauty of our mother nature.. Mr Ravi you make me difference experience Marvelous, Mind blowing .. well organized & Excellent service arranged by you. Mr.Ravi waiting for next plan trip All is well... ? Thank u Mr.Ravi

    I had a very good experience with the prozone mall team. Friendly trainers and they plan different workouts for each day. Individual attention is given to everyone and they encourage us to challenge our limits. I saw a good difference in one month itself. I was apprehensive about my back pain increasing with the workouts but it got much better. Ravi sir's videos has been very helpful. My daughter likes to watch his videos and tries to do the workouts. Hoping to start again soon after the lockdown.

    Hi ,This is Divya Surya from kovilpatti! I ve irregular periods ,mood swings,depression till I met Ravi ..Even after that nothing changes he asked me to do diet and exercise but I couldn’t follow it with two kids ,I payed him and just forgot about it...during quartinie he called me he just motivated me same situation here my husband got much upset with me bcoz whenever I m following diet I ve mood swings I m not behaving well with him and my in laws..he advised me to do exercise for weight loss instead of improper diet...even I ve completed MBBS I ve followed worst diet (that caused mood swings)with husband’s support and Ravi s motivation strted to wake up at 4:30 am strted exercise by seeing his video ...it’s really tough initially I got pain ,strain and knee effusion bcoz I did all exercise in wrong way but stil I haven’t given up...I struggled lot reduced 10 kg then again met Ravi after 40 days he said I was completely wrong he corrected me lot...after June 3 rd again strted exercise properly but not in diet(stayed in amma home) but never skipped my exercise even though I m not in diet my weight maintained with Gud inch loss bcoz of exercise...finally today I m happy about my health ..I strted loving myself..this two months my period cycle is exactly normal..everything is possible if u have will power... I ve two kids ...elder-3 years six months and younger 1 year 9 months....I ve struggled lot to to lose this 13 kg ...I never allow me to do exercise once they wake up...so I ve to wake up at 4:20 ...to do my weight training followed by walking..it’s life s biggest challenge for me...I got lots of physical injury and husband business situation is too bad ,my mother in law suddenly got ill...me and my husband had very bad misunderstanding (we never fought this bad in this four years)financially down ,had lots of problems like this can’t even count it..but watever it may be I got up early to do exercise and I ve shown little will power in food...bcoz I need my kids to hav healthy meals always I ve changed lot after delivery after this took extra conscious in healthy foods...Finally I made it ,y can’t u...everyone can do their best...Just trust Ravi follow his instructions,I m sure your fate will change..it’s my suggestion and decision is yours

This quote absolutely fits me because I tried many ways of fatloss programmes but hardly I could lose weight and also didn't have much stamina or flexibility. But the place where I m in now is the perfect place for everything regards to fitness. Fitness is not just fat loss and losing weight. Its about taking care of your whole body and make sure that each part is being perfectly worked out. In that way Ravi's Crossfit is the perfect place for toning and shaping and losing weight of your body along with having full stamina and muscles. I had a severe knee pain for few months and also didn't have much stamina . I was a mere lazy bum. I joined Ravi's crossfit I just went through the workouts for a month n followed diet. I couldn't see much difference but an inch loss... Wait !!!don't conclude ... Listen this! I had an event which was conducted by Zumba trainers on Dec 8th for 90minutes zumba party. I participated in it.. I couldn't believe myself still shaking on floor for it was more than an hour, I didn't have a knee pain which I had before. I was having tremendous stamina. I could do Zumba till the endth min of an event. I too got a compliment that I have shrunk n body has toned up... I was so happy that I couldn't say how to be grateful to Ravi's crossfit. Thank you Ravi for your workouts and diet plans as well as to motivate me.??

    I attend Cross fit session at Ravi's Cross fit sessions at Prozone Mall(7 pm to 8,pm), The sessions are unique to individuals.Trainers are very well enabled.They encourage the participants and bring the best out of them. Most what I like is they not only concentrate on fitness session but they do advise individuals to be very disciplined in diet by giving tips on diet control plan as well.

    This is the place where I felt better. Ravi's crossfit is intensely good and well and i have so many changes in my body after started the journey with it. I was 75kg and have lost 5kg in 20days. Now I am 66kg within 40 days. The training is immensely good and the sessions are really awesome that I couldn't expect.

