The
best
environment
to
workout
i
have
encountered
in
the
locality.
I
initially
joined
for
making
myself
back
into
the
track.iam
doctor/surgeon
by
profession.Post
lockdown
and
covid
duties
made
me
hog
more
and
eventually
lost
my
fitness
status.
This
place
is
a
boon
for
me
to
get
back
to
my
norm
self.
Pros:
1.the
trainers
are
very
encouraging
and
they
push
us
to
the
exact
right
limits
of
what
our
body
could
really
do.(rohith,nixon
and
pandian
are
my
favorite
here)
2.the
gym
is
owned
by
a
very
charismatic
couple
and
both
Mr.
Anand
velu
sir
and
his
wife
#getfitwithkrish
.
Both
of
them
are
so
motivating
and
keep
the
gym
atmosphere
so
positive.
3.
They
literally
have
all
the
basic
equipments
to
make
you
fit.
4.
They
have
crossfit
and
proper
guidance
to
train
you
5.
They
approach
you
on
every
aspect
of
diet
and
lifestyle
counseling.
6.
****Most
importantly,
you
take
a
personal
training
or
not,
you
will
be
treated
very
well
and
you
will
receive
round
the
clock
guidance
by
all
the
trainers
and
the
owners
too.
7.
Personal
training
if
opted,
will
be
taken
so
seriously
and
they
focus
on
you
very
well
and
produce
the
outcome.
Con:
The
one
thing
everyone
would
notice
initially
would
be
the
size
of
the
gym
(*
but
trust
me,
the
size
of
the
gym
never
matters
guys.
Its
the
people
who
train
you
and
their
attitude
and
the
owners
vibe.
So
i
dont
call
it
a
con
either
😅
Verdict:
transformation
of
oneself
requires
Two
things.
1.self
discipline
and
consistency
2.encouraging
and
motivational
gym
space
with
good
trainer's
I
can
assure
you,
u
will
get
right
place
to
workout,
rest
of
the
part
you
need
to
do,
irrespective
of
wherever
you
join.
