I
ve
irregular
periods
,mood
swings,depression
till
I
met
Ravi
..Even
after
that
nothing
changes
he
asked
me
to
do
diet
and
exercise
but
I
couldn’t
follow
it
with
two
kids
,I
payed
him
and
just
forgot
about
it...during
quartinie
he
called
me
he
just
motivated
me
same
situation
here
my
husband
got
much
upset
with
me
bcoz
whenever
I
m
following
diet
I
ve
mood
swings
I
m
not
behaving
well
with
him
and
my
in
laws..he
advised
me
to
do
exercise
for
weight
loss
instead
of
improper
diet...even
I
ve
completed
MBBS
I
ve
followed
worst
diet
(that
caused
mood
swings)with
husband’s
support
and
Ravi
s
motivation
strted
to
wake
up
at
4:30
am
strted
exercise
by
seeing
his
video
...it’s
really
tough
initially
I
got
pain
,strain
and
knee
effusion
bcoz
I
did
all
exercise
in
wrong
way
but
stil
I
haven’t
given
up...I
struggled
lot
reduced
10
kg
then
again
met
Ravi
after
40
days
he
said
I
was
completely
wrong
he
corrected
me
lot...after
June
3
rd
again
strted
exercise
properly
but
not
in
diet(stayed
in
amma
home)
but
never
skipped
my
exercise
even
though
I
m
not
in
diet
my
weight
maintained
with
Gud
inch
loss
bcoz
of
exercise...finally
today
I
m
happy
about
my
health
..I
strted
loving
myself..this
two
months
my
period
cycle
is
exactly
normal..everything
is
possible
if
u
have
will
power...
I
ve
two
kids
...elder-3
years
six
months
and
younger
1
year
9
months....I
ve
struggled
lot
to
to
lose
this
13
kg
...I
never
allow
me
to
do
exercise
once
they
wake
up...so
I
ve
to
wake
up
at
4:20
...to
do
my
weight
training
followed
by
walking..it’s
life
s
biggest
challenge
for
me...I
got
lots
of
physical
injury
and
husband
business
situation
is
too
bad
,my
mother
in
law
suddenly
got
ill...me
and
my
husband
had
very
bad
misunderstanding
(we
never
fought
this
bad
in
this
four
years)financially
down
,had
lots
of
problems
like
this
can’t
even
count
it..but
watever
it
may
be
I
got
up
early
to
do
exercise
and
I
ve
shown
little
will
power
in
food...bcoz
I
need
my
kids
to
hav
healthy
meals
always
I
ve
changed
lot
after
delivery
after
this
took
extra
conscious
in
healthy
foods...Finally
I
made
it
,y
can’t
u...everyone
can
do
their
best...Just
trust
Ravi
follow
his
instructions,I
m
sure
your
fate
will
change..it’s
my
suggestion
and
decision
is
yours......Exercise
is
physical
pain
but
mental
strength..if
u
do
exercise
in
morning
u
can
achieve
anything
in
that
day..