    Meesapulimala trek by Ravisfit on 22nd and 23rd of Feb 2020 was such a wonderful tri.. Once in a lifetime experience... Thoroughly enjoyed... Very glad I chose to come.. Much needed break from routine..... Kudos to you for such organising in such a way that each one enjoyed the way they wanted... Still safe and organised....     Had a wonderful experience with them. They are well trained and equipped. Lost almost 7 to 8kg in last two months, this gave me confidence and good start into fitness world. Sessions are well designed to gradually lose weight without any side effects/injury, along with their easy to follow diet plan.     I am having a great experience in RAVI’s CrossFit. I personally have motivation issues and that’s why I’m not regular to almost anything. But here in RAVI’s CrossFit they motivate you and you feel the urge to go Everyday. It’s more socialising than any of the fitness platforms. In a month I lost around 4kgs. So those who are in need of weight reduction or in need of fitness regime then Ravi’s CrossFit is the place for you.?

    I should say it's best kick start for my life towards a healthy life. They have more trainers who concentrate on everybody's fitness. Here I don't have a feel of straining myself when working out as we feel in gym. Rather they have a play way method of training us. I can enjoy like playing a game while working out. This is beyond the money I paid. From Monday to Friday, their way of work plan is totally different which cover all types of work out for the whole body. Especially Ravi's level of motivation is great and he is very cautious in taking care of all the person's fitness. His weekend plans of outdoor entertainments like trekking, running are superb.

    I have belonged to the RAVIS CROSSFIT gym since had an accident two years ago. This crossfit is friendly with plenty of crossfit equipment to complete many different exercises. When I first joined I was unable to complete the workouts, but with continuous encouragement by senior coach Mr.Ravishankar, I can move on to greater things. I have now managed to return to almost complete strength and he still encourages me to achieve more. I really enjoy my workout time there and would readily recommend anyone else to try it out. IT'S GREAT!

    This is one of the best fitness and crossfit training center in and around Coimbatore. I am navanithan from Coimbatore. I am not a fitness freak but I badly wanted to shed my extra fat and look fit, now I am happy because I have achieved my target in a period of 6 months. Now I am 68kg from 90kg . Still I am striving for the progress. And here I want to mention Mr.Ravishankar he is strengthening and crossfit coach , he guided me well in all the means like regular workout program and with the customised diet plan to achieve my goal, and finally I agree that he is the best weight-loss transformation expert. Thank you Mr. Ravishankar and their coachs .

    I have been to 2-3 gyms in last 2 years but the effort and result which I got is litrelly frm here only.... I m working in merchant Navy and this time after my sign off I put up weight of around 4kgs in short period due to tasty food by mom... When I went for medicals they said I m temporarily unfit due to my excess BMI of 0.5. I was worried and planned to join RAVI'S X-FIT to get the result faster... And in 14 days I had reduced my weight of 4 kg with the diets plans and excercises given in RAVI'S X-FIT. And now I joined the vessel without any delay... 5  ? stars not enough but there is no other option higher than this.. Thanks for the coaches and trainers... U guys are simply awesome and u guys made me "to achieve in shorter period of time which I was thinking not possible(4kg in 14days)...." Trainers - way of training and the instructions and procedures to follow to avoid any injuries were simply excellent in 14 days I could see my body flexible and was happy to see the result... Thanks to Ravi and Coaches for all the efforts...

    A place for people who are serious about their health. Hit the ravisfit regularly and you start feeling so much better. All of a sudden there's a burst in you to do more and your self confidence takes the positive path. Coaches are one of the best. Have been here for one year now and I don't think I will ever have to think of finding another one. you will feel good only when you experience it.     I highly recommend Ravis fitness. Lets see why, They have well planned workouts for every week. You will not be doing the same exercise every day/ week. Every now and then they do have stretching and mobility building exercises which is part of the class. They also conduct competitions which is mostly on Fridays that keeps us motivated. Trainers are very friendly and motivating. Its not only about weight loss but they give equal importance to mental well being and tips to maintain the reduced body fat. I am seeing great results within short time and I am so happy that I could maintain the weight even if I take short breaks from exercise. If someone is looking for a fun filled exercise journey I highly recommend this program.

Your effort for making me fit is awesome as well as your knowledge about maintaining good health and sharing & communication is really helping out a lot to stay fit.
