Though
a
little
apprehensive
initially
about
doing
crossfit,
I,
however
decided
to
give
Dcamp
a
try
and
it
has
been
an
amazing
6
months.
Unlike
conventional
gyms
where
once
you
pay,
you
are
on
your
own,
Dcamp
prepares
a
new
workout
for
you
everyday.
So
no
daily
worries
as
to
what
to
do
on
that
particular
day.
Moreover
trainers
in
dcamp
accompany
you
throughout
your
workout
regime.
Classes
are
conducted
in
batches
and
are
very
much
enjoyable.
The
trainers
are
very
cordial
and
dont
seem
like
trainers
at
all,
rather
they
seem
like
friends
who
want
to
see
you
get
physically
fitter
(Special
shoutout
to
Aakash,
Praveen,
Koushik
bros).
The
people
who
attend
the
gym
are
also
a
positive
lot,
include
people
of
all
ages,
who
all
want
to
improve
and
are
ready
to
push
themselves
which
in
turn
motivates
you
to
do
better.
In
fact
the
entire
process
seems
like
a
fun
time
you
look
forward
to
everyday
rather
than
a
grind.
They
also
organize
fitness
activities
ocassionally,
like
treks,
cycling,
swimming,
etc
on
weekends.
Mr
Aravind
had
told
me
in
the
beginning
itself
that
if
hypertrophy
is
your
goal,
crossfit
may
not
be
for
you
as
it
does
not
help
you
grow
crazy
muscles,
but
it
does
increase
your
fitness
level.
And
he
was
right,
you
will
feel
the
change
when
you
go
on
treks
or
jogs
as
to
how
easier
it
is
to
carry
your
body
than
before.
Overall
Dcamp
has
been
a
real
positive
experience
for
me
and
I
would
recommend
it
to
anyone
who
wants
to
improve
their
physical
capabilities
and
enjoy
the
process
as
well.
